It gets the job done for Bikram
I wore these for the first time to my Bikram yoga class today. the appeal for me was that they aren't skin tight, but still have the under liner that is full coverage (nothing peaking through when I do triangle pose :)
In my opinion, they aren't as flattering as they could be because of the roomy/excess of material- Maybe I should have gotten a smaller size- I am 138lbs, 5'7 and consistently wear an 8 in Lulu, so I got these in an 8 as well.
Aside from them not physically being as nice looking as I thought they could be, they worked great! I didn't once have to fidget and pull them down - which is the case with all of my compression shorts. and they didn't cling to me skin at all, which was very comfortable.
Overall, they are great, but I would maybe buy a smaller size next time.

Breathable!
I also have the Boogie Shorts, which I love, but these are perfect for those days where you want to feel a bit "freer" and get a little more air circulating around your lower half.
I use these for running and lifting though, I'm not a yoga practitioner!
Fit is great, size 6, 127lbs and 5'4.
They have an orange pair with a navy waistband, as well as an all black one in the store. I got the black/spring has sprung one.

I love these shorts for Bikram!
I bought a similar pair of shorts two years ago, they are perfect for hot yoga and I hope you come out with more in many colorations!! I wish I had bought 3 pairs!

disappointed!
I was super excited to see that these looked like a slightly relaxed version of the tight booty shorts I purchased a while back! But when I received them in the mail, it fit and looked similar to my shorter Run Speed shorts minus the side drawstrings and the material was tons lighter. When I cinched the side drawstrings, it didn't help any.. just exposed the underwear lining. Although the waist fit.. I'm a 5'1 size 0.. which Lululemon's smallest is a 2...it was just way too loose.. not flattering at all on me!! A size smaller might've hugged my frame a little more.. like in the photos! Bummed:( I returned it.

Great coverage
I bought these online for bikram, hoping the liner would provide coverage and the loose fit would be flattering. I just wore them to a class, and the shorts definitely lived up to my hopes! I think the most telling aspect of these shorts is that I didn't think about them at all during class. I have worn shorts before that are too baggy/too long/ride up, and require some adjustment, but these fit well, covered well, and just felt good--before, during and after class. I am not someone who spends $60 on shorts lightly, but I feel that these were worth them money. :-) 5'6" 150 lbs, size 8 (my normal lulu size). I am glad I didn't size down, but I wish I could have found them in stores to at least compare!

Great wicking, coverage, & flattering
Ditto to all the positives for wicking, coverage in all Bikram poses, and making legs and bottom look great - amazing in 105 degrees. The liner has a better grip at the leg than other running shorts, & combo of fabrics is much cooler than luon or luxtreme. If you have to order online, rec trying the size you wear in baggy Lulus, (e.g., Teatime or Studio). They seem to run looser all over than Boogies, and if the liner is loose, the coverage is lost. (5'3", 110#, ordered 2, 4, & 6, & kept size 2). Hope they wear & last better than other Lulus made in China, which have had numerous defects reported. Lulu, time to stop outsourcing jobs away from CA & US!

amazing for bikram
Purchased these a couple days ago in store and couldn't wait to try them out at bikram last night.
They worked amazingly well. The liner is a great feature as the outside fabric is looser. The outside fabric is also very lightweight, which is perfect when you are sweating a lot.
Not the greatest grip for Toe Stand, but wonderful nonetheless.
Drawstrings are a nice feature, too.
5'7.5", 130 lbs, size 4.
More colours, please! :)

Great shorts!
I really like the look and feel of the shorts. The fabric is soft and breathable. They are great for yoga, but I'm also excited to run and do crossfit in them. Yes, they are short, but the liner is pretty modest--it actually feels like it covers more than the speed short liner. I am 5'7" and 135 with a muscular build. I usually wear a 4 in WU's and speed shorts, but a 6 in the Boogies (I like them a little bit longer). I ordered the 4 in these shorts and I am glad I did. They fit perfect. I don't find them to be too baggy at all.

perfect for Bikram!!
I've been avoiding buying shorts specifically for Bikram classes because like another reviewer stated, they all seem more like boy-short bathing suit bottoms. These, however... these are brilliant. The second I put them on I knew they were the ones! I'm 5'5 and 125lb, and I wear a size 4. The liner is nice for a little extra coverage in poses where your legs are separated, and gives a little more confidence too. The lightweight, breathey fabric is fantastic and what truly sold me on these shorts. Love 'em.

LOVED these shorts.
These shorts are amazing in every way.
I just received my mail order and hopped online to attempt to buy 3 more pairs, only to realize they are sold out of every size but 2.
