Love this hat!! I bought this hat for simple brisk runs but wound up putting it to the test during our annual Polar Bear Plunge in NJ. It was February 23rd and we were out in freezing rain. This hat kept me so warm and it is so comfortable. I need to get one in every color! March 5, 2013
Wish I had read the reviews first... I just made a $28 mistake. The one time I don't read the reviews before purchasing and of course it bites me back. As many others have posted, this toque does not stay on my head when I run. (I have an average sized head.) I understand Lululemon's stance on returning headwear but there's no way anyone could have know how the toque would fit (or in many cases NOT FIT) during a run. What a waste of money. Please consider making some sort of changes in your return and/or exchange policy, Lululemon. Thank you. February 8, 2013
not happy at all so its adorable and when i tried it on in the store, i fell in love. but it automatically fell off of my head in the first few seconds i started my first run with this. i thought maybe i just needed to adjust it, but no matter what i do, it slides up and off. i can't even wear it just running errands or walking to class...it still rides up and then falls off. its definitely not what i expected from a lulu product. I'm VERY disappointed, especially because it was designed for running. maybe the product makers should've tried it out on a long run before making it available to such loyal customers. love you lulu, but this is definitely not up to par. good hat for cold (but not freezing) runs I gave this hat a 4/5. I loved the design, and the ponytail hole is in a perfect location because I like to wear my ponytail a bit higher than some other hats allow for. Also, the hat didn't ride up and it was very comfortable. The material was great as well. I thought the hat was perfect for a cold run between 30-45 deg F. My ears were mostly covered, but just like the picture shows, I had a little bit of my ear coming out the bottom, so I would probably not want to wear this hat if it were freezing out and exposure was an issue. Amazing I bought this Toque for Dance purposes and it is absolutely amazing. It keeps my hair intact; it works wonderful while I am teaching Zumba, I hope we get more colours. Love it! January 8, 2013
Bring back the old version I have two Brisk Run Toques from two years ago and I love them, except the bands are too thick for my bike helmet, so I bought the new Rulu version which has a thinner band for that purpose. And while it does suit my needs for wearing under my bike helmet, the new version pretty much sucks for running. It doesn't stay in place like the old version at all making it pretty much useless as a cold weather running toque. January 5, 2013
Not as good as I hoped I bought this online without having tried it on....I love the idea of wearing a pony tail in this toque but keeping my ears warm is half the reason i bought it. I wish it were deeper to sit comfortably on my head. I thought it was an average price for a toque, but don't think I would have bought it if I was in the store able to try it on first. waste of my money This hat does not perform as it is expected to. I've not even attempted to run with it, since even on my walks with my dog it rides up and doesn't sit well on my (average size) head. It certainly does not keep my ears warm. If Lululemon bases their no return policy on the quality of their products, then they need to rethink their policy as they are clearly over confidant in their products. Not really worth it, but at least I got it on sale I was thrilled to see basic black on sale. Well hopefully it was on sale because they are improving it (though the reviews seem to suggest otherwise... many people have my complaint). It does not at all cover my ears. It also wants to slide upward. This basically defeats the purpose of a running hat. Sad. I wanted it to work. The ponytail spot is a terrific addition. Can't believe no one thought of that yet (at least not that I've seen!) January 3, 2013
