I recently discovered a small hole in the upper left thigh of my pair of these leggings. I have never put them in the dryer and only wash them on delicate in cold water. I expressed my sadness about this to my very smart friends at brunch on Saturday morning and they told me that the pants had a lifetime warranty. On our way home we stopped at lululemon Kingston (270 Princess St) where I was rudely told "that's not a thing". The new high wasted version of the leggings I bought is great and I am very happy with them, but this means I have now spent $300+tax on lululemon leggings in my just over two decades of life. I am also not confident in the quality of them. If you are going to charge so much money for your leggings you should either re-instate the life time warranty or manufacture them to last longer.
An additional concern that I have about your company relates to the bras. I currently own one Energy Bra and two Ta Ta Tamers that I purchased in high school (clearly built better than your leggings) but as I have started working out and going to yoga classes on the same day a lot lately this 3 sports bras situation is not really working. With the help of Michelle, a very friendly, helpful, and dedicated employee of the Kingston store I tried on most styles in several sizes. I acknowledge that I am not the same bra size as I was then and that my bras have likely stretched, but I assumed that I would be able to find another great lululemon bra. After trying on about 12 bras I left with no bra, feeling pretty bad about my body. I returned today feeling more determined to find a bra I could run comfortably in. I once again tried over ten bras and left empty handed. Though I may not have the most average sized rib cage and chest, I surely I am not the only woman with my body type that enjoys physical activity and does not enjoy unsupportive or too small sports bras. I think you should reconsider the sizing of your bras to make them more inclusive to people with more body types.

I got these leggings about two weeks ago and was looking for plain black leggings for everyday wear and for working out. At first I was really happy with them, they were really great quality (which they should be for the amount that I splurged on them). But I've noticed that they've started pilling a lot on my inner thighs which I'm very disappointed about. Another weird thing that I noticed was that there was no logo on my leg, but then one day I realized that the logo was on the inside of the leggings? I'm not wearing them inside out...like the tag is on the same side as the logo. I was wondering if they misplaced the logo or if it was supposed to be on the inside, everyone else I see has it on the outside.

I've had these leggings for only a few months and I got a hole in the knee when I fell while wearing them. I don't know if i should bring them in to see if they can do anything...

Rated 2 out of 5 by parker000 Comfortable, stretchy fabric but pills easily
I bought these leggings because of their popularity. I previously had only owned TNA and One Tooth leggings, but was dissatisfied with those because they pilled so easily. These Lulu leggings were not any better! I was so disappointed when they started pilling between the thighs and around the waistband only after a few wears. The fabric doesn't feel like it did when I first bought them two months ago: it's rougher and feels more cotton-like. Also, the fabric is getting thinner between the thighs along the seam.

Rated 1 out of 5 by vitajen sad :(
After eyeing this pair of pants for a few months, i finally decided to splurge and get them. I really liked them because they were comfortable but i soon noticed that they started to pill and become baggy in some areas like the crotch, knees, and butt area. I washed it hoping the bagginess would lessen but it didn't. I thought that by paying for a pair of $100 pants that at least they'd last me for some time but instead, they didn't even last for more than a year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Taylor42 Great, until....
I have several pairs of these pants, and in very little time these have developed a hole, and the seams are loosening (even though I only wear them for everyday wear). Great for when they aren't coming apart, but when they do it's a real downer. Won't be buying these pants again.

I received these pants as a gift last holiday season, and after only two months, they started to pill. Really badly. No idea why it was happening because I washed as instructed, didn't OVER-wear them, and overall took great care of them! I took them into my local store, and they told me that since I didn't have the original receipt (I got them as a gift!!), they couldn't do anything for me. Now they've just been hanging in my closet for months.. Worst $98 I've ever spent. Definitely disappointed with the quality, and customer service I received.

Rated 3 out of 5 by iCandy Expensive and pilled after second wear
I have to agree with Jojo on this - these tights pill excessively. At a price point where you wouldn't expect this to happen (I have cheap Nike tights that haven't even pilled after years) I'm really disappointed. I?ve worn these a dozen times as I?m too afraid to make the pilling worse. I have a number of Lulu tights and these are by far the worst for pilling I've seen (my one month old All Sport Crops have just started aswell!). The stitching has also started to fray and come loose around the waist.

Rated 3 out of 5 by shortflip Striped pair are see through
I bought the striped pair in my usual size 4. Yes the coral coming through the stripes from the other side is annoying. I can overlook that. However, this is the first pair of lulu pants that I've had trouble with the see through underwear issue. Had I sized up to a 6, they would've been too baggy around the knees. They're being returned tomorrow.
