Run: Pace Setter Skirt *2-way Stretch (Regular)

A lightweight, sweat-wicking, four-way stretch fabric that feels cool and comfortable, keeping us moving in our hottest workouts
Strong and light, this fabric is woven to stand up to watever we throw at it - we love it for its no-bulk, no-nonsense performance

why we made this

We made this running skirt with two-way stretch fabric and built-in shorts so you can feel confident no matter how large you leap. The shorts have silicone grip on the hem so they don't roll up mid-stride, keeping you covered when you're out making tracks.

fabric + features

  • Swift fabric is sweat-wicking and two-way stretch
  • the Light Luxtreme® fabric waistband won't dig in and has added LYCRA® for great shape retention
  • secure zipper pocket on back waistband for cards and keys
  • two gel pockets for mid-race snacking
  • back venting adds breathability while pleats give you room to move
  • built-in shorts are made of sweat-wicking Light Luxtreme fabric
  • silicone grip at the hem helps keep your liner in place

Fits like a glove! Absolutely love this skirt! It's a christmas present to myself! It fits true to size and will be perfect for my trip south. For reference I take a size 10 in most lulu pants as well as this skirt. I'm 5' 7 and find the length of the skirt to be perfect but it may be short for taller girls! My only issue is the rubber on the bottom of the shorts.. It doesn't feel tight enough for running or for playing tennis without the threat of a wardrobe malfunction. Can't really complain for $29! Not for Running I am super disappointed in this skort. I have bought other running gear from lululemon and been super happy that there's a company that understands not only style but function, but these shorts are not designed for long runs at all. The first 3 miles are fine, but after that the seam on the shorts starts chafing my inner thighs right where the shorts end (where I've never had chafing problems before). The plastic doesn't help keep the shorts in place either. Sucks to waste so much money on something that is terrible as what it's advertised to do. My recommendations is to make sure to try these on in the store before buying (I live 2 hours away from the nearest store, so I typically buy online). October 25, 2014
Fits large, dont love it In hindsight, i made the poor decision to buy the plaid pacesetter skirt on sale online since i live 35 minutes from a store. i always wear size 8 pants and figured these would be true to size. It is VERY loose. My wunder unders are snug, this skirt is just loose. It is a bummer because even on sale this items are not cheap. Beware that the skirt seems to run a little large September 22, 2014
Pace setter skirt I have several of this skirts - love them perfect for golf. This one I ordered online and was very disappointed in the fit. The sewing is sub par. All the other skirts I have - and I have about 7 are great. But this one is sewn incorrectly and puckers at the front and bulges at the side. Very disappointing. September 13, 2014
Love the skirt hate the fabric I was so excited to get this skirt in because I had been wanting in for a very long time. As soon as I got it I folded it and put it in my drawer. The next day I went in to wear it and it was SO wrinkled!!! Since it was wrinkled I tried to iron it... WORST DECISION EVER!! I now have a GIGANTIC hole and a skirt I can no longer wear. Very dissapointed.. August 17, 2014
More than a skirt for running I have these in several colors, size 6 is tts, fits great. Perfect for exercise in warm weather. I wear them to yoga and spin classes all the time July 10, 2014
Big Fan of this skirt I own two of these. Love them. They are flattering and fun to wear. June 28, 2014
Adorable but falling apart after 1 wash This skirt is so, so cute! I love the ruffles on the back and it is really comfortable to wear. I wore it one time (purchased it last week) and just put it in the wash this morning. I washed it with all Lulu clothing in cold water and when I went to put it on my drying rack, I noticed that tons of threads are coming loose from the waistband and the shorts. Very, very disappointing - especially after only 1 wear (just running errands) and 1 wash. I would love to recommend this skirt to a friend but wouldn't feel right doing so - especially for the price! June 13, 2014
LOVE the Bleached Coral/Pink Colour For reference I am 130lbs 5'4" and got a size 4 - fits perfect - I had tried on 6 in this style before but found them a bit generous and the shorts felt loose. The size 4 sits flat against my abs - not so tight that its shows outline of pelvic bone. When working out they will loosen a bit. Just have to watch that the top layer of ruffles doesn't bunch upwards if it is too tight. I found the fabric to be stiffer than the 4 way stretch (swift ultra fabric) - but pleats seem to be crisper. I absolutely LOVE the colour - so summery! June 9, 2014
Love the Pace Setter! I love the Pace Setter and actually have four of them. I am a runner and have run several marathons in the Pace Setter. I wish you would flip the tennis ball pocket (and perhaps make it a little larger) so it would hold more gels and/or my cell phone. I am a big fan of the 4-way stretch. The colors and patterns are very fun. The Pace Setter holds up well in the wash. I will never wear running shorts again! I am 5'3 and weigh 120 pounds and the 4 fits well. June 4, 2014
