why we made this

We made these shorts to be versatile enough to take us from our first training runs all the way to Boston, Kona and beyond. The fabric is extremely lightweight and moisture wicking to keep us feeling breezy and comfortable during hardcore sweat sessions.

BEST Shorts Ever! I usually run/workout in Nike shorts. I was introduced to these about a yr ago and now there's no turning back. Was skeptical about the price at first, but now I think they are def worth it!! These are the perfect length and fit for any workout. I'm 5'2'' and 118lbs; sz 6 fits me perfectly. I haven't had any problems with these shorts running up during my HIIT workouts or chafing. I just ordered the floral print to add to my collection; flash was my fav color. Can't wait for more colors/prints to come out!! :) May 12, 2012

amazing running shorts I ordered these shorts online in black in my usual size 6. For reference, I'm 5'7 and 130 lbs. They fit perfectly and are a great pair of running shorts. I love the light material and they are super comfortable to run in - the pocket is very useful for storing a key while running. I would definitely recommend these shorts to anyone, especially runners. May 11, 2012
Go to shorts These shorts are seriously the BEST shorts EVER! I run in them often and of course crossfit daily in them! I am short (5'2") and love where they hit on my thighs. They won't get "stuck" like some other shorts do when I am running or squatting. The best part of these shorts and Lululemon in general is the waist band! NEVER gives you muffin top! No Longer LuLu Run Speed Shorts Lover - DISAPPOINT Run Speeds were my ALL TIME favorites! The styles, fabric, colors and fit USED to be the BEST. They have changed pathetically in the last year. Sad, can no longer wear them. Sz 4 fits awful, Sz 6 fits even worse. OLD size 6 was AWESOME. Why take something so great and RUIN it? The sz 6 is now like a sz 8 waist and sz 10 butt - talk about vanity sizing, and they were big to begin with. You did the same with Arise bra. Short straps, no stretch:RUNIED. NOT even purchase either of these as they don't fit or are uncomfortable. Please PUT things BACK they way they were. Thanks May 9, 2012
The best shorts in the universe! These shorts are perfect for everything! I've worn them wakeboarding. I've worn them running a marathon. I wear them to crossfit pretty much every day. The only strange thing is that the sizing seems a tad inconsistent. I always buy size 8, and sometimes they are really loose and sometimes they are snug--im attaching a photo to demsontrate what i mean-the pink pair is recent and the purple reflective is about two years old. They still work great either way, but I just thought i'd mention it. I love the beachy floral print! I want some more fun patterns like that. I missed the unicorn tears print a few years ago and would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see something similar to that sooooon :) May 9, 2012

confused about the 'blushed quartz'...stripes????? I LOVE these shorts, LOVE!!! ...I am sadly in-between sizes, 2 fits snug and sometimes pulls at the hip depending on the fabric that is used, but fits great on the waist, the 4 is nice and loose and more comfortable, but I have to cinch the cord in the waist so it ripples the fabric...either-way, I still LOOOOVE them, I won't run in any other shorts but these, I have 6 pairs in those 2 sizes (5'3'', 105lbs) in various colours and patterns. BUT, I ordered the 'blushed quartz' and when they arrived in the post yesterday, they have silver STRIPES on the fabric...???? did anyone else get this little surprise??? it doesn't look that way in the photo online...looks more like speckles to me! I feel like I didn't get what I ordered, and they are slightly see-through! May 8, 2012
Addicted now Bought the indigo stripe one in Brisbane store in Australia 2 days ago. LOVE it. Ordering more colors online now. I am 158cm(5"2). 49 kg(108ibs). Size 2 or 4 usually. Def go gor the smaller size if you are in between too. Super cute and love the great short short length!! I wear with swiftly short sleeve and look very sporty!! Buy it!!! May 6, 2012
