by dolcedk Nice but snags easily
I got this tee about a year ago and have used it maybe once or twice a months and washed it according to the instructions. I have loved the lightness and sweat-wicking material until recently where I have found it has snagged in several places.

I love this product! I wear this shirt for everything from running to yoga to just hanging around the house. It is the first thing I grab to go work out. It has great ventilation and movement. and the silverscent technology really works. I have the grey and white. I tend to wear the grey more. I was worried that the white would discolor, but so far this has not been a problem. love love love it.

I have quite a few of the swiftly tech material shirts and have loved them in the past, but the most recent one I purchased is not of the same quality. I got the tempo stripe black/white tee and it has stretched out so much, it is about 2-3 inches longer and baggier than my other ones! Disappointing for a $60 shirt.

I bought this shirt in white right after Christmas. After working out in it one time, there are two small holes. The underarms of the shirts are already discolored, and if I would have known I wouldn't be able to sweat in this shirt, I would have invested in another. The stitching seems to be wearing off too. I followed washing instructions, and I have another color in this same shirt that I've had no problem with. This is the only lulu product I've been displeased with but I'm afraid it won't be the last.

I bought this shirt in Sea Mist Green. After wearing for about a month or so, this shirt developed snags/holes, and you'd think for a $60 shirt, this wouldn't happen. Is there anyway this can be replaced?

by seese Material stretches out & disappointing store exp.
I generally wear an 8 in tops. When I tried on a swiftly tee for the first time, it was pretty tight and clingy in my back showed rolls from where my bra sits on my back, so I sized up to a 10. I asked the store associate if the material would stretch out and if it looked like an 8 or 10 fit me better. She assured me the fabric would not stretch out and that I should choose the size I felt most comfortable in. I choose the 10, got it hemmed, and left the store. After working out in it, it has stretched in width quite a lot. (See attached photo below, how much a size 10 stretches out post workout, versus one new).
I returned to the store to ask if I could exchange it for a smaller size since I was told it would not stretch out and it did. The store associate asked me if I purchased it in my usual size, and I said I sized up because the material was originally too clingy on my back area. He responded that since I "sized up", the material will not behave as its design original intention, and that in fact, my wearing my not usual size caused the material to behave this way. If I had purchased this in my usual size, then it would not have stretched out. They do not exchange based on sizing issues, only on quality issues, and to him, this was strictly a sizing issue. This is the biggest load of BS I've ever heard. So in all tops I am restricted to only wear one size? And different sizing based on fit will make the clothing non-functional? I can see how if you sized down, and the shirt stretched out, that's understandable, but why if you size up, the shirt still stretches out, and somehow that's my fault? A shirt that stretches out so much that it is no longer the size I purchased it in is a quality issue.
I then purchased the shirt in a size 8, gave it a workout, and lo and behold, the worn size 8 is now around the width of a new size 10. (See comparison photos). You can expect this shirt to give about 2 inches in width post wearing.
Since I would never buy this in a size 12, which is what the size 10 cranberry I purchased fits like now, I look like I'm wearing a sack. The stomach part is so large I am constantly pulling it down when I do a sit-up because it no longer is no longer tight enough to cling to my stomach. When I do a jumping jack it flies up and exposes my stomach.
Overall, annoyed that this shirt stretched out so much, and extremely disappointed at Lululemon's response and attitude.

This is the only shirt I will wear for work now. I am a PE teacher and I sweat every day, but the silver sent makes all my shirts smell as if they are brand new. I have thrown out so many shirts over the years because they start to smell. I have had one of these shirts now for over 6 years and no smell at all. I can sweat in them all day and they dry really fast. I now have over 12 of these shirts. I love the new dark blue and dark purple. They are an even softer material from the original shirts. This shirt needs to be a part of everyone's collection.

Rated 3 out of 5 by tennischick2 I have a few of these tops but recently bought the tempo stripe black white. Wore it playing tennis and then ran and it really stretched out. Not sure it will go back to its original shape after washing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cycleK LOVE Swiftly Techs...but have to give them up! :(
I live in the Swiftly's. I have one on at some point each day, but with the addition of the Silverescent technology, I have to abandon this shirt that I LOVE! I am allergic to the Silverescent. My new fall colored shirts have this added to them and suddenly I have a constant rash on my back and chest. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, or if it's just me and my strangely sensitive skin. It would be great if LuLu could continue making this shirt and provide an option without the Silverescent technology for weirdo's like me who cannot wear it.

This is not my first swiftly- I love the line and love the tanks and long sleeves. This is my second short sleeve crew and the first time I wore it for a run, as soon as I started to sweat the material started to expand. By the end of my run the shirt felt like it had grown at least a size or two- I had to tuck it into my shorts because it was so baggy. I was very disappointed with it because my other swiftlys have expanded a little but with sweat but not at all to this degree.
