Is it the fabric or design? Either way, size down. I wanted to love this design so I could add another 'regular' to my collection of high neck line tanks in which to teach indoor cycle classes. I don't hate it but ladies who usually buy light luon or light rulu tanks? SIZE DOWN. In all fairness, I've never owned a shirt made out of this fabric (Seamless Silverescent?), so it may just be that I'm not familiar with the fabric and those who know, know. But it has way less stretch than light luon or rulu light. I ordered a 10 (my usual LLL tank size) and it bags out around the bust and belly. Technically, the tank performs VERY WELL! It wicks sweat like a dry sponge and does not stink after! October 16, 2014
I love the color! I purchased this tank, in the new red color. I love almost everything about it, the feel, the neckline, but one major concern for us ladies with larger busts. Does anyone find that the horizontal ribbing that is supposed to be there for better absorption under the breasts, fits at the right spot? Mine is around the middle of my breasts. Looks funny when you are really paying attention to it. I think this is designed for small busted gals. Oh well, I still like everything else about it, besides that. I wish it came without it, then you can stretch it out in the breast area, and still look like it sits where its supposed to. For ref, Im a 34-36 DD. October 9, 2014
Can't decide I love the fabric. The high neckline is great for teaching spinning. Color is great (red). I found the shirt to have a roomier fit. The top part hung like a bib on me (I guess bc my boobs aren't huge?). But it felt a little awkward at times. I'd get another one on sale. September 30, 2014
The white faded, I wish they had more colors I got this because I wanted a nice top that would breath, but cover me up in the front. This top fits the bill, perfectly. I bought the white one on line, washed it once and now it is grey! I kind of wished that the white did not fade. I'm a little disappointed that they do not have this in black. The white is a no go.. Since I loved the shirt and not the white color I got another one, but this time in the blue. This one I love, it really shows off my arms! September 20, 2014
Great for Errands, Bad for Workout So the intentions of this tank top are great. Higher cut = no boobage. I got it in the blue color and it's a great vibrant color. The fit is similar to the tank and the muscle tee wannabe armholes are cute. It looks really with my Ebb to Street eggplant pants. I always size up for a looser fitted look. The problem happened when I actually started working out in it. I went to CrossFit and about 10 minutes into the workout when I was sweating a lot, I just wanted to rip the top of it off. I felt really restrictive and less breathable. So yes I still love the tank, but I think it's a more of a yoga or running errands tank rather than a high intensity workout tank. September 20, 2014
Spin with it!! I couldn't take looking at the mirror as my ladies(36C) juggling in spinning classes anymore and was wearing crew neck t-shirts until this top came to the rescue!! High neckline, stylish, sweat wicking fabric, with my favorite LLL bra underneath, I've sprint through the entire class smiling!! 5' 4" 120 Lbs., got my usual size 6. September 19, 2014
Definitely YES from me Bought it in three colors for my Pilates classes and tennis. Already wore all of them and washed. Amazing fit, length is just right, very functional and comfortable. 115lb, 5'3' size 4. Lulu please make more colors. It's a winner. September 18, 2014
Not for running I was excited to try this as a different running tank, compared to the crb and swiftly that I usually wear. What a mistake! I was so hot the entire time. The additional fabric in front adds so much heat. Felt like a turtleneck especially when I ran my headphones underneath and up the neck, very uncomfortable. All I could think about was how hot and uncomfortable I was. Made for a very long, terrible run. I can see this being a great tank for other gym activities where more coverage is desired and heat is not an issue. September 10, 2014
Makes your arms look amazing! ;) I love shirts like this with a high neckline and cut in shoulders. I may not wear this for running in Texas because I think the high neckline might be a little hot. However, this tank is GREAT for the gym. I wore mine for some cardio and strength training. The high neckline is perfect for when you sweat and it starts dripping down your neck and the front of your chest. The fabric catches the sweat and wicks it. Nothing is more distracting when beads of sweat are dripping down your chest when you're trying to squat and lift. Neckline is high but not constricting. Fabric is light, as you would expect from swiftly fabric. Arms are cut in deep and the arm holes are the slightest bit oversized, so your bra straps show a tiny bit but I like that. Tank length is good, even for me at 5'2". I took my normal size 4 top, I'm 5'2" and 111 lbs. Bought the white and already ordered the gray! I recommend this top, very functional. Plus, the cut in shoulders make your arms look killer. Sun's out, guns out! hehe September 6, 2014
No cleavage...finally! I love the Swiftly shirts! I have more Swiftly (Tank Racerback & Long-Sleeve) than I care to admit to. This Tech Tank performs very well too! I'm a PE Teacher & I'm outside all year long. I LOVE that my chest is completely covered: 1. From the sun. 2. From the student's eyes. This tank fit TTS; I'm 5'7", 150 pounds, 34 D, Size 6 in LL Tanks, Size 8 LL's in Long-Sleeve shirts, Jacket's, Sweatshirts, & Sweaters. I did notice that this tank seems (a welcome) inch or 2 longer than my Swiftly Racerbacks. The high neck doesn't strangle me during exercise (something I was concerned of), it moves with me, & the fabric's so light, I don't even feel it. The Swiftly fabric breathes very well (sweat evaporates), & doesn't hold in any of my body heat (important to a pre-menopausal woman). I haven't had any issues with snagging (keep your fingers crossed), but I'm careful with this fabric. Showing my sports-bra, through the exaggerated open arm-holes, don't bother me. The arm-holes aren't loose, & the fabric hugs my body. This Swiftly Tech Tank is a win-win for me. I have the Heathered Angel Blue, Heathered White, & just ordered the Heathered Black. Please make more colors! September 4, 2014
