why we made this

For those of us blessed with a spoonful up top (maybe even double and triple scoops) who still want to sport a strappy tank for yoga, we designed the Scoop Neck Tank. The wide straps and scoop neck cut give us bust support and coverage, leaving us free to focus on our breath and backbends.

More fashionable, less functional I first bought this tank two years ago in lilac/white and then again when it was released in menthol/fossil. I like the older version for running, but had problems matching it to the correct bottoms (most of mine are black and the soft lilac looked off to me). The luon is thick, and the bra is very supportive. The new version is at least an inch longer which provides much better coverage, and the luon is much lighter which is both flattering and reveals several squishy flaws I would rather not see. I will not be able to use this version for running as the support is much less. In addition this version pulls on my neck in a way the other version didn't. I love the menthol colour, and it looks like I'll be keeping it because of that. May 19, 2012
cute but UNCOMFORTABLE (weird cut) I bought the striped light blue version, typically wearing size 4 in tops and pants. It seemed very tied so I sized up to 6 - it is still very uncomfortable cutting in at arms and the back of my neck doing down dog poses etc. Since you can only return with tags attached I consider this a poor experience - cute but clearly not worse the money. The most flattering top you'll find This top is not only comfortable, it looks amazing on! I have a huge collection of gym/sports tops in my wardrobe and this is by far the most flattering of them all, it makes my shoulders look bigger, waist smaller and my non-existent bust seem twice the size! Gotta love that! I only wish there were more colours available. May 16, 2012
awesome for big busted ladies I LOVE the fit of this tank. Somehow it hides all of my "sins" (looser around the middle) and the cut around the top is so flattering. My only complaint is the color combinations...! They seem a little off from the other Lulu styles. Let's put a little zip into it Lulu ;) May 15, 2012
Tight in the bust I have an athletic build with broad shoulders (145lbs, 5'7", 34B) and usually wear an 8 in LuLu. I like the way this top is fitted enough that you don't need to wear a sportsbra for extra support. However, the bust is so fitted that I sometimes feel like I'm getting an armpit/boob roll over the top sides (straps are designed in the center). The strap also can pull on your neck after an hour or so workout. I would not get a size bigger though, because the body is already loose. I think the CRB fits much more comfortably. Wish there was a CRB that had enough support to ditch the sports bra! May 15, 2012
Great tank for Climbing I am not only a yogi, I am also a active climber. I just received this tank in color heathered menthol/ menthol from international online shipping yesterday and wore for climbing last night. I am 5'2", 110lb, 34c. I ordered size 6 which is my normal size. Fit is prefect and length is longer enough with harness. Color is fresh and cute. Love it. Wide stripe is a bit discomfort around the neck, but it is very good support when I am doing some extrem movement during climbing. I will recommand this tank to my friends for both climbing and yoga. Unfortunately, I found that my top is missing cups. Since this is international order, I don't know how to get it back. May 14, 2012
Great Tank I love these tank tops!!! For the longest time I veered away from buying one because I like the more "unique" tops, however my boyfriend purchased me one and I was sold. I had to run to my local lulu and get a couple more for my busy life style. Great for Birkam, cycling indoor and out door. I like the fact I didn't have to adjust the top at all in nearly every activity I was participating in. Great job lululemon! May 11, 2012

Great for running! I just bought this shirt for the first time in the turquoise. The fit it perfect and the bust and not to fight in the waste. I bought a size 4 and am very happy with it all around! Wish they had more colors available in my size, because I would buy a couple more! May 9, 2012
