Boogie Short *Silver
Booty Butt Shorts!
I really am trying to enjoy these shorts. I just purchased them in a size 4 yesterday and I am thinking I should have sized up to a 6, as they are a little snug in the hips.... not uncomfortably so. I wore them to the gym last night and had a few problems with them riding up and showing just a little cheek. I don't think the male weight lifters minded too much! I wish these shorts had the non-stick tape on them like the skirts.... something to consider for the future I suppose. I will still wear them to the gym, but will have to boost my confidence levels a bit and not worry about a bit of cheek. I am not a big person 5'4 and 114 pounds, but these are bordering on a little cheeky for someone with an athletic/ muscular build.

Way too short
I'm tall (5'10") and I really wanted short for hot yoga. I love the look of these shorts, but when I'm moving around they do not stay put! I feel like I'm constantly re-adjusting them. I'd love to see a length of shorts in between these and the longer shorts. A "tall" boogie short perhaps?

Love these shorts!
Personally, I love these shorts! I have these shorts in beaming blue, and compared to my regular boogie shorts, the silverescent luon ones are thicker and better quality. I think that the *silver shorts are softer and nicer than the normal boogie shorts (sometimes see thru). Just my opinion :)

Used to be AMAZING now horrible
First of all I have loved Lulu since it was one tiny store in Vancouver and then one little store on 4th Ave in Calgary. Sadly I have never been more disapointed with a product then I am with the 2 (not one) pairs of boogie shorts I recently purchased. Not only are they no where near the same material as my old ones, these ones just feel like cheap cotton but they actually stretch when wet. I use them for hot yoga and they do not stay put at all to the point that I am constantly concerned I am going to flash people in some postures. I have a pair of booige shorts that is about 2 years old which I think I can actually feel the luon in as they feel about 10 times the quailty of the new ones. I am sad that lulu still charges a mint and now makes cheap "made in china" type product.

Amazing "all rounder" shorts EVER
Perfect for anything and everything you do... From bikram yoga to high intensity cardio session, and even perfect for wearing it under a short dress "just in case" on a very windy day! Perfect to fit in any size hand bags and quick drying for convenience! Simply amazing and AWESOME pants ever!

Not so much stretch
These are my very first pair of boogie shorts so I'm not sure if this is a characteristic of the 'silver ones or all, but they are not as stretchy as my other lulu shorts (can't remember the name). They seem thicker too and the seam at the hips is pretty thick and cuts in a bit. I do still like them enough to keep them, but I would be courious to try on a size larger to see if they would fit better (I ordered online). The color inkwell is pretty dark, in a dim lit room you probably wouldn't notice a difference from the black. I'm a slimmer/lean build 5'6" and 125lbs and got a size 4 and they definately fit on the tighter side but they don't cut into the thighs too much.

Nothing too special
I picked these up when they were $42. I love my silver define, and I was debating about getting the silver groove pants. I found these shorts to ride up my cheeks more than the regular material, which would not be a problem for around the house, but definately would be uncomfortable for yoga. As I have three other pairs of boogie shorts and wasn't in love as much as I thought I would be, I sent them back.

Cute and Comfortable for Bikram!
I bought these shorts to use for Bikram and they're great. They are true to size and don't squeeze you or give you muffin top. They ride up just a bit when working out and I would not wear them for running due to the riding up factor. (I'm an avid runner).
I love the reversable ones so you can go bright at the top or black all over (those are the ones I have).

I'd go true to size
I'm 5'10 140 and order a 6 in lululemon but some reviews scared me into sizing up. I got an 8 and they are fine but I think a 6 would've been better. I don't have the riding up issue other people discuss. I use them for bikram and they are perfect, minimal yet keeps me covered. I find the waist band to be a little higher than necessary but other than that I think they are a good simple short for bikram. I don't know if I would run in them, I could see them riding in that scenario.
