Ebb To Street Tank

why we made this

We're busy yogis and it can be difficult to tune out the distractions when we step onto our mat. We designed this tank with stretchy fabric and a second-skin fit to stay in place so we can focus on our practice (and not on fiddling with our tank).

fabric + features

  • soft, stretchy fabric moves with you and won't bag out
  • racerback cut and slim fit allow for total freedom of movement
  • designed with pockets for optional, removable cups if you want a little extra coverage
  • imported

fit + function

  • designed for: yoga, gym—everything!
  • fit: tight
  • shelf bra: yes
  • support: this tank is intended to provide light support for a B/C cup
  • length: hip

Ebb To Street Tank 4.2 5 134 134
Dark stains appearing on heathered grapefruit tank I purchased the Ebb To Street tank in the heathered grapefruit color and after one wash (cold water, no dryer) I noticed that it dark stains at the top front area where the straps begin. I brought the tank into my local store and the Educator was very helpful and let me exchange it for a new tank. Now, after NOT yet wearing this new heathered grapefruit tank, it already has the same issue and has developed dark stains on the front simply from lying in my closet. I'm not sure if this has to do with other darker clothing lying on top or under it, but for a $58 tank top this shouldn't be happening. I've been purchasing and wearing Lululemon clothing for a long time and have never experienced this kind of poor quality. After paying $58 for a tank top I am not impressed to say the least. Please consider this review before purchasing the heathered grapefruit color! July 4, 2015
BRING IN MORE COLORS i absolutely love this top and wear it at least once a week. PLEASE bring back more colors id buy them all!!! June 30, 2015
Loved then crushed.... Hey lululemon. Sharing my review of the ebb to street tank in the gorgeous heathered iris flower color (the beautiful purple one!). First off, I love the color! The fabric feels amazing on my skin and it survived the sweat test in 30C weather. The fit; purchased in a 4 (last one in the store, score!) I'm a 34B, 26 " waist and it was very slimming and flattering on me. Now, the bad..... So I wore the tank for the first time today, went out for lunch with family, sat out on the deck in the sweltering sun and went for a walk. At the end of the afternoon, I somehow got a giant snag on the front of the shirt!! I wasn't doing anything crazy, just enjoying a beautiful day off with loved ones and I'm so so crushed. Had no idea the fabric couldn't sustain above activities. Is it possible I got a defective one? I bought the last one in store... I'm so crushed :(. I don't know what to do next (currently 2hrs from a store). Tried to attach a picture but it won't work. I'll try add one later. June 25, 2015
Love how long it is I just love that this shirt is long enough for me. It's just below my hip-bone. I'm 5'9". I like that the length means that it doesn't ride up too much during downward positions, and it looks very flattering on (as opposed to too short, like most of the other lulu shirts). The dark green colour is also really beautiful. The fabric looks thick but it isn't. It's just right. June 11, 2015
Bulky, thick fabric This tank is so bulky, it's uncomfortable. I like having the removable pad option that is available, but the pads are so thick; I don't want a push up option, just a nice light pad to round things out and prevent nipple show through. Finally, can LuLu Lemon just get over the whole tank-dress thing they've had going for the past few years? Once again, and true of almost every tank they'be made of late, TOO LONG. A nice length that ends at the hip bones would be really, really nice for a change of pace. June 7, 2015
24 hr comfort! I wore this tank as a base layer for a Relay for Life event, and after 24+ hours it was just as comfortable & flattering as when I put it on in the morning. I am short waisted, and find many tanks too long; this one is just right. Glad I bought two colours! June 6, 2015
best tank I own I don't usually write reviews but this tank is my favorite clothing item! It's such a flattering cut around the shoulders which is usually an insecurity for me having larger arms. It makes the girls look great too ;) and bunches up in all the right spots on the waist to hide insecurities. The material is so so soft and cozy and the rib detailing is flattering. I can't say enough good things about this top. Best of all no bra needed!! It also stays in place when you move and doesn't ride up like other shirts I own. Not see through like others have said but I have the 'black' (really dark grey) one. I have noticed odd deformities in the bra inserts that can be annoying but usually easy to remold and try to hide it. I'm 5'2 and 120 pounds, wear xs at most stores and got a size 4. Def ordering more!! June 4, 2015
loved, LOVED the tank! I was SHOCKED to read that some reviews felt the tank was uncomfortable or see-through. I have it in two colors now (light green and light pink) and only saw the reviews because I logged on to buy a third. :) The tank is honestly the most comfortable one I own. Incredibly soft, great material (not see through at all!) and never rides up. It's cute enough I wear it out as a casual outfit, and also wear it to work out. Highly recommended! June 2, 2015
Wear it 3x a week I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews for the ebb to street tank. I bought 2 over 2 years ago and wear them both about 3x a week they are so comfortable! Can't get enough of this tank! I am an A bra so maybe works better for me. I did find the bottom sewn a bit narrow over the hips, but its stretchy enough to work. Both my tanks are still going strong after all this wear. June 1, 2015
Very Itchy Black Tank I had the exact same problem as "MIDNIGHT16" but my irritation started immediately upon putting the tank on. I ordered the black one in my usual size 10 (36DD) and as soon as I tried it on, it felt as though I was allergic to it, especially under my arms! The fit was really nice, the fabric felt very soft when I first touched it and I loved the weight and support it gave my large bust. Only problem, I just HAD to get it off of me because it itched so bad it felt like wool on my skin!?!? Not sure why this happened, maybe some chemical used in the processing of this fabric but I've never had this happen before with anything but wool. Too bad because everything else was perfect.
