I am so sad!!!
I love this bag, and I have used everyday with my gym stuff and one macbook and a small wallet and look what happened to it. I am heart broken because I love it and got a lot of compliments on it. I never had a bag even the worst quality to get ripped within less than two months of used. I'm upset!

Pink shell material fading
I bought this bag in December and have been using it as a gym/tennis bag since January. I really like the bag a lot, and get lots of compliments on it, but I just noticed this past week that the pink shell material on the top of the bag has faded and discolored. Considering that the bag was $148, I'm very disappointed and pretty annoyed with this issue.
I live in California and it's winter here. The sun is not that hot and although I play several times a week during the daytime hours, I can't believe that the bag cannot stand up to sun exposure.
I am very disappointed and will need to replace this bag.

Disappointed
I wanted to love this bag - I was desperate for a large bag and I thought the cross body strap would be a life saver. It's not a bad bag - it does have tons of pockets - but what I don't like about it almost is the tons of pockets. I can put a million little things in the bag, but it's almost like there is no space for larger things.
For example, today I went to the gym before work and the phone pocket was great and stuck my wallet in one of the front pockets, but my jeans and tee shirt and cardigan for casual friday took up the entire divided side and I couldnt get to the other inner pockets. It needs the inside to be more " open" so you can toss in a pair of shoes.
ALSO this bag was a nightmare to get. I ordered one online because the color I wanted was not available in the store SPRING HAS SPRUNG/POLA HAZE - I got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to a quality issue on the bag - So I went to the store that day and bought a bag in the BEAMING BLUE - the next morning I was packing the bag and I got an email stating my first bag had shipped. I was torn - I waited the week to receive the original color I had wanted and returned the first bag. When I received the POLAR HAZE BAG THERE WAS INDEED A QUALITY ISSUE - The outer coating/finish on the bag was rubbing off - looking torn. I called & was advised to go to a store, which I did AND THEY HAD NO MORE BAGS to replace it with! So, I was given a gift card to order with online - where the only thing left in stock was boring ole' black which I did buy because I had yet to even really get to use the bag to try out the size. It was like running a marathon to get one to use and.... I suppose I my disapointment might be due to all the trouble...because I had two beautiful colors slip through my grasp. Still, I'm not as pleased with the bag as I would like to be. Now I'm shopping for new one.

Excellent bag but it just wasn't right for me.
I was looking fro a bag that I could easily find someway to attach my mat to and thought this bag was perfect. I have it in a different colour black/polar white. I love the pockets in this bag (stashing my water bottle in the front). But I found this bag to be a bit too wide for my taste and it was even wider when I put my mat over top. It's difficult to travel on the bus with so never mind trying to do so on a bike. I love that it has cross-body strap which was one of it's major selling points but I wish the strap was wider now that I've used it.
I consider it to be a well designed bag but it just doesn't suit my needs. I kind of wish they had some of the old lulu bags back with the lighter but durable material. They were slimmer in frame but could pack just as much stuff. The wider shape makes weight distribution odd and difficult when you're using the shoulder straps.

Small but beautiful
I use this bag as a gym bag and occasionally an overnight bag. But... I find the inside to not be wide enough to fit much in it. The amount of pockets are nice but the mesh is in my opinion is useless. I find it gets easily caught on things and the string does not tighten enough to keep items separated.
I think if you could make a water bottle holder inside also- that would be great :)
I overall really love this bag, its stylish and convenient for the size.

love love love
I bought this bag with several things in mind. I thought it would be a great weekender bag, school to gym bag, and a great bag to bring on the airplane. I was right, this bag is so big that it fits almost everything i need. I just wish it wasn't too heavy, but that is probably my fault of putting too much things. I love the laptop area so i can easily put my laptop inside my bag and know that it is protected because of the cushion. I do wish it had a place for your water bottle.
Great bag for everyday use!

LOVE
I received this bag, in pink and black as a gift. I absolutely love this bag! I use it as a weekend/overnight bag, and as a skate bag. It has a lot of space and has cute saying like "get gorgeous" and "get clean" for your make up and shower supplies. As well as a spot for a laptop or tablet, and your phone, which just about everyone needs now.

Some things I don't love
I like this bag, I have it in all black. However, there are a couple of things that I don't love and that make it problematic for me:
1. The yoga mat straps are awkward and impossible to get to be tight enough - I have the Un-Mat, so maybe the thinness of that mat is the problem here, but I can't cinch the straps tight enough to keep it firmly in place. Very annoying. Also they are not "removable" as stated in the description.
2. It's not quite big enough - I bought this bag to use as a weekender and it doesn't hold enough to really be all that useful, mainly because the material is so restrictive that I can't just stuff it and have it expand accordingly. I wish I had bought the men's duffel instead.

Lovely
After reading many mixed reviews & being hesitant, I took the plunge. happy that I did!
For me its the perfect size I can fit everything in this bag without making it look like im carrying an overstuffed,miniture duffle bag around. Its cute inside & out.
The reason for 4 star rating, I believe the bag in whole will stand up to daily use.. But Ive noticed the metal finish on the logo,zippers,& hooks is delicate, & scuffs/scratches easily. That being said why are we to pay such a high price for cheap detail finishes?

Great Carry on
I actually bought this bag because of all the pockets, i needed something for a carry on bag for my upcoming trip. Worked great!
was able to keep all my boarding information together, and ipod never got lost. Also had room for clothes and shoes
