Lightened Up Pullover

Weird bunching of material in back
I love the color fabric and pretty ruffles at hem. However I am contemplating returning it bc I can't get over the bunching of extra material in the back. I added some photos. Is this how it's supposed to fit? I bought my usual size in lulu top -6. What do you think? Also I don't like that you can't see the pretty runching at upper back when not using the hood.

It looks like I'm in the minority here, but I don't think this top is worth the price. I ordered it in the cadet blue and the light flare, and while I like them both (especially the light flare), I need to love it for the hefty price tag. I spend a lot at LLL, but I can't justify spending $128 + for basically a long sleeved running shirt. If it was around $90, then maybe, but overall I was a little disappointed in this one.

Love the swift ultra fabric, perfect to wear on a run over a tank or top and then when you warm up and don't need it, it is easy to unzip and take your arms out of the sleeves and tie it around your waist without having to take it completely off, due to the 1/2 zip being long enough and lots of stretch in the fabric. The pleats at the bottom are a nice detail and the length is perfect.
I got this in the cadet blue and love the colour. Had the trim around the hood, zipper and cuffins been in a striped or heathered cadet blue if would have given this solid colour a little more detail like the bali breeze.
I could do without the hood so you could see the detail underneath it and I am not crazy about the pleat in the back. A reflective strip down the back would be nice which you have done before with a running jacket I bought years ago and still wear. None of these issues though would deter me from buying this pullover if I see it in another colour I like.

Gorgeous, high quality pullover
I was initially a little hesitant to purchase this top online because of the price, however I was drawn to it so I gave it a try. I am so impressed by the style, the fit and all the beautiful details. I love the feminine look of the scalloped bottom, the stretchy cuffs with thumb holes, the ponytail hole in the hood, the halfway zipper, the venting in the back, and the reflective strips. It is so gorgeous and definitely a high quality piece that I will have for a long, long time. The very light flare is vibrant, perfect for running on spring mornings. It is now one of, if not, my favorite Lulu piece. If there were more colors available, like bright blue or dark purple, I would likely buy another one.

Runner's Best Friend
Hangs on the body well, is not clingy and does not ride up while running. Tried on the 10 for fit purposes but it's just too baggy on the sides and back. A size 8 fits perfectly on my 5'4" 145lb frame. Got it in "Very Light Flared" color which is great for visibility while running in the Seattle rain.

FAVORITE LULU ITEM EVER!
I was so excited when I received this! It is so flattering and comfortable and adds just the right amount of warmth for a crisp day. Layering a long sleeved shirt underneath it provides plenty of extra warmth.
The fit for me was a snug TTS/size up. I tend to purchase 2 sizes in most LLL clothing. My WUC and pants are a size 8. All of my Energy bras are a size 8. I buy CRBs in a 10 and Forme's in a 10. All of my Scubas are a size 8 and I just got the Hustle jacket in an 8. I purchased the Lighten Up pullover in a size 10, and it is perfect. It is loose enough to have comfortable arm movement, but not too loose to where it is sloppy. Also, sizing down would have made the pleats pull open in the back, which I didn't want.
I love the little extra details on this! That is what made me fall in Love with lulu gear years ago. Sadly, those details seem to have fallen by the wayside as of late. But, this pullover has little puckers by the sleeves that just give it that little bit of "extra". And, I love, love, love the understated pleats in the back and the front. They make it look more special than other pullovers. The back "bubble" is a bit voluminous, but sizing up for me didn't make it bigger--it just made it so that my shoulders didn't pull it open obnoxiously. I also love the ruching in the back under the hood.
The only thing that I don't like about this is the ponytail holder in the hood. I have long hair, but if it's raining, I would never put up my hood, but leave my hair out. Maybe others with super thick hair feel differently, however.
I bought this in cadet blue which is a gorgeous purplish blue color. I loved this so much, I purchased it in black too.

This pullover is amazing - love it! The material is like silk and very comfortable. It runs tts and fits over a top perfect, the fabric is not bulky but light and soft. The details are great and I bought it in two colors. This pullover is better than the picture shows!

Love everything about this shirt/hoodie/jacket!
Such clean styling and simple feminine details...what lulu does best.
Fabric is fantastic. Love the cadet blue.
Would look as awesome running as with white or black (if you have a white t-shirt) crops/pants/jeans out and about.

I got this in the cadet blue (after debating on which color to get forEVER). I got it in size 10 (I get a 12 in the scubas) and it fits great (whew!). Plenty of room in the arms and through the chest. The back pleat kind of pops out on me too but it doesn't look bad. Love the ruffle at the bottom, thumbholes and ponytail hole! Reeeeeally tempted to get the orange color now.
