No Chub Rub!
The rubber lining on the edge of the shorts under the skirt ACTUALLY keeps the shorts in place! My thighs cause every single pair of shorts ever to ride up, and these shorts stayed in place for a short (4k) run, and held in place through squats and lunges at the gym. My inner thighs have never been so thankful.
The length is great - I'm 5'10" and the skirt is about an inch shorter than my fingertips.
I also feel cute and sassy running in the skirt, which is ridiculous but I love it. I highly recommend this skirt!

I bought this skirt for tennis and also wear it for spin. It's very cute and comfy and I get a ton of compliments. I wish the pocket was bigger to fit an iPhone and the ball pocket is a joke, it takes 10 minutes to put a ball in or take it out so I just stick it under the shorts. I'm 5'4"/128 and got a 6 Tall because I like it a bit longer. More colors please!

I bought this skirt in the polka dot print. It's really really cute, but still fairly short. The fabric feels like good quality and the ruffles on the back are cute. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because this skirt would've looked so much better with a few inches added to it!
For reference: I'm 5'11, 170 lbs and have a normal build with curves. (36D)

Spectacular Running Skirt!
I'll be honest, when I first saw pictures of this skirt I thought it was too "cutesy". Not so! I am truly in love with this skirt. First, the material is fantastic. Kept me cool on my 13 mile run, no chafing, the shorts underneath fit comfortably and stayed put. I am very glad this skirt is offered in "tall" as the regular looked atrocious on me. I'm 5'9 135 and purchased a 6 tall - perfection. I was most concerned with the pleats in the back being too "girly". They really are flattering - the flat front, I think, helps the skirt from being too over-the-top. I am really looking forward to wearing this in a half I'm running in two weeks. I'm sure I'll purchase some other colors if they come in stock! My only suggestion would be to make the back pocket a bit larger so it would fit my iPhone - that would make this skirt 6 out of 5 stars.

I have a few of these in the Tall length and love them for tennis and running around. The length and material was PERFECT! I just received the new pretty pink stripe and am so disappointed. Not only is the length a couple inches shorter now, the fabric is super thin and shows the compression shorts underneath. Not a cute look. So bummed because I built a new outfit with a tank and LS swiftly as pictured and it's all going back since the skirt was a dud. I'm hoping this is an isolated incident and they haven't permanently changed the styling of this popular skirt!

Cute, but not for the long run
This is a fun comfy skirt for short runs, and I like wearing it around town too, but on a long run, the seams in the shorts under the skirt really tore up my legs. It was a bummer because I really love the look and coverage, but I leave it in the closet if I'm doing more than a few miles. For reference, I'm 5'9" 140 and the Sz 8 worked for me, especially with the drawstring to adjust the waist. I could also do without the ball pocket. I wish I could modify it somehow to be useful to me.

Pace setter Stripe Angel/soot Muffin Top Again
Well, Lulu did it again with this skirt. Just like the plaid, the waist band does not stretch. How could this happen again?
This time I did not take off the tags and will be retuning it to my local store.
Has anyone else had the same experience with this new skirt?

Own 4 LOVE
I am a runner between a size 6 and 8 in this skirt... I wear the 6's on my short runs under 8 miles and my size 8's on my longer runs. I found that the smaller size feels good but after 8 miles the legs do inch up slightly.... I also tried a 6 tall to see if that was better...it was :) I am 5'7" 145 lbs. regular build. I love running in these skirt they are so cute and comfy... LOVE all the pockets!!! and the 4 way stretch is awesome (have others in 2 way and can't run over 5 miles in them... they just aren't tight enough .... bottom line wearing one next week in the chicago marathon!!! with my stuff a tank :)

Cannot pace myself from buying all pacesetters!
This is the best thing ever made by Lululemon. I have every design color pattern available. Flattering and easy to wear this skirt can be dressed up for nighttime or daytime and is appropriate off the track. I wear pacesetters to work & out on dates, among friends, to the dog park. This is a welcome departure from last year when I wore and incorporated my pajama bottoms as daywear.
I am a true hourglass figure but I am positive the pacesetter complements and is compatible with any body type.
Not necessary: the tennis ball enclosure (why not make it a zipper on top of this enclosure to hold a cc or Chapstick?) on left side of boy short under the skirt?
Because I am trying to wear these for the winter I would like to see tights or leggings or thigh highs that match the varied pacesetter prints - lulu makes headbands. And other matching accessories so why not leggings so we can wear these during the day in the winter?
The pacesetter is comfortable, functional, stylish & easy to care for.
