Unraveling seams I have two pairs of black Lulu leggings and I really like the fit. But, as I've worn them, the seams have started to unravel! (Not to mention that they pill quite a bit, despite careful washing.) I can't wear them anymore because I'm afraid that holes will form. I am so disappointed - for the price, these leggings shouldn't come apart at the seams. March 4, 2015
Disappointed, review of three pairs So I have bought 3 of these pants: regular black, bark brown/black reversible, and one of the new grey/olive colours. My black pair were my first ones, and I fell in love in the store. They fit so comfortably, I couldn't not buy them! I've washed them probably 3-4 times now and they have begun to pill pretty badly. There are little fuzzies everywhere and unless I were to spend 2 hours plucking them all off, there's really no hope in getting rid of them. They don't look at all like they did when I first bought them and this is extremely disappointing. My reversible pair I bought about a month later without trying them on, assuming they would fit the same as my last pair. I am even more disappointed with these than I am with the black. They haven't begun to pill, but from the first time I wore them I realized they didn't feel anything like my black pair. They stretched a lot in the waisted and I was constantly needing to pull them up. The material feels completely different - it's not soft and flexible like the black ones, they were a lot more stiff. Extremely disappointed and hardly ever wear them. My new pair is just like the black, just a different colour. They haven't been washed yet and still look brand new. I'm just worried now that they will begin to pull just like the black pair. I've only ever tried this fabric, so I don't know how to compare it to luxtreme. It feels really nice, but the "new" look quickly wears off with just a few times of use. I wash them with the guide that a lululemon staff member directed of me, so I'm shocked that they turned out this way. March 4, 2015
Seam Unraveling I bought 2 pairs of wunder unders no more than 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love the fit and the fabric but they aren't well sewn. One of the pairs I bought which I've worn twice has already started to fall apart; the stiching that runs down the seam of the butt has unraveled. I'm returning the pair to Lulu this weekend but I'm worried because I don't have the receipt or the tags. I'm hoping they are willing to stand by their product and give me a new pair. I don't like spending 80+ dollars on a pair of pants that fall apart after wearing them twice. March 4, 2015
Not worth the hype or the price I have other lululemon products, and had no problem so when I decided to take a yoga class I figure why not purchase some yoga apparel. At first I loved these pants and wore them three times before the first wash and experienced no pilling -- however I did have to cut out the tag because it was itchy and annoying. After the second wash, though (and I washed them alone and followed the washing instructions), they began to pill and stretch out. Now after only wearing them ten times (max) to my hour long yoga class, they are see through when I bend over, pilling all over, and are already stretched out to the point where I find myself pulling them up and adjusting them every few minutes -- which is distracting and irritating during a yoga class. I am not pleased with this product. March 4, 2015
I loved these pants, until they started piling These have been my favorite leggings since I purchased them two months ago. I wear these leggings All of the time and I have recommended them to many of my friends. Unfortunately they have started piling which is kind of a pain and doesn't make them look as sleek. Also I slipped on ice while wearing them and due to the concrete the fabric on my knee has worn very thin. I still love these leggings except for those two issues!!! March 3, 2015
Not a fan of this fabric I have 4 pairs of Lulu leggings, and this is the only pair I don't like. The fabric isn't that stretchy or comfortable. I was hesitant to buy these because they fit very tight/snug and almost sized up, however the sales associate insured me they would eventually stretch out. This did not happen and now I am stuck with a pair of Lulus that are not comfortable aka not worth wearing. March 3, 2015
Can't wash them I loved these pants so much that I bought four pairs, two long and two Capri length. I'm so disappointed that after washing by themselves, and per instructions from lululemon staff, they are pilling and even have a different texture and are not fitting the same. Spent a lot buying four of them and so frustrated they aren't the same as when I bought them. I'm a big lulu fan but this has been a terrible experience. March 3, 2015
New Favorite Workout Pants I know that many reviews here have stated problems with pilling, loose stitching, and stretched out and see through material, but thus far I have had NONE of these issues with mine. I have the solid black pair which I have used on many runs (both inside and at the beach), workouts, yoga, airplane trips, and even rock climbing (wouldn't recommend wearing these pants during this activity though because the rough rocks can pull at the material). They have been washed twice according to directions and they air dried very nicely. I ALWAYS wash my lulus on delicate cycle too. It should not make any difference, but I purchased mine at the Carlsbad store in CA. No issues so far, but I will update this post if I come across some in the future. Otherwise, I wish I could have 10 more! I love them so much because of their versatility. I can literally wear them anywhere and I'm always comfortable and ready for a workout :) March 2, 2015
Piling after < 8 wears Brought them in July last year but seldom wear them as I prefer Luxtreme. Wore them to HK as the weather was cold and discovered piling near the gusset during laundry. I wore them for < 8 times in total. Not sure if this is normal wear & tear or can this be damaged out. Really disappointed as I became a fan in last June but bought so much lulu stuff over the last few months and introduced some friends to lulu as well =( March 2, 2015
