It's not the leotard or the pointe shoes that bring out our inner ballerina. It's the fluffy tulle tutu that makes us dream of our debut performance in Swan Lake. We designed this rehearsal tutu to keep us covered as we glide across the stage preparing for our big role, or across the kitchen floor pretending we are.

My Latest Obsession My latest obsession is the Lululemon Rehearsal Tutu. Yes it is intended for ballerinas, but why not runners? When I looked at this tutu I didn't look at this as though I was a ballerina or even a graceful swan, I am far from graceful. It is amazing how the cutest adornment to your wardrobe can help empower you to run like you have never run before. Slip on a pair of Run: Your Heart Out Tights underneath and you are ready to run. Do you think that Audrey Hepburn, Princess Grace or even Princess Diana thought of life as a dress rehearsal? I don't think so! Taking a cue from these fashion icons, donning one of these tutu's will make you the belle of the race. And if you can't be the fastest runner why not be the cutest! Lulu Tutu success I love love love the lulu tutu. although i cant wear it for performances it is great in the studio.i would reccomend it to any dancer young or old. i even wear it at home just for fun. November 22, 2011
Tutu Cute, But Not Functional for Pros This tutu is indeed adorable, but potential buyers should be aware that if they purchase this piece, it is not a technical or professional dance tutu. There are no briefs built in to hold the tutu securely in place during partnering or more vigorous dance, and even for rehearsal purposes, this tutu is not constructed in style or radius to replicate a proper tutu. I am a dance professional who dances and teaches, and would not recommend this tutu for anyone who is looking for anything other than a $98 adult version of a dress-up tutu. There are technical dance skirts that would be much more useful to dancers, and I wish that lululemon would make them, instead of offering us children's costumes. November 13, 2011
LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! My parents thought I would never ever wear it but finally bought it for me and it's so cute! I love it so much and I agree with Contessa's comment above.... pink or purple or whatever would be so adorable, just some color! I would highly recommend buying it!! It's also super comfortable.
