Refresh Racer Tank 4.3 5 50 50
Might be a new fav........ Bought the osaka stripe heathered black grape/going grape. Am in love. This tank is perfect for us girls that find the crbs to be almost like dresses on us. Curved hem is super flattering. I'm in between sizes right now, 6/8, and went with the 8. Fit was perfect. November 20, 2014
Incredible tank! I love this tank more than the CRB. I got mine in black and it is so versatile, I would wear it every single day if I could! Definitely will need to invest in more of these. November 19, 2014
It was a gift :-( I received this tank as a gift and I loved it because of the color/pattern! (It's the grape/heather end striped one) it looks awesome! i removed & threw away the tag before trying it on and by the time I had tried it on, the tag had already been thrown away. The fit was way too tight - I usually wear a 4, but this is a 6 and it's still too tight. It fits really weird, too. The straps are odd. I thought it would look awesome because of the way it dips in the front & back. I shop LLL all the time & never have issues, but I'm so sad I no longer have the tag because I would definitely return it... November 12, 2014
nice change I really like this tank. I love the crb but sadly it seems we hardly ever get a new color. I think this could be a new favorite. I took my usual size ( same as crb size). What I liked were the curved hem, the length and how soft the fabric is. The crbs are sooo long (good for covering your "assets" with all of the peek a boo pants of the last couple years) but sometimes to long and they can't get a little bunchy around the middle. The lighter luon is pretty thin but in the stripe pattern it works and is not sheer. I'd love to get another but these colors are killing me. October 29, 2014
Cute top but runs small I tried the Osaka Stripe on while browsing @ LLL Calabasas. So much smaller than my regular size 2. I was literally gasping in the dressing room. They didn't have other colors available in my size to try on. I passed. If you like this top, it's completely appropriate to size up one whole size. The style/design and material are great. Get picky with the colors and sizing. October 27, 2014
The tank of my dreams I got this tank in the toothpaste heathered slate and the thin black and white stripe, and it is exactly what I was looking for. I'm 5'3", 130 lbs and I find many of the lulu tanks too long for my short torso. This one was the perfect length. I ordered my regular size 6 and found it was tight but not in any way restrictive. It cuts low enough to be flattering but I didn't worry about popping out during yoga. I've worn it during yoga with lots of inversions and even head stands with no tummy flashing. The straps are thinner but wide enough to cover a sports bra. I will wear this for running as well, but the material is thicker than I would want for running in hot weather. October 27, 2014
Fyi Thin shoulder straps require flow y bra I was excited to buy this as a variation to the cool racer back is a welcomed option in the wardrobe The fit and material is the same, fits true to size I just want you all to note especially for those who buy online without trying it on in store is that the shoulder straps are thinner. This means it doesn't hide the shoulder straps of the all sports bra or the energy bra. You need a thinned strap bra such as the flow y bra Also, the curved bottom is not good for short people. I am 5"2 and when I do squats and deadlifts or anything that requires me to crouch the edge flips up. Because of this I prefer and will stick to the original cool racer back. At 5"2 55kg am a 6 in CRB and a 8 in sports bras. The 6 in the refresh racer fits. I am still keeping it for running but would not buy another in the future October 25, 2014
Deodarant I just recieved this item today. I feel like it is shorter than other tanks.I hope it stays down for when i work out. Im 5'8', #160 lbs. I wear a 8 in Lulu and ordered my usual size.It did seem like a tighter fit,but not in a bad way. My main complaint is that my "brand new" tank has Deodarant all over it. So thats kind of annoying. KInd of makes my new purchase not as exciting:( October 23, 2014
The wear anywhere tank I own the Refresh Racer Tank in 2 colors now and plan on buying more. I love the snug fit that shows off my abs and all my hard work in barre class! It's flattering for both working out and everyday wear. The coverage is just enough to cover my racerback bras, but is still sexy at the same time. I especially love the length. I'm petite and I prefer a longer tank so this one is perfect for me. Thanks Lulu for yet another great product that I can collect in several colors! October 23, 2014
NOT a REPLACEMENT for CRB(PS. CRB COLOR CONTEST??) I like this tank quite well. It's fine. However, I don't find it special. Unlike some other reviewers here, I feel as if the Refresher compares unfavorably to the CRB, or Cool Racerback. The thinner straps, wider back and curved hem render the Refresher less versatile & classic IMO than the CRB. Even though I am petite and get even the Refresher hemmed straight across, using Lulu's excellent free hemming service, my tallest friends will not consider this style. I realize this is not a review for the CRB, but I feel I must compare the Refresher to the CRB since there was a nasty, and "hey lululemon" assured us unfounded, rumor that the Refresher was going to replace the beloved CRB. "Beloved" may seem a hyperbolic word to describe a tank, but I do love the Cool Racerback and own what my husband considers an obscene number of them. That being said, I justify my CRB "collection" by reminding him that I wear one almost every day (from work to work outs) and have owned some for many years. (BTW, they still look good.) Speaking of which, why not have a "hey lululemon" COOL RACERBACK COLOR CONTEST? Many visitors to the various Lululemon blogs wish for more color selection in CRBs. I know I would love racer backs in any of the following hues -- Fuel Green, Heathered Green Teal (like the Scuba), Alberta Lake, Guava Lava, Deep Zinfadel, Currant to name just a few. I recognize that I have strayed far from the point of this review. At the end of the day, the Refresher is a nice option -- one that many people clearly enjoy. However, it will never become a Core Lululemon staple for me personally. October 21, 2014
