Perfect... except
I love lulu's but for the price I expect high quality. I use their clothes strictly for working out and teaching classes so I want something that not only looks nice but is functional. These pants were perfect; I am 5'2" so the length is amazing. Although the downside is that the yellow was sheer which when your working out the last thing you want is sheer pants. The low rise worked fine for me but i know that sometimes having a thicker and higher waistband is necessary, which is something you need to consider when buying these pant. Lulu please more pants this length!

Disappointed...
Purchased these in store not too long ago, and just brought them out today since it was warm and just the perfect weather! Put em' on and noticed an ink mark on the yellow side of the leg...looks like a pen mark. $$$ for a pair that are imperfect is very disappointing! Unfortunately I couldn't find my receipt nor can I get this stain out...Tried to call my local lulu to see what they could do for me, only to get placed on hold for more than 15 minutes, had to hang up and call again but of course no one would pick up! I just wanted to know if they could help me resolve this issue.
Starting to question the quality and customer service lately....

great crops! pros and cons
I love these crops! They are a little sheer when you go for a down dog, but they are so much nicer for hot yoga! Personally, I think the thinner pant feels better to move in, and they don't feel as sticky when you sweat. The only thing that I cannot stand about these pants is that there is NO POCKET. I have chapstick on me 24-7 and all of my other lulu pants have pockets except for these! But really, these are great pants, but if you're going to wear them to a yoga class, stay in the back!

Heat it Up Crop
I grabbed this off the rack not thinking I was going to buy it. I just needed a pair of pants to try on with some tanks and sweaters. I liked the fit well enough that I bought it right there. The crop is very comfortable and molds to my skin. That being said, the side panel molds a bit too much and I can see my cellulite, but not enough to deter my purchase. I would like it more if the side panel was of a slightly thicker material. The bottom calls just above my knee and is just a little more snug around the cuff than I would prefer. The side panel and cuffs are really not that big of a deal to me, I'm just nit picking for the sake of the review.

Don't even bother trying them on
These crops sheer and they side stripes are NOT flattering. I wouldn't waste my time.

Sheer
These feel and look like a good crop for hot yoga BUT they are quite sheer....maybe the sheerness is what keeps you cool. So you have to decide if you like them enough that you don't care if people see your underwear (etc.) underneath. :( For $78 these should not be see through. Somehow these were not part of the recall and I don't understand why. They are see through!! I purchased after they removed all of the supposed-see through pants from the stores. So now what do I do....I'm stuck with $78 see through pants.

Low rise too low
I tried these on among others (Run: pace crop & Run: Inspire Crop II) and right away the low rise felt too low, and a bit loose. I tied the strings and I just thought that didn't want strings to tie every time. They also felt tight at the calves just below the knees (and I don't have fatty calves). I left home with Run: pace crop.

Perfect for hot yoga
I've worn these twice now and love them. They kept me cool in Bikrams and stayed put. I have had no problems with the ties coming loose. I bought the black and do notice the sheerness of the mesh panels. Maybe it makes for better air flow? They are comfy and flattering.

slimming but slide down
these are really slimming. i first tried on the navy/yellow pair because i liked the color combination but the yellow panels were super thin and highlighted cellulite i didn't even know i had. the black/green ones were cute but looked too much like budget football pants. i went with black/black because they were the most flattering and will be the easiest to pair. the rise is low and when i wore these on a 13 mile hike, they slide down the entire time. during a heated vinyasa yoga session they stayed put much better but i still had to yank them up a few times. overall, they were amazingly breathable and opaque but i won't buy these again bc of the low rise. and i wish there were some pockets in these! my usual size 2 fit perfectly.

Great all around crops
These crops are breathable enough for the hot outdoor temps and hot yoga, but cover enough skin to be suitable for running in weather that is a bit to cold or nippy for shorts. As a climber these are also great because they cover knees to avoid outdoor scraping, and don't seem to hold chalk like some other pants do.
I have not had any problems with looseness, I would just advise to make sure that you get the size that fits right. Although I could have gotten 2s or 4s, I ended up going with the smaller size to cut out any extra material. If you cannot go into the store and try them on to test sheerness, I would also advise getting a pair with the mainly black fabric--the black tends to be less see through then the dark blue color.
