COOLMAX® is lightweight, soft and stretchy - made from 100% polyester fibres, it move sweat away from the body to the outer layer of the fabric
strong and light, Swift fabric is woven to stand up to whatever we throw at it - we love this technical fabric for its no-bulk, no-nonsense performance
why we made this
There's a time and a place for everything. Unsurprisingly, the time for Hot yoga gear is moments before we get on our yoga mats in a room where the dial is set to fevered mutterings. We designed these crops to pull on over our yoga gear and get us to and from the studio without causing a scandal.
fabric + features
adjust the fit and length by pulling the continuous drawcord in the bottom hem
tighten the stretch drawcord in the waistband for a snug fit
stow your essentials in the deep, COOLMAX® pockets on your hips
there's a secure key pocket hidden in the left hip pocket
chafe-resistant flat seams don't rub sweaty skin the wrong way
I have been eyeing these online and finally went in to my local Lulu to try them on. They are incredibly thin and though they are TTS (size 4, petite 5'1, 110 lbs.) and I liked the styling, I just couldn't pull the trigger to spend $80+ on what feels like cheap quality. I have Lulu tops and scarves, which I love and are all great quality, but I'm holding off on purchasing any bottoms until all these quality issues are resolved and improved. I have a pair of crops for outdoor activities that were $20 cheaper (by a well-known brand) that have survived vigorous 10 hr. rafting and hiking trips. Sadly, as cute as these Lulu crops are, they just don't seem like they'll last long for just daily activities.

My favorite Lulu item!
I have four pairs of these crops. They are by far my favorite lululemon item. Now don't get me wrong, I have quite a few complaints about lulu, but these pants are the exception. The cadet blue is an amazing color. I'm thinking of buying another pair just to have as a backup. I don't really understand what this whole thing with the waistband is. I don't doubt it's happening, but I wish someone would post a picture so I could see what they are saying. Either way, I haven't had an issue with the waist band at all. Sometimes the draw cord on the waist is all twisted inside the waist band after washing, but I just stretch it out and it goes back to normal. I use these for casual wear and for hiking. Love love love.

My husband bought these for me last spring. They were great until after the first wash or two. The top of the waistband rolls down making the fit somewhat uncomfortable and sloppy looking. i want to love them, but every time i put them on i spend way too much time fussing with the waistband.

Waist band rolls! ARGH!
I had a c-section and have a little baby pooch, I I thought it was just me but I have the same issue as others with the waist band rolling. The waist band rolls every time I wear them. As a result I've only worn them twice and they sit in my closet!
This is so sad for me because I love my Lulu's! These are the only pair that have this issue of all my Lululemon pants/capris.

Loooooove (except for the waistband!)
I love studio pants. The are comfy, and look totally fab at the same time. They are amazing (both long and cropped). They're my go-to, and they look great with anything!
I dislike the only thing I've realized a lot of people are dealing with too. The waistband rolls when you wash them !!! I've grown to deal with it but it's beyond frustrating, especially when you pay as much as you do.
All in all, minus a small waistband problem, I love em.

The crops are comfortable and cute. I would love them if it wasn't for the waist band issues. I have washed them per instructions, let air dry, and yet the waist band still rolled. Pretty annoying.

I love the pant itself, the fit & style is awesome. I have one pair of crops and two pair of shorts in the same fabric and they are my all time favourite summer pants/shorts.
However, I?m torn bc I?m so disappointed in the quality. The bums on all three items are totally pilled to the point where I don?t feel good about wearing them now because they look so worn and raggedy. Not the look I?m going for with my lulu clothes?
I have never had any other lulu item pill, EVER. I am so disappointed that all of these have. I want to buy some of the new colours but I?m scared to submit the order bc it kind of feels like throwing money away...

wear them all the time
These are my go to pants. They are perfect for travel to and from the gym or yoga...i have even worn them to work.
I am 5'4 and weigh 123 i went with a 6 and they fit great the full length ones apparently are made for ladies who are of abnormal height but these are perfect and hit in the correct spot.

So very comfortable!
I now have three pairs of these pants, black, blue and turquoise. Thankfully I managed to buy one pair on sale. I'm 175cm, 61kg and bought them in size 6 so they're definitely TTS. I've worn a pair almost every day while I've been in holidays, with different tops, and they are the most comfortable pants. The material is thin and cool so great to wear in an Australian summer. I love Lulu!

Handwashing has no problems
Sad to hear so many terrible reviews.
When I bought these there were positive reviews and I now own three pairs.
I have washed them all around 4 times each
I hand wash them in cold water with a teaspoon of washing powder and line dry.
I handwash & line dry all my gym clothes.
I peg the pants at the waist just below the hem such that the thick band folds over the line.
I've gone to the gym to do dead lifts, snatch, rowing, chin ups, and these pants have worked great for me with no rolling issues.
I bought a size 6, am 58kg, 75cm waist.
I think these pants are great and I am eagle eyeing for more colours.
Im not sure how everyone else is washing & drying these pants, but handwashing and line drying has produced zero problems for me.
