why we made this

We designed this racerback to be a versatile, multi-sport layering piece. The four-way stretch fabric makes this tank so comfortable that it's the last thing we think about during back bends and burpees, and it's long enough that we don't have to worry about yanking it down during runs.

I now get it I'm fairly new to lulu and couldn't figure out why people went nuts over a simple racerback tank. Then I tried one on. Okay, okay, I get it. The cut is perfect, the fabric is amazing. I've worn mine so many times since purchasing it - to run, for TRX, for lifting. It looks awesome paired with a cross your heart bra. Now my only debate is which one to get next! February 19, 2012
Careful...these tanks are addicting I bought my first one of these when they came out a couple of years ago. I have to tell you that these are pretty much the only tops I wear now when I workout. I love how they feel, the way they sit with my favorite pants (Lulu's of course) and the fact that if I forget to switch out my gym bag, I am not the stinky kid as they hold off after sweat stank pretty well. Oh, and they hold up well too. Not too shabby if you ask me. February 18, 2012
You'll end up owning several I bought my first CRB a few months ago and had initially put it off since I have a whole drawer full of tank tops already but upon trying it, I couldn't say no. I love the length and fit of the CRB's and the variety of colours they come in. I now own six of them and will keep adding to my collection as more colours come out! February 17, 2012
Nice tank... Its a great tank, I bought mine off the "We Made To Much" section- apparently they weren't making the color/design anymore. I like it.. however I don't think I would pay full price for it. I'm 5'7, 117 pounds and the size 4 fits perfectly. I like how it is longer, I wear it to my Barre classes and occasionally it will ride up but its long enough where it doesn't ride high enough to expose your belly. With my color it did show when I got sweaty but it wasn't horrible.. Over all pretty nice.. but I want more tees made Lulu! February 17, 2012
The BEST! Lulu's Racerbacks are the best, most durable and reliable lulu products I own. I have them in persian purple, red, flash, and the black limited edition with the zip in the front. So comfortable, so form fitting, so lightweight. You really cannot go wrong with the racerback, and it doesn't hurt that it's the most practical, yet least expensive of the lulu tanks! I wear a size 6 in the power Y's, No Limit, and Scoop neck tanks, but consistently wear a size 4 in the racerbacks...if that helps at all. I am 5'6, 125 lbs, and size 34 C bra for reference. Nice Alternate Tank to Have but not my favorite. I have two of these tanks. I love the feel of the fabric, they wick away sweat amazingly well and there are always many color options to select from. It is a longer style tank which is not my first preference but fits well. I agree with the other reviewers on is that the front scoop comes down about one inch to low. I usually wear it with a sports bra so the top of the sports bra shows and also shows a bit of cleavage so I get a bit uncomfortable when my spinning instructor is standing in front of me and I am wondering what's showing. Unlike the other reviewers the armholes are perfect on me. February 16, 2012
Solids are great, patterns NOT - seams don't match I love the CRB Tank. It is a perfect top for exercise or running around town. I ordered the CRB in Ink Blot,(arrives tomorrow) but have been looking at pics online and in store (CRB TANK & RUN CHASE ME SKIRT) The pattern is centered down the front on model but off center in the back. (on skirt, it's just off). In the store, the pattern was not centered on any top. You can tell when a garment is well made when the pattern, stripes, plaid, etc match at the seams. In the case of Ink Blot, it is a large pattern and not random. It's should have been sewn with the pattern centered front and back. I'll see what mine looks like tomorrow. It will go back if it's off center February 16, 2012
Cute tank I got this in the fun black camo print. I ordered it in my usual size, but think I may have needed to size down because it is pretty long on me. Not sure if it would have fit in the bust though. Very lightweight and doesn't show sweat stains in the dark print. February 12, 2012
SO soft and comfortable I love this top! It fits perfectly and is so soft and comfortable during a workout. It is lightweight and dries very quickly. I am pretty short and still love the length as it is nice to be able to pull it down when I need more coverage in the gym. This has become my go to workout top, and I love the heathered colors! I get so many compliments on my pigment blue and paris pink :-). For reference I am 5'1" 125, and a size 4 fits like it was made for me! February 11, 2012
