why we made this

We made this run shirt to go the distance - literally. The body is seamless to minimize chafing during long runs and the fabric is anti-stink so the only output we're worrying about is our wattage.

too delicate didn't even wear it once but washed it first and came out with snags. I wash my hand wash only clothes in the regular cycle and never have problems like I do with these shirts. I bought too many all at once for 58 bucks each,,,no more. I am a new disappointed customer! June 17, 2013
Beware Great colour combination but the fabric seems too fragile. I wore mine maybe 3 times and have had several snags appear. I have had older Run Swiftly Ts that have stood up very well, but the new one not. Having said that, the store stood by the product and graciously gave me a refund. June 11, 2013
My FAVOURITE running shirt I own a couple different silverescent items (long sleeved, tank) and this one is definitely my go-to running item! I love that it doesn't show anything but is still really flattering. I absolutely LOVE the length and the material feels amazing. A couple of people have mentioned snags and I am not immune to such tragedies, unfortunately. After the first snag, I started hand washing them and it's resolved the issue completely. I'd love to see this in more colours, I'd definitely buy more! June 7, 2013
my favorite running shirt This is the most comfortable shirt and running in I own. I actually have 3 of these now, and will continue to buy them in future seasons. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they are a little on the delicate side - but I think that just comes with them being light weight. The other things is the price, but I still buy them because I have not found any shirt I like as much. I find the silverscent works well to keep the odor out. It dries very quickly. I always bring at least one of these when I travel because I can hand wash it and I know it will be dry in the morning and ready to go again. It seems to work well to protect me from chaffing in hot weather without being too warm. I don't recall seeing it providing any UV protection, but it is enough that I don't sunburn through the shirt either. May 29, 2013
disappointed I love this shirt - it fits well and is very comfortable - the only detail is that it just holds the smell of sweat. I've never been a smelly person, but suddenly, I stink. It has happened to all three of mine, no matter what detergent I use. As with all other lululemon products, the quality continues to decline. May 27, 2013
My go to run shirt The Swiftly line of long sleeves, short sleeves and tanks are my go to. When I run, basically everything about them is perfect. I like the length and the anti-stink properties really do work (such a bonus!). However, it seems no matter what I pair them with (turbo run shorts, run inspire crops, pace setter skirt) during my run the shirt always manages to find its way near the top of my pants/shorts and bunches up. Unless I'm on a long run and I'm wearing my fuel belt over top, it stays ;). So from time to time I have to pull it down in the middle of my runs, which is a little frustrating but I'm not sure if this is something I'm experiencing or others are too. I'm 5"7', 135 pounds and wear a size 6. In the sense of washing, I will only wash these shirts with likeminded lululemon gear, but even separate from any lulu jackets that have zippers just in fear of snags/pills. I do also put them in the dryer and haven't had any problems. I've been wearing some of the same tees now for over a year and they are still in very good condition with that method of washing them. Snagged within an hour of wearing it! Really cute, but very poor quality!!! Especially at over 50 dollars!!! Yuck. I wore it for an hour working out and it already has three snags on the front. Softness is nice, but I prefer something that will last over something soft. May 23, 2013
love these I have three of these shirts and can't get enough of them. I am 5'2", 118lbs and pretty small chested - I have these in both 4 and 6 but prefer the 6 as I am not going for a super-fitted look but the 6 on me would hardly be considered baggy. I sweat like nobody's business when I work out but these keep me pretty cool and I appreciate that they don't ride up and have such lovely, soft fabric. Mine have made it through the wash so far w/zero snagging or issues. I throw them in on delicate and stick to low heat in the drier. The one I've been wearing the most gets washed at least once a week and has been through about two months of workouts and looks good as new. May 22, 2013
Like this shirt.. but I love the style, colors and material of this shirt. However, it just isn't made for those of us with any curves. Its tight through the shoulders & bust, baggy through the center, and the waist rides up on my hips. I'm an athletic 36-27-35 and can't quite get a size that fits. Any suggestions for a better option? May 16, 2013
Soft, handle with care & TRY IT ON Lulu newbie would like to thank Lulu reviewers on this item! I highly agree on the following: VERY COMFORTABLE- soft material, almost like socketts for your body, very thin and lightweight SLIM FIT- as described, this does form to the silohouette of the body. So yes fat rolls are not hidden. GO SMALLER than size chart- My waist is 73cm, bust 91cm.. that would akin to the size '8' according to luluchart. Lulu reviewers were correct, I went to the store and the 8 fits without any shape, the 6 fits fine. this shirt is meant to hug your body. DONT GO TOO SMALL- its all about getting the right fit. I read some reviews scared me on how some people were unlucky to have torn their shirt.... I think always try the size up and then go down - I'm normally a 10 in au clothes. I tried the 10, 8, then 6 in the shop. I would have broken the 4. Slow and steady wins the race. YES IT DOES SNAG EASILY- as this is like a stocking, this does snag on pointy things such as toothed hair clips and earrings. best best advice- GO TRY IT ON- somehow some designs felt tight around the shoulders yet others didnt. If you treat it carefully, this is a very very comfortable, soft, run shirt. I bought 3 in the end because I just wont wear earrings and any floor work will be done on smooth gym mats. May 11, 2013
