Power Y Tank *Luon
It's An Okay Workout Top
I got this a size down (8) from what I normally get (10) with the idea that it would be more form-fitting and if it stretches out in hot vinyasa then it would be the right size. I should have stuck with my normal size because the chest band was too restrictive. I also was not a fan of how thick the fabric is since it would be used for hot yoga practices. Lastly, I wasn't a fan of the y back. It felt irritating, not liberating. I ended up exchanging this tank for the ebb to street tank and am much happier with that product!

Power Y tank
I have worn this this tank for 4 years. I always wear a size 4. It always fits the same until I bought the black power Y Tank with shiny black Pooka dots. It fits one size too small. I am so disappointed. I took the tag off because I have NEVER had this problem Ever before. It's too small. I would size up for sure! Hoping to exchange it...

I have many power y tanks in my wardrobe and find recently that the sizing is off. In the past 2 months I've purchased both the flamingo tomato and the capilano stripe in size 6. The flamingo tomato is so loose in the chest it's almost not wearable while while the other is a tight fit. Disappointing!

why did I wait so long??
I can not even believe that I waited so long to get a Power Y tank! I love the fit and the length. These tanks are going to be my new lulu obsession!

very nice tank
This is my first power Y tank. I purchased the flaming tomato red color. GORGEOUS! The tank is true to size for me. My usual is size 6. The Luon material is softer and lighter than tanks I have purchased from a few years ago. So not all Luon is the same I guess. I do not mind the lighter material, though it does follow the contour of the body more than the heavier gauge version. The fit is good and comfortable. I have a long torso, and I find this tank on the long side. It is not bad, but I would prefer a regular length tank instead. Overall, a great tank for yoga and light impact workouts.

Probably one of my faves! Love it when new colors come out!

Love this top!
I have resisted the Power Y tank for a long time-- I tend to favor looser fitting tops, and I was worried it might be too low cut for a C cup during barre/yoga classes. Despite that, I bought this at my local store in the bumble berry/bordeaux stripe color (which is beautiful in person; online picture doesn't do it justice!)-- the staff convinced me to size down, which I hesitated to do, but the fit was perfect when I wore it to practice. Just the right amount of stretch, and it stayed put throughout class.

actually pretty great!!!!!!!!
First of all I'd like to address the previous review regarding the Shine Dot Black fabric in this tank - it is NOT scratchy, it is SOFT and THICK! Beauty! I'm very happily surprised! Also - this is a tank I could wear out in the evening because of the "shine dots". Gorgeous fabric, really!! In terms of the fit, it is so so so flattering (for a small chest and self conscious about tummy). The length is perfect (i'm 5'6, 130lbs, take size 6). I was actually hoping to order a CRB, but noticing there were no fun colours right now, I opted to try the Power Y. SO HAPPY I DID! I love this tank!! I haven't worn it to the gym yet, but I can already tell it's gonna be a winner.

I received my first Power Y Tank in the mail today and it really made my day. I purchased the Flaming Tomatoe, and the color is Gorgeous!!! I sized up to an 8 just in case because of the shelf bra. I probably could get away with a 6, but it is hard to tell online. Anyway, it fits comfortably and I would say it is fairly TTS. I really like the length, which sits below my hip. For reference, I am 5"5, and approximately 130 lbs. I can't wait for a chance to wear it. I think it will be very versatile, and I can wear it for yoga type activities or layer it casually. I hope LLL comes out with more products in this color, or other reds.

First, I love the pattern options and solid color options for the Y back tank. I do agree that they are so so long- Im 5'2", 113 lbs and 30DD bust with a shorter torso. The support bra in it is pretty good but only because its so darn tight. I buy a 2 because I swim in the body of the 4, even though id probably rather buy a 4 for the bra fit. I like thin straps while working out because they bother me way less than anything wide or short sleeved. Id recommend but think that everyone needs to try on every color. The fabric is not the same throughout the Y back line. Some fits more snug and is tighter and some tanks are really soft and stretchy. Its hard to ever know online!
