renewed my interest I'd been away from lulu pants for a while due to concerns over quality, but saw these on a friend and wanted to give them a try. Great pant! Have had mine only for a few wearings, but so far no raveling, pilling, sheerness nor any other problems. Very nice thick fabric w a slight bit of compression, slenderizing effect, NOT for hot yoga but will be great for general wear in fall weather especially. I bought the heathered navy and heathered black grape, both lovely colors. Fit: I'm 5'6", 195#, hip 47", thigh 27", calf 16". Usually 12 in lulu bottoms, sized down per reviews, and the 10 works great. No pinching or rolling of the waistband. The wide ankle band is slightly loose but to me it looks like it's supposed to be that way, makes it look a little bit like a regular crop pant for more versatile styling. Hem hits about 1" above my ankle bone, which seems right. After this success I'll be willing to return to lulu in the future. Adding a couple of pics because we fuller-bodied women seldom get to see what the clothing looks like on an actual body like ours. July 27, 2015
So glad I bought them! I've been purchasing from Lululemon for about a year now and their products never seem to disappoint; for me at least. I purchased these in my normal size, a 6, and they fit and feel great! Also, they are not sheer on me, although, a little baggy around the knees. I order the harbor blue and they are beautiful! So far, these really show off my athletic curves I guess I could say. I have yet to wear them out and about, but ill write an update to this review to let you guys know whether the $92 was worth it or not. (Oh, and I'm not giving a 5 star rating because I have yet to wear them at the gym.) July 27, 2015
dont bother if you're short! i bought the diagonal stripe of these and was so excited about them i was going to buy a second colorway but thank God i waited for the first one to arrive. Not sure if its the stripes but these made me look HUGE! Also im 5'4 but these were too long and even folded up were too long! Not the length it looks like in the photo as well. Judging by the amount of these on sale on eBay i"m sure a lot of ppl feel the same way. If you still want to buy them - i would size down too. July 25, 2015
I really like these pants, my husband bought them for me in the Kohl color (size 12). I have to admit I was confused by them because the banded cuff is extremely wide at the leg opening. The band does not sit flush against the leg, in fact, the ankle actually gapes a bit. I do love the pant maybe it was a bit of a flaw in this particular pair??.... I ended up rolling the cuff in half which still looks a bit odd. They are also a bit sheer we were bike riding and I bent over (bottom lifted off the seat) and asked if they were see through, both my son and husband responded I probably shouldn't do that. Im torn I am semi loving them, semi confused by them. July 24, 2015
Nice feeling fabric... but sheer. These pants feel super soft and I love the fabric... But they are sheer when you bend down. I love lulu... but i'm getting sick of paying almost $100 for a pair of pants that aren't great quality. Disappointed, and I will be returning them. July 23, 2015
Lovely pants I got these in the heathered black and it is definitely more gray than black. Would like them to come out with a true black for this style. I love the 7/8ths length since I'm shorter and regular length workout pants are always too long. I sized down from a 4 to 2 based on reading reviews (5'2", 145, jean size 2 or 4). I have super muscular legs and there is no gaping or loose fabric. They are like a glove. The material is so soft and provides great coverage. I have been happy with their performance in yoga class and running around town. I washed them inside out on a light setting in cold water and air dried with no quality issues so far. Since I have a short torso, the rise is just a tad too high. I have to adjust the waistband throughout the day and sometimes in class. Would prefer a 7/8 pant with a shorter rise. July 21, 2015
Eh, not a fan In theory, these pants sound and look great. I'm 110 5'2. I ordered the size 2 in the bordeaux, but it gaped behind the knees. I love the color, but they had to go back. Was so bummed! Not worth the $92 July 19, 2015
So comfortable I love these pants. I am tall, 5'7", and on the bonier side, and most pants tend to bunch around the crotch area, giving the dreaded ct. The gusset on this is great, and the pants themselves are smooth and comfortable. Because I have the body type where my legs are skinny, non-existent butt, and I have hips, so my hips are wider than everything else, I didn't experience any falling down at all. These are really flattering. I am usually between a 4 and a 6 (I don't like things to feel too tight) and did a 4 in these which worked out great. Note-- I ordered the blue and the spot where the bottom cuff meets the pants bubbled out in a strange way. The seaming seemed to be off when we took a closer look, causing some pushing out even when I tried to smooth it down. I also have the gray and that isn't as much of a problem with that color. Because my ankles/lower calves are bony and don't stretch out that spot, it just kind of chills there. It's not enough to make me not want to keep them but if that kind of thing bothers you, you might want to try on in store. July 13, 2015
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My sister and I have purchased lulu for a long time and have spent our fair share on their cute athletic gear. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from lulu. These pants snagged after one wash, which is not the end of the world...just the end of these pants. I sent them back, ndb, and 6 weeks later they have not sent a gift card (which I was fine with). After contacting them THREE times about it, their customer service people said they refunded the original gift card (because we all keep used gift cards for monthly after we use them, right?). Not helpful, unprofessional- did nothing to rectify the situation. They could learn a thing or two from Zappos who actually take care of their loyal customers. Done with lulu after this experience. BTW, first time I have EVER sent anything back. July 9, 2015
Saggy knees I was super excited to wear these inside and outside of the gym however, the knees sag quickly within 10 minutes of wearing them and I am constantly pulling my pants up. Looks super cute, but they do not stay on my body very well at all.. July 9, 2015
