why we made this

When we've committed to pushing past our personal best, we want serious run crops that have our back(side). Made with lightweight, four-way stretch Power Luxtreme fabric, these crops have storage for keys and gels, flip-up reflective cuffs to help keep us visible and mesh panels to keep us cool when things get heated.

my new #1 favorite workout pants First, I was little hesitant when I was ordering these, reading all the negative reviews on sheerness... Got them in mail couple days ago, THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY, absolutely fantastic feel. Sheerness is not the issue at all, the soft feel does not compromise quality... I'm 6'2" so they finish several inches above my ankles - I don't mind, it's like having crops, fit is still great. Great job, Lulu! :-) May 8, 2013
My favorite tights ever! Seriously, these are the best tights ever. The fit is true to size and the rise is medium. The seaming down the legs adds interest, but isn't noticeable when running. I love the 7/8 length - it's perfect for me. I'm 5' 7" and wear a 4. The pants come to about three inches above my ankle bone. They're perfect. I recently wore them for an overnight running relay. They were totally comfortable even after 24 hours in a van and four runs. They stayed put, dried quickly, and were amazing. Buy some immediately. Note: these pants bear no resemblance to the Pace Crops in fit or styling. May 8, 2013
I love wunda pants than this one. the length is kind of weird. I'd been waited Wunda pants (just black, not reversible-though I have one, I've been wearing for over 4 years and now it is getting shabby) to come out, but I got exhausted to wait over 3 months, so had to get this one instead. well I love the texture of the fabric, but length is kind of weird. my height is 5'9 and a half, for me it is more like cropped pants. So so I'm 5'11" 165 lbs and a crossfitter (athletic build). I bought a size 10 and they're too big. :( They are short in the length too. I bought the black/green/teal and didn't have any problems with the sheerness. They seem like they will fall down when I run. May 4, 2013
Fit too big compared to other Lulu pants I wear a 4 in all my Lulu pants (WUs, Grooves, all shorts, skirts, and running tights) so I tried these on in the store in a 4. They seemed ok so I bought them. On my first run, I could feel them sliding down my back. I tied the waist (which I've NEVER done on Lulu pants) and they fit a bit better but after a few miles I could feel them slipping. Very disappointing. Can't return either so I don't wear them for long runs. To compare, all my crops (Although I admit I do not have the pace crops), still fit perfectly so I didn't lose weight or anything. Sheer Pants! The black/pinkelicious Pace Tights are ridiculously sheer.The pink material makes leg muscles protrude in an inappropriate and unflattering manner. Disappointing because they look cute far away. May 2, 2013
great! I was hesitant to buy these at first but glad I did! they look great on and are really comfy. the only thing for me is I have to keep pulling the waist up, I know there's the tie in the waist band but I don't like having a knot in the front. I am 115lbs 5'3" and got a size 4. they are a perfect fit. even the length is good for us short gals. May 1, 2013
Nice pants These are very well made pants with beautiful seaming. The fabric is thicker than the inspire crops...another one of my faves. I love the rise on these pants as they are not low at all like what they mention...I was worried because I have a pair of low Lulu's that are too low for my bum. I have a 40" hip but a 28" waist and size 8 fits great as long as I use the drawstring to keep it tight. Pleasantly surprised after the last few purchases and reading horrible reviews. Five stars would have been if the regular price was the sale price as I see myself spending $69 but never over $90! April 30, 2013
WOW!!! I can't believe how amazing I look in these! They give my the best shape ever! I bought two pairs just trying them on and I will go back for more ASAP. The fit is perfect. They hug you in just the right places and show you off. Super flattering! I am bigger on my bottom half and trust me, they not only hide but completely vanish imperfections. The amazing educator at my local Lulul store (shout out to the amazing Ashley at Northbrook Court in Northbrook, IL!) explained that these are perfect for long distance runs, she was so right on! Like Butta These tights are like butta on my skin--I love wearing them even when I'm not out on the track. The stripes running down the sides are attractive but understated which I like -- cute but not too flashy. I have not had an issue with these pants being see through or too thin; in fact, I did the bend over test and checked in different light sources to make sure I wasn't exposing anything. I sweat a lot during my jogs/runs, but I never felt like I was soaking nor did I feel like I needed to hop in the shower ASAP. The length is perfect for me, they stop a little below my ankles and I'm 5'3" for reference. Overall, I'd buy another pair of these tights for sure. April 28, 2013
