Say ta-ta to discomfort (bounce is fun for Tigger, not so great for our bust).
why we made this
Not all bras were created equal. This little number was designed to keep our ladies on lockdown when we're running our hearts out. With crossable straps and hook and eye closure, it's fully adjustable so we can cater to our comfort.
removable cups give shape and coverage and can be removed for extra breathability
hook and eye closures at the back give more support by letting you get a proper fit around the ribcage
adjust the wide straps for a proper fit
cross the straps over or wear them straight for maximum support
chafe-resistant flat seams help reduce chafing under the bust

The Ta Ta Tammer II..
I am a bra size B. I ordered the item in 34 b.
-This sports bra offers great coverage that fits both like a bra and a sports bra.
-The thick straps, cups, and triple eye/hook closures ensures a snug fit.
-The 'mesh' material really does allow breathability.
I feel very comfortable participating in ANY activity because of the great support and coverage.
Lulu..why do you make me look like a cross between a 90's sultry Madonna (minus the cones) and someone who is about to venture off into the unknown on a jet pack.
Keep the tech specs and key features, but make look cute Lulu.

This is by far the best and only sports bra i will wear. i go to a specialty bra store to get 28E bras for my tiny rib cage and lg girls. I previously had to double or even triple my sports bras to get enough support until i tried this one. i got it in a 32D and its the best thing in the world. i live in this bra. work, yoga, running, training, golfing, hiking, climbing you name it this bra does it. I even swim in it in a pinch. a few weeks ago i thought i lost my black one and i actually cried. thats how loved this bra is. will be my main companion on a RTW trip this fall. if your thinking about this one, just do it.

Finally decided to try the Ta Ta Tamer II. I bought this bra due to the adjustable straps as your other bras are too short in body length. Staff suggested crossing the straps for more support. Unfortunately the straps are too short to cross. It would be nice to have a running bra that had a crossed back. Not a bad buy but it doesn't hold the girls as firm as I would like for running. I can't say I would buy another one anytime soon for running.

Love on the second try....
First off, I have to admit the first time I tried this I was NOT a fan. I can't explain why but the fit just didn't do it for me. I ended up buying one and deciding to try a run in it and after that I was SOLD.
For reference I am 5' 10", 175lbs, 36DD and I typically wear a size 12 in LuLu (coincidentally, I wear a size 12 in real life clothes too).
I could not understand for the LONGEST time how to criss-cross the straps despite several conversations with educators in the store (who kept telling me honestly it was a bit of a contortion act) It finally occurred to me, you have to put it on (straps crossed) and fasten the hooks behind your back- I will admit it takes a bit of pulling down and adjusting the girls but it is possible (not sure how other people normally put on bras, but I always fasten the hooks in the front and then spin them behind my back before putting the straps on). I tried fastening it behind my back, which was a little tricky, and lo and behold I have finally achieved the criss-cross back straps!!
I think the ta ta tamer has enough support to comfortably support me during a 3 mile run DD's and all w/o the straps criss-crossed. My ONLY reason for wanting the straps crossed is that I wear my tata tamer under my no limits tanks and prefer the look of the straps criss-crossed.

Needs one small fix
I have two of this bra, black and purple. Love both because of the back closure. I hate trying to wiggle a bra overhead when I am just out of the pool or shower. The clasp make stylus easy to get on. It's super supportive and fits great.
However, my straps often pop off. I don't know why the straps hav hooks. It doesn't fit right to try and wear it cross strap. And there are other bras if you like cross strap. I have had to sew my straps one one so they don't come loose while working out and the other bra I haven't worn for a long time till I have a chance to get that one fixed. Also, my other pet peeve is the lack of size variety available online.

Being petite yet busty 5'1" size 32D; finding things like bras and bathing suits have always been a challenge. I took a chance and ordered the TaTa Tamer II and I LOVE it!! The girls stay comfortably (albeit sweaty) in place through all of my Hot Power Yoga class!! I used to be afraid of my 'assets' breaking loose during an inversion but not anymore!! They've been tamed!! This bra is also super comfortable and does not place any extra stress on my shoulders or back. I could wear it all day! Breathing easy now that I've found the perfect sports bra! Thank you LuLu Lemon!

Tata tamer II
Bought the tata tammer I and absolutely loved it!! Especially since I wear 36DD and have a difficult time with support from a sports bra. So purchased the tata tammer II hoping for the same results. Unfortunately it doesn't live up to the original. Not the same support, the underwire is missing. Please bring the original back for us active girls who need more support!!

I have the tata tamer I and love it, rating is for the TTT I. Wear it all day and no sore shoulders, or any discomfort at all. I wear the 38DD so there's a lot to hold in. I've been wanting to get a couple more but after reading some of the reviews I'm skeptical about forking out the bucks on the Ta Ta Tamer II. Besides every time I check online there isn't any left in my size. I don't live near a store which is a pain so make my purchases from the website. If they make it to markdown and my size is there I'll give it a try.

Not worth it, straps are so uncomfortable
I purchased this bra in a 34C (because I normally wear a 34C) in the hopes that my breasts aren't as sore after finishing long runs (which will only get longer as I train for a marathon in the coming months). For reference I am 5'7" and 145lbs. From the outside, looking at the fit and how the band and straps fit, the bra looks great and it's the right size for my body.
The bra fit great at first but after an hour of wearing it around the house the straps were SO uncomfortable, I tried loosening them, tightening them, even criss crossing them (criss crossing them made it WAY worse). Also, the seam where the pattern fabric meets the stretchy part of the strap on the back irritated my skin and made it itch which was also very uncomfortable
Also, the amount of support this bra provides does not warrant the price. Doing a little jogging around the house and feeling how my breasts moved proved that they move up and down just as much or moreso than my $35-$40 sports bras.
So I tried calling the Lululemon education line at 1-877-263-9300 to see if I was wearing it incorrectly somehow even though I had tried adjusting it every way possible. This proved to be of no help as everything the representative was saying were things I had already tried to adjust.
Lululemon needs to make a RACERBACK Ta Ta Tamer (forget the straps!), this current style is seriously lacking in many respects. When Lululemon makes a SUPPORTIVE Racerback sports bra THEN I'll go and spend $60. The bra as it is now isn't even worth $20 to me.

Let me start by saying that when I first got this bra, I was so excited! It is so supportive, I am a 36DD, and have been searching for a bra that would give me the support I need when running.
After wearing it the first few times, I started to notice tht m left shoulder had a cut on it. It was right in the bend of where the strap went. I switch to my other version of this bra and it healed. Then when I went back to the blue version(the one that had cut me) the same sore started to show up again. I guess I just got one that has a bad strap since I have not had this issue with the black one.
Another thing I have noticed, is that after wearing them a hand full of times, the underneath band starts to curl, which makes it not quite as supportive.
