why we made this

We made this sweatshirt with a deep, cinchable cocoon-like hood to help protect us from light wind and rain as we make our way home from the studio. The cozy Stretch French Terry fabric helps keep in our heat when the temperature dips and front zipper pockets hold our phone and keys for us so we can warm our hands on a hot cup of tea.

lovely bleached coral I always get a ton of compliments when I wear this jacket. At only 5'3", many of my lululemon pieces require alteration; however, the Rejuvenate fit perfectly from the start. I bought my usual size 4. I would consider purchasing the Inkwell if it goes on sale. May 17, 2013
Very comfortable I tried the Scuba hoodie and found it to be too thick and not form fitting. This hoodie is very flattering on me and I love the neck line (5 5 1/2" and 135 lbs). It would be great to have more colour options (red, purple, etc.). May 6, 2013
Nice hoodie This hoodie is well made but I had to return it because the hood was too big on my small frame (looked like a frilly neck lizard). It's a large make, so the size 2 was roomy on me, but ok. For ref I'm 152cm, 46-7 kilos - usually size 2-4. May 1, 2013

Cheap This was only my second Lululemon purchase, my first being a Scuba hoodie that I ADORE. I wanted a lighter weight hoodie for spring/summer and this seemed perfect. Initially I was thrilled with it, despite having to go up a size. It fit nicely, it was a good length for me and the form fit is flattering. However after wearing it for only a couple days and washing it ONCE (delicate cycle, cold, low dryer) it was already starting to pill under the arms and there was a small hole near the armpit! For a $98 hoodie, this is unacceptable to me. I will be returning it and most likely not getting another as I found a very similar hoodie at Target for a much more reasonable price. Sadly this hoodie just isn't special enough to pay almost $100 for, in fact I'm almost embarrassed to have paid so much for it. It's cute, but not $98 cute. April 29, 2013
Comfy jacket - but had to size up I like this jacket because of the comfy and cozy style. It's not a thick jacket, but it will block out the wind or chill. I love the long ties and bigger hood. I did have to size up. I'm a size 6 in almost everything lulu, but this I had to size up to an 8. The 6 was just a little too short and to snug. I'm 5'7" and 143 lbs. April 28, 2013
Very comfortable I purchased the Rejuvenate hoodie when I was going on a shopping binge at LLL. I originally wanted the Scuba Hoodie but was told the store was all out of them. I really wanted a new sweater so the employee referred me to this sweater. This sweater is extremely comfortable. I am a personal trainer and wear it to work all the time. The oversized hood makes it very comfortable for when I just want to be lounging. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it isn't as warm as i'd like it to be. I personally get cold quite easily so to others it may be warm but I don't think I would wear this one on a cold, rainy, windy day. For comfort yes, for warmth no. April 25, 2013

Love it! I ended up purchasing the "Rejuvenate Hoodie" because an employee there recommended it and I love it! I love the material and I wear it all the time. Disappointing I'm a very loyal Lulu fan, despite the negative press they've been receiving lately. I have quite a few pieces that I wear every single day - I throw them on after I get off work, I wear them every time I go to the gym or a workout class, and I live in them on the weekends. My recent favorite is the Daily Yoga Jacket, I'm in love! I always read the reviews before purchasing an item, and this was no exception. But I have a short torso, and I thought "there's no way this jacket could be too short for ME, because then it'd be too short for everyone!" But it definitely is way too short. For jackets with no hoodie, I believe you can get away with a shorter length. But for a jacket with such a large hoodie, it looks completely off-balance by being so short. Also the material definitely leaves something to be desired - it really does feel/look like something from Target. Especially the zipper, it just looks incredibly cheap. And the drawstrings! Wow I thought I could get over that, but they are SO LONG. Like in-your-way-all-the-time-omg-this-is-driving-me-insane long. I was so excited to get the jacket in the mail, and I ripped it open, only to be sadly disappointed. It's going back to the store, as much as I'm in love with the color. I'm sure everyone has their own personal preferences, but this is the first time an online Lulu order has come in where I didn't like anything I ordered. Oh well! I guess it's better on my wallet :) If you're looking for a nice jacket, I really recommend the Daily Yoga Jacket! April 14, 2013
