Run With Me Mittens
Love the material, tech fingers not so great.
I have had the glove version of these mittens a little less than a year and while I love the fact that I don't feel how sweaty they are soaked, the tech fingers on my gloves are terrible! I have washed them a few times in cold water and hung them to dry (just as the website recommends). The pointer finger tech material on my right hand is coming unstitched and about half of the material is frayed. I would love to purchase another pair of gloves (or the mittens) but I'm hesitant to pay almost $30 if they're not going to hold up for many winter running seasons.

Great base layer!
I previously purchased the Brisk run gloves of a similar material and style last year and ended up having to return them due to a little bit of fraying, but lulu was fantastic and gave me a full refund (it was the end of the season and they had no more gloves left in stock) without question. Great customer service! So I was excited to try out a new style this year, and despite the negative reviews ordered a pair of these online.
First off, the fit is snug (which I consider to be a big plus!) I have relatively small hands (wear a size 6 ring, for comparison purposes) and these fit perfectly. The touchscreen material on the thumb is flawless and my iPhone reads all of my movements quickly and easily the first time, so for basic functionality, lulu nailed it!
As for warmth, I'm not going to lie. These mittens are thin and lightweight. On their own they won't stand a chance at keeping me warm from the cold Ottawa winters, but because they are so snug, I can easily use them as a base layer under some heavier mittens. All-in-all a great product, if you set your expectations realistically.

These are single-layer Rulu mittens. Nothing luxurious or special about them. No key pocket or double-layer thickness. I might pay $14 for them. But $28 is too much. They are going back.
I have a 3-year old long-sleeve Rulu half-zip running shirt. It has built-in "mittens" that fold back over the cuff when you don't need them. Lulu has stopped including the built-in mittens on their cold weather running shirts, but they still charge the same high prices. Now they want to rip you off with these. Think twice.

Does the trick
I prefer mittens over gloves. They definitely keep my hands warm. I have worn them 30F and 38F with windy conditions both times. I have had to take them off each time half way through my run. So it seems they will work for colder weather too. The fabric is pretty thin, and the price is high, so that is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. Stitching and seams did not bother me...

While nice with the navy blue colour out, the title "fully reversible" is misleading. The description does mention "wear the seams out for a tighter fit or comfort", it does not fully depict just how badly the seams actually stick out. I bought these gloves because of the nice striped pattern, but I am unable to wear them without looking like someone who is wearing their clothing inside out. I'm extremely disappointed. Lulu, false advertising. You failed on this one.
