Great if you like comfort over looks
For it's price, I would have liked more durability, after about three washes the black, on the purple and black dip die, started to fade drastically to greyish mauve. And the waistband stretched out so that the body is a good 2 inches tighter then the edge, but it does deserve some pros, it's reaarly thick, so with this canadian weather, I can wear it with 0 degree weather, and not feel a chill, the long arms are a godsend with my freakishly long arms, and the deep hood with the inscription always seemed to brighten my day.
Other then the fading and waistband stretching, it's a hoodie that will last years with good care. Just dissapionted that with the money I pay, I get an almost perfect item.

Actually fades to BLACK!
Just received my dip-dye scuba and I love it! Mine came in more of a camo color that actually fades to BLACK. Reading the other reviews, I was expecting to have a poorly faded brown to dark brown sweater, which I was okay with especially since I only paid $79. Very glad to see that I got what I ordered. I love this scuba. I ordered my usual size 4, and I find it more tighter which I do not mind. The material is also thinner in the hood. The inscription inside the hood is a great little surprise. Overall, this was a great purchase.

Nice quality, poor colouring - don't buy on sale!
I wanted this hoodie in a 6 in the dip dye purple/black combo but there have been no Size 6's for what seems like months. I finally gave up on the purple and purchased the deep camo (brownish) dip dye hoodie once I saw it on sale. THe description says it fades from brown to black but this is a total mis-description. THe photo the model wears is very misleading for the camo one and shows almost 3 shades of colours, from brown to dark brown to black. I was quite disappointed to receive this hoodie and find that not only does it not fade to black at all (so basically doesn't even match my Lulu pants which is what I bought it for), but the colour is like all one faded shade of brown. It looks like it was a dark hoodie washed 1000 times. It does not look new and I don't get the 3 shade fade look at all, if anything, mine looks like light brown from the chest up and dark brown below it - it's only 2 colours and they don't fade into eachother well. I am disappointed as this was a sale purchase so, of course, I am stuck with it, even though the description for the hoodie was actually wrong (saying the bottom is black - there is no black on this at all). From reading other reviews sounds like I'm not the only one who got duped with this hoodie. I do love the fit, quality & thumbholes - but for the money I spent, on colouring that looks nothing like the photo - I feel like I wasted my money. I would caution those purchasing the purple dip dye as well. I am sad that I spent so much on a Lululemon product I don't love.

Great hoodie....but wrong colour :(
This is a very well made hoodie...great quality and super comfy, just like my other Scuba's. I wear them everywhere and rarely will I grab a non lulu hoodie when I leave the house and highly recommend them. That said...I purchased the deep camo/black dip dye hoodie from wmtm after I spoke with someone on live chat to confirm the colour. I had read in a previous review that it fades to a dark brown, even though the description says "black". The person I spoke with assured me that it fades to black, however, the one I received today does not! It's a very dark brown, but not black like I was lead to believe. Kinda bummed since I probably wouldn't have purchased it if I had known....and the icing on the cake was the fact that I purchased it for $89 and four short days later it went down to $79...figures!

Love at first sight?
So I'd been eyeing this scuba hoody for a while online and when I found it later in the "we made too much" section, I couldn't not buy it. Due to my super busy lifestyle, I had to buy it online which I was a little skeptical of as it was a final sale product and I'd never actually seen it in person. However, when I took it out of the bag and tried it on it fit perfectly, just as all of my other lulu hoodies do (I went with my normal size 6).
-Sleeves are the PERFECT length. Obviously this doesn't apply for everyone, but I have relatively long arms. This sweater gets an A for sleeve length in my books.
Colour: kind of a nice browny colour at the top which nicely fades into a darker brown/charcoal-esque colour. I love it, wasn't sure what to expect from other reviews but it's pretty much exactly what I was expecting from the picture.
Wow, getting long but AWESOME purchase, couldn't be happier. It's soft, and warm and fitted nicely. Everything I've come to expect from lululemon scuba hoodies. I'll definitely continue buying online.

Nice hoodie!
I have this scuba in the special edition paris pink/purple dip dye combination. Its a beautiful looking hoodie and I like that the fur around the hood is removable! The long sleeves are awesome and the thickness of the fabric is really nice and warm! It could be just a litttttle bit longer in the body, but it's really not too bad, I just like my tops to be longer. My only issue is that I feel like i'm between sizes. I ordered a size 10 and it fits really nicely in the arms/shoulders/boobs but around my abdomen area I feel like its a little big, like I could have a size 8 for that area. Needless to say its still a great hoodie and I continue to wear it constantly. I've had lots of compliments on it! Lulu please make this scuba in more colors! Seems like all the new scubas online are coming out in different tones of blues but we've had lots of blue lately and since i'm not near a store online is my only option! I'd love to see some more vibrant pinks or nice greys, greens, or purples!!

amazing shades of blue!!
this is my 3rd scuba and the prettiest by far- the other two are mini stripes in shades of grey which i love too! When this hit the website i thought it would sell out in hours like everything does that is super cute! I can't belive that it hasn't? Its amazing love love love the colors, and i happen to like the metal zipper better- it tends to look richer higher quality to me! All my high end hoody's in other brands have this maybe that is why i draw this conclusion? Anyhow i washed it in phosphate/chlorine free detergent tumble dried low till damp then hung dried it twise since i keep hearing about color transfer on some colors - not a problem it is perfect. I do know some regular detergents have a plethra of toxic chemicals- i think some of these may be partially causeing this problem? Just my personal theory. I love this hoody!!!

LOVE this blue dip dye!! lulu scuba's are the best zip up, especially for this winter to spring weather - definitely my favorite scuba so far!

unexpected!
I am 5 foot so I am short and have a chest size of 32 DD and am 135. I have a scuba in lime green and I have it in a 6 it fits really well every where except the chest is very tight showing bra straps, so when I ordered the special edition dip dye in Paris pink I got an 8. I hardly noticed a difference in size thought the body except the chest is now perfectly fitting. My only complaint is that the arms are 3-4 inches longer then the 6 which means I have to fold them up which is a bit annoying. But I love this sweater I have worn it every day since I got it, super warm and I like the removable fur trim when it is chilly best of all it was on sale for 59$. I have never ordered anything online before this and it was a wonderful experience it came in 2 days flat. Will do this again!

Just received my newest Scuba Hoodie in the White, Indigo & Aqua dip dye! I absolutely love it. This is my 3rd scuba hoodie and it is the softest by far! I know I am addicted!!! LOL
