Surf's Up Scarf
Functional and Pretty
I like this scarf alot. I am not super-skinny and was able to put it over me like the model. It's perfect for the beach or kayaking. I really like this scarf, other people were complaining about the material being like a swimsuit on the edges but that's what makes it unique. I also like the pocket too, nice for keys!

Cute design but needs to be improved ...
The concept is great (I love the beach towel/scarf idea!) and it looks super cute when draped in the way the model has it done in the pictures (fold it into a triangle, hold it upside down facing your chest and wrap the two sides around the back of your neck).
That said ... why is this scarf not reversible and why is the "hidden pocket" on the top side?
I'm 5'7" like the model and managed to tie it into a sarong but the strings are WAY too short for it to be anything but choking you.
Finally, the fabric of the inner cotton square has a tendency to pill and wrinkle. I just received this item today and haven't even walked out the door yet when I noticed it (see attached photo).
So sad to say but this is going to have to go back ... I really want to like it!

Super cute and versatile, and I love the color choices.

Don't even bother
Wow. I can't even believe the terrible quality of this scarf. I've seen nicer scarves on the street corner for $5. First off, it wrinkles easily and looks flimsy because of the low quality fabrics.
Over the years I've spent 1000s of dollars at LuluLemon to the point where my family and friends gave me the nickname, "lulu." I would wear Lululemon for work to teach in, work out, play, travel, and shop in, and even for bumming around at home. I know their products as well as the sales people. But over the last year, I've noticed the quality of the fabrics going down. The styles remain cute and functional, but the fabrics aren't nearly as luxurious as they once were. The fabric makes the colours look cheap as well. I could understand this if the prices were lowered along with the quality, but this isn't the case. We're still paying $100 for pants, $50 for scarves, and $14 for socks. The company has sold out, yet their website still promotes standards of quality. I've never bothered to make an account online, since I have 2 LLL stores near my house. But I decided today to write this review and another one over a jacket I stupidly picked up. LLL will still continue to be successful, because there are customers who will be charmed by the style and not care about the fabric and quality. But this gal will be fooled no more.

This is like a Johnny Was scarf which is usually out of silk, but you can wear this cute one all day with your work out clothes, to classes, etc. The tassels are so cute! For folks who don't know, in order to wear it as a scarf like the Johnny Was scarf - you fold it like a triangle and put the large point in front and wrap the two sides around back to hang on the sides in front. You end up with 3 points hanging in front. So cute and so versatile.
I was told it was sold out online so I went to the store to find it. One store is completely sold out. I was able to find it at a new store in Chestnut Hill, MA. I saw it on my girlfriend and wanted to get one like it. She has it in peach. I bought it in bone.
This is so versatile and same price as the infinity scarf only you get so much more - a beach blanket, wrap skirt for swim suit, a scarf and a wrap.
Love it - will buy the peach one if it ever makes it to WMTM.

I am not finding this scarf to have that special lulu feel to it. I think the picture does it a lot more justice than it deserves.
I would wait for this to be marked down.
I live overseas so it is a huge hassle to return it. Had I met it in person, at a store, I would have passed it up and put the money towards a skirt :)

looks great in the photos but not in real life
I swear that the scarf in the photos isn't the same size. holy smokes. it's doesn't even wrap around my neck like the infinity scarves. Very disappointing. There's no way that I can wear it as a sarong. I would not recommend this to anyone that intended to use it like it shows in the photos.

My Boyf bought me this scarf today (I've been staring at it for awhile..) and I absolutely love it! I haven't tried making it into a dress yet because I have no idea where to start lol Also, I love how it is worn casually, but not sure how she did that either...I was surprised there wasn't a video for this product, so I was wondering if there was anyway to make one for this product on "ways to wear."

Well yet another miss - I love lulu scarf and have them in pretty much each color. This item is awful. It's like wearing a bathing suit around your neck. With all the quality drops lulu is saving me a tons of money. All that I buy these days has to go back - see through Lyon crops, bleeding colors etc. not happy!

I really like this!
I would not wear this as a dress, but it looks great as a cover up or scarf... expecting it to fit as a dress is unrealistic (as shown in the photos) but even on the model, it isnt a cute look. I went with the light gray and I am happy I did. I have fair skin and blonde hair and it looks great.
