Incredible!
I bought this hoodie for the changing weather of the Calgary weather. Once it arrived in my mailbox, I completely fell I love! I found just as comfy as any of my scuba hoodies, if not comfier. The sleeves are A bit too long and I have to always roll them up (I don't mind, I hardly use the thumbholes on any lulu product). The insert gives me extra warmth, though I wish it was a complete vest...
Thoughits expensive, I'm so in love with it I will end up buying another one! Great job lulu!!

Really nice jacket
I love this jacket - the outer material is really nice and the fleece lining is perfect. Warmer than I would have thought - makes a great top layer for heading to the gym in the cold, without having to wear your giant winter coat.
Only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is the lining needs maybe 2 more snaps down as it gets a little rolled up and out of place around the shoulders when you're putting it on - you have to make sure it is in the right place before you put it on - not a big deal, but could definitely zip in/snap in better.

Uba disappointed.
After coveting a store employee's black lux uba, I headed straight for the rack to acquire my own. Unfortunately only the ivory ones were left. . .
-The ivory lux fabric is very cheap looking and thin. When I put the hood up it was translucent- you could see the line of my hair!
- the hood is the same size as the scubas.
- it was slightly more fitted than the scubas.
- the white fleece against the ivory lux adds to cheap aesthetic.
- I'm not above paying too much for Lulu items, but this honestly looked like a Rue 21 (read: $15) sweatshirt.

Surprisingly warm...
Bought this to use as a casual winter jacket...awesome choice. Super warm (especially for cold NS weather), super comfortable, love it! Now do I need it in white? :-)
Looser fit than regular scuba.

Sexy Casual
I just received my black Uba Lux in the mail and I love it! I have no idea what people are talking about when they are complaining about the insert being twisted or sewn in weird because mine is in great condition. I love that this jacket looks a little like a biker jacket which definitely gives in a sexy edge. It's very flattering and surprisingly warm! I do wish the hood was thicker but other than that, it's a lovely addition to my Lulu collection.

love style; disappointed with quality
First wear - put something in the pocket only to find it was not sewn shut. The material is fraying and I can feel the lining on the inside. For this price, it should be better quality. I do not live close to a Lulu store so am I stuck with a defective garment that I will be scared to wash?

Great spring jacket
I ordered the black uba on line because they were sold out in my local store, When i went back to the store they had it in cream/white, now i don't know which color i like best. Both make a great spring jacket. I am a size 8, but sized up to 10, which fits great, i did'nt want it too snug. This jacket is very soft, cozy, and light weight.I know it will get alot of use. My husband said he did,nt like the material, but i do.

comfortable & warm
Someone special gave me a gift card for my birthday and I ordered this jacket. I wasn't sure at first how it would fit or if it would hold up to the cold, so far so great! The fit is perfect, though ladies if you really workout your biceps be careful on sizing the arms are snug, even still I was recently in Las Vegas in chilly weather and it was cozy and warm.

Liner zipper broken upon arrival
After saving and saving to invest in some "quality" Lululemon gear I could not be more let down by my recent purchase. I received this gorgeous little jacket in the mail today only to find that the lux liner will not zip back into the jacket :( I am a new customer and have always heard nothing but rave reviews from my fellow yogis about Lulu and the quality of their products however this is simply unacceptable to pay $160 after tax for an item that is defective. Perhaps outsourcing to China is this companies downfall, I do not mind paying so much for quality gear but please, please perform at the same level I am paying for and consider offering work to factories that will benefit the economy closer to home.

Surprisingly Warm!
I bought this jacket for a trip to California where they were experiencing colder than normal temperatures a couple weeks ago. It kept me nice and warm in 5 degree (celsius) weather. Great!
But wait...after coming back to frosty Alberta, I wore this same jacket one day with the Don't Hurry Be Happy pullover in -23 degree windchill (silly me forgot to check the forecast), and I was STILL ok!! Wouldn't say I was super toasty warm, but I had no problems running errands in it all day (e.g. filling up on gas, picking up kids from school, etc).
Soooo much happier with this jacket versus the What the Fluff jacket I had to return because it didn't keep me warm at all, even in -13 degree weather. And this is much less expensive too. :)
I have a scuba hoodie in 6, but bought the uba lux in 8 so I could layer. Sleeves are slightly long for me (I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs) but I sometimes just fold in the cuffs and it's fine.
Agree with some of the other reviews re: needing to adjust the inner lining and the hood being a bit useless in the wind, but those minor things were not enough to dock a whole star off....I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could!
