LOVE the jacket! I normally vary between a 10-12 with Lulu tops (usually a 12 for most things, except for the cool racerback and No Limits Tank), had to go with a 10 on this jacket so it fit right. The lining is fantastic - wicks moisture fabulously, always soft and cozy, super comfy. The jacket is stylish and pretty. Only thing I would improve with the jacket would be water resistance - I have worn this in the rain, thinking it had some resistance, but no such luck!! I wasn't soaked afterwards, but I definitely wasn't super dry. Either way, I looked good and I wasn't freezing, so I consider that a win! March 10, 2012
Cozy, good for cool weather I purchased this jacket in Paris Pink and love it. I am 5'8 and normally wear between a 10-12 for tops and jackets. I think my shoulders aren't narrow, and aren't crazy wide either, and find that the shoulders seams hit my shoulders perfectly. The belly area has a roomy amount of fabric - I can say this with confidence as I'm 7 mo pregnant and it perfectly zips up! What I particularly love about this jacket are two things: the stowaway hood (brilliant) and the warmth (despite being light weight). I have several Scuba hoodies, and while I love them, they are seriously heavy - the weight of the hoody matches how well it keeps me toasty. But this jacket has a really soft fuzzy fleecy lining which does the same thing without all the weight. The cuffs are also made of the same material. I think it's a great jacket, and I'm really happy with my purchase. February 3, 2012
d'oh...i took the tags off only item i'd ever return...if i could. loved the look of it in the picture, the reflective print, cuffins, white, etc. however, upon receiving it in my standard size 6, i didn't think i wouldn't like the fit so i just cut the tags off. wish i hadn't because i would've sized down to a 4 or exchange for another back on track jacket (love those!). this jacket does not run true to size, at all. it has a bubble hem and tends to poof out in the wind and pretty much all the time. doesn't emphasize any waistline so its kinda like a hefty bag with print. the material is lightweight, soft and block out moisture well, but its just too big for my liking. i guess i could layer it but then i feel i would more like the marshmallow man. a size 4 would've possibly worked out better on my frame; 5'9'', 136 lbs, athletic, 34C. if you're intrigued by this jacket, i definitely recommend trying it on in the store FIRST January 31, 2012
LOVED the idea of the jacket but it was not for me I loved the print, the reflective silver details, the hood, the thumbholes and the fabric but I did not like the cut. This jacket was not flattering for a pear shaped gal. Maybe I should have sized down or something. I am 5 ft 8 in, 131 lbs with 32 in bust, 26 in waist and 39 in hips. I ordered the size 6 because that is what I wore in the turn around down jacket and it fits amazing. The size 6 in this jacket looked very loose and made me look 20 lbs heavier in the hip area. The hip area of the jacket flares out a little bit and has a bubble hem. It adds nice coverage but does not emphasize a small waist. The pleating in the back is cute but causes the jacket to poof a little bit. so I will be returning this and ordering the back on track jacket instead. I guess that is why there are so many designs available for different body shapes! January 28, 2012
love the hustle jacket! I live in Seattle, and as you may have heard, it rains here. A lot. I bought this to wear for wet-weather runs when the temp is above 40/4 degrees. I have been very happy with it ? it's comfortable and performs well, and I like the little details like the reflective trim and stowable hood. As for sizing, I'm 5'9" 32DDD with narrow shoulders and bought both a 6 and an 8. I ended up keeping the smaller one, but if I had wanted to wear more than 1 thin layer under it, I would have sized up. January 17, 2012
A must have! What a fabulous jacket! The pleats are just as the picture shows- subtle, but still noticeable, adding a nice detail. I'm 5'4'', 128 lbs and ordered the 6. It fit wonderfully with plenty of room for layering. I may have been able to wear a 4 bc both of my other lulu tops are 4, but i like a little wiggle room. I ran 7 miles in this jacket this weekend in 30 degree weather wearing LuLu's Cool Racerback tank and didn't get cold or too warm once the temperature got up past 40. 2 Favorite Features: (1) Inside the bottom of the jacket is a little bit of loose elastic which really helped to keep the jacket in place and i'd imagine, when it cools even more, to keep wind and chill out. It's not inhibiting or the least bit tight either. I didn't even realize i would want this feature but it's great. (2) The neck piece has a little extra insulation in it. It's slightly thicker which will be great when it starts to get colder. So glad I got this!! January 8, 2012
love it!! I've only had the jacket a few days so have just a couple of runs with it. Love it!! Just got back from a run in -5 C. temp. and was comfy cozy. In fact, I think that a short sleeve top would be enough with it when it isn't too too cold. The jacket stays in place so there's no tugging or adjusting. Was hesitant about ordering it because of the cuffs, but am wearing the cuffins on my top until I warm up. I've converted all of my running gear to Lululemon and won't go back to anything else! Great running jacket I've been looking for a great breathable, but water repellent jacket. And found it in this jacket. This is a versatile jacket, by being cute and warm! Plus, it doesn't have that stiff feeling that other water repellent jackets have. It skims the body on the inside, but gives a flattering look on the outside. I am 5' 8", 34C/D, and ordered a 6. It goes down to my hips and keeps my body temperature at just the right level. Definitely not to snug and can wear multiple layers underneath. January 1, 2012
Love the jacket! I received this jacket for Christmas and used it for the first time on an early morning run yesterday. I was surprised by how well it breathed, yet kept my core at a comfortable warm temperature. I love the interior lining. It's so soft to the touch and had excellent wicking qualities when put to the test. I also appreciate the reflective lining on the exterior - will be very helpful in dim lighting. As mentioned it was practical as a jacket to run in, but cute enough to pair with your favorite groove or wunder unders when out around the town. Another great Lulu product! December 28, 2011
Stylish and functional! I received this lovely jacket for Christmas and almost saved it for casual wear because it is so pretty. But it was calling my name this morning, and I just got back from a 5 mile run in mid-40's weather. I am so impressed! This jacket is so much more than just a windbreaker. I wore it zipped up to my chin to start then unzipped it about half way as I got warmer. No flopping around! I think that the weight of the hood inside the collar kept everything in place. The Coolmax liner made me feel warm and dry, even though I had a cool racerback and personal best tee layered underneath. I really appreciate that the cuffs are grey rather than white (stay clean!), with soft and warm rulu on my hands. I thought that I would miss the lack of cuffins, but found that wrapping my fingers inside the cuffs worked fine until my hands got warm. I have a size 4, which is my Scuba size, (5'9", 140#, 34A) and found it slightly roomy but perfect for layering. Sleeves were the perfect length. Plenty of room in the shoulders. Can't comment on the functionality of the hood, but it's good to know that it is there, and stows away so nicely. So sorry I missed out on this jacket last year, as I wasn't really liking any of the colors, but I LOVE the glacier lace so much! December 27, 2011
