why we made this

These pants were made for supreme comfort during Yin or Hatha classes. The waistband can either be worn high rise or rolled down for a custom fit and has a stretchy drawcord to keep things nice and snug.

Awesome maternity pants! I'm 7 months into my second pregnancy and never thought lululemon would become my maternity store!! I've only ever owned sweatshirts from here. I am NOT a workout kinda girl at all...not lazy just don't partake therefore I felt like I'd be a fraud wearing 'workout' pants...silly I know! I recently bought a pair of these pants because I'm sick of maternity jeans and always feeling uncomfortable in my clothes as my belly grows...WHAT I HAVE BEEN MISSING!!! These are the most comfy pants! Because I've never had lululemon pants before being 7 months pregnant I wasn't sure what size to get...I went with a 6 and have my fingers crossed that they'll still fit nicely once the pregnancy weight is gone (I'm normally 5' 6.5" and 125-130lbs). My one complaint is that the holes that are on the inside of the waistband so that you can thread the drawstring through when the band is folded down itch my big belly! I think they'd itch too if my belly wasn't big... All in all I really love these pants and I really hope they still fit well post-baby considering the fact that if they don't fit properly then I bought super expensive maternity pants to wear for only a few months!!....sill worth it though!!! the holes scratches me The pants are very nice fitting and comfy EXCEPT for the little holes where the drawstrings at the waist are. There are actually holes on the outside (which is shown in the 3rd picture) AND holes on the inside where it rubs up against your skin. The holes are finished with a bonded hard material and after a couple of washings, it really scratches my skin. I took the pants to the store and they had the holes on the insides sewed shut. Not sure why there are holes on the inside of the pants? May 6, 2012
Great but.... I love these pants except for the fact they pill. I followed correct washing instructions and had only washed them two maybe three times before the thighs started pilling. I am 5'11 and the talks fit great. May 3, 2012
These pants Hello, I am 5'3 and a half and i weigh 120 pounds, i purchased a size four and they are great but you cant wear them with normal underwear. You can see the lines from behind. Overall i like them, just i cant wear them a whole lot. Also, i have a different pair of lulu's, they are black and they are pilling like crazy, these i am worried are going to be too. May 2, 2012
very unflattering and uncomfortable where are the still pant? these are a little too short for a tall person. they pilled and just look terrible. May 2, 2012
Pilling Of all the lulu luon pants I have - still, groove, astro and more - these have pilled the most and the quickest! Only washed with luon but does not matter, they are pilling inside and out and everywhere. Otherwise design is really nice - fit, style, pockets, waist line. May 1, 2012
To hem or not to hem? I really do love the fit and feel of these pants on me. However, being of vertically challenged stature, they were WAY too long. Per the advice of the lulu gal, I have thus far simply tied the drawstrings at the ankles and sort of let the pants fall over them and they hang perfectly over my feet. They look and feel great and are flattering to my small frame. I am still debating whether to have em hemmed and lose the drawstrings or leave em as is. Either way, hope to wear these pants for a long time! April 25, 2012
OFFER LONGS! I am 5'10 and usually get the tall groove or astro pants and I wanted a looser pair that were not as loose as the still pant so the relaxed are the perfect style. HOWEVER, they need to be offered in tall! Us tall girls shouldn't be discriminated against and you offer most of the other pants in tall so please extend to this style for mine had to sadly be returned :( April 23, 2012
Great Fitness Pant These pants are relaxed fit and are super comfortable. I'm 5'6' had to hem them a bit, but that's fine. The drawstring makes sure they never fall down, and you don't have to keep yanking them up. As I teach fitness classes, i need something that stays in place and these do the trick!
