Run: Inspire Crop II

These are the crops we pack for Kona (and, well, everywhere else).

why we made this

When we're training hard on the track and the trails, we want to work up a serious sweat without grime sticking to our legs. We designed these run crops out of inherently wicking fabrics so our skin stays dry and placed mesh panels behind the knees to help keep us cool when things get heated.

I have only started buying products from Lululemon a few months ago. These were the first pair of pants I purchased and I have since gone back and purchased three more pairs in different colors. Because I am a newer Lululemon consumer, I am not aware of the "quality" difference other users are commenting on. I however love these pants. I am an avid runner and the Inspire Crop II keep me cool and comfortable whether I am going for a 3 mile run or 8 mile run. I have no complaints. I also have not had any issues with sheerness. I wear these pants to the gym while working out pre-run and again no issue with sheerness. I hope that new colors are introduced as I will be purchasing them! May 23, 2013
Great Light Weight Crop I bought these crops online which I have NEVER done especially with LuLu lemon apparel. Most of their items you need to try on instore to decide sizing. I decided to stay with size 12 knowing they would be a snug fit. I wasn't disapointed they fit like a glove. I have large calves and they aren't tight. I ran in these today experienced no camel toes, no chafing or riding up. they are a lighter material. I bought black and they aren't see thru. They don't show my panty line like some other brands. Best Crops Ever! I own 3 pairs of the Wunder Unders (both in crop and pant lengths) and decided to give these a try. I love them SO MUCH MORE!! I wish lulu would come out with more colours or stock my size! For reference I am 5'8", approximately 138 lbs and wear a size 6. These fit like a dream and flatter all insecurities. I wear these all the time for various activities and they never smell or show dirt. I would also buy these in pant length if they were available. May 23, 2013
SO Comfy... I haven't been to Lulu in while because of all of the recalls I've been hearing about. I decided to go into the store anyways, because I love the product and quality! I purchased these pants in all black, and on me they are not sheer at all! I purchased them in a ten, I'm 5'8" for reference! I need these in other colors, they are great for yoga, the gym, running and even lounging around. The only thing I noticed is that the seams might not be as secure as my older lulus, and there is a tiny bit of chafing and I've had them for a little over a month... Other than that, they are great! Love! I decided to start running and figured I should reward myself (for motivating purposes of course!) with a new pair of pants. Today was the first day and I love these pants. The fit is great and at no point did I feel uncomfortable. I actually didn't want to take them off after I finished. I bought the black with pop orange and didn't have a problem with the material being sheer as some of the others have mentioned. May 22, 2013
Lightweight crop for summer I got these crops in black with the green stripe. They are definitely thinner than my other LuLu running pants and when I bent over I could see my underwear through them, but the thin material is nice for summer running, and I don't bend over a lot when i'm running! On my first run on a hot day they stayed nice and dry and I like the venting behind my knees. They are long on me, but since I am barely 5 ft tall, all pants are long on me! May 22, 2013
A Perfect Fit! I'm in love with these crops. I bought them after living in the Running with My Homies crops 24/7 (now discontinued). The fabric IS light, but it is not so light that it is sheer or see through (I bought the all black ones). They are a great fit and incredibly comfortable. I wear mine for spin class and running and they have not disappointed. The light material is great because it keeps me from getting overheated. I especially like the central positioning of the back pocket. I would say these crops are on par with the other ones I have purchased from Lulu and far superior to a similar (cheaper) pair that I purchased from Target. May 22, 2013

New fabric = thinner crops with less compression I have a pair of these crops in a fun pattern that I bought a year or two ago and I wear them CONSTANTLY. Last weekend I picked up a new black pair figuring I would give my patterned crops a break. The new pair is... OK. I noticed right away trying them on that the fabric was noticeably thinner, but I thought that would probably be fine for summer. They weren't sheer (thank goodness) and they didn't seem to show cellulite - so I figured I'd give them a try. After wearing them a few times, I honestly just miss the old fabric. The lighter material doesn't keep me any cooler in the hot weather, and I just feel a lot more "tucked in" with the compression present in my old crops. Tried on both pairs again last night and ended up wearing my old ones. If you don't compare them to the old material, they're fine, I guess. Unfortunately I can see that I'm just going to end up reaching for my old crops and neglecting this pair. May 21, 2013
Love these! There have definitely been some major failings with Lulu products over the last year or so, but these crops still remain a favorite of mine. I have a couple of pairs from way back and have purchased a couple of pairs of the new ones and have to say in my opinion they are still great crops! I have had no see through issues at all, they offer great compression for classes I teach (such as Kickboxing) and they stay pretty much in place the whole time. For reference I wear a size 8, 5ft 6, 155lbs right now (gained some weight from my usual 145lbs), athletic/muscular build. I could probably size up to a 10 at the moment but my 8's are still a good fit. May 21, 2013
