tight-knit, moisture-wicking, four-way stretch Full-On Luon® is a high-performance fabric that gives great support and coverage with a cottony-soft feel
why we made this
When we're jetting from our yoga mat to coffee to run errands and back again, we want pants that move with us and don't scream, "Hi there, I just came from yoga!" We designed these with a waistband that can be worn high on days when we want a little more coverage and folded low when we want to feel unrestricted.
fabric + features
a tight-knit version of our Luon™ fabric - Full-On Luon™ gives incredible support and coverage with a cottony-soft feel
Full-On Luon™ fabric is sweat wicking, four-way stretch and breathable
wear the waistband up for a high rise or roll it down for an asymmetrical low-rise
tuck your cards and keys in the back waistband pocket
for reference I am 5'7 and 135 pounds and got a size 8.
Unlike most woman i am more apple shaped than pear so the extra few pounds i carry is around my midsection so I LOVE the waistband of these pants because they don't dig in and are so comfy. The material is nice and thick, no issues with sheerness.
These pants are great for yoga or walking or just lounging around on lazy days. Overall very happy with them. :)

Too short for a short girl
Tried these on for fit, and they were great - then I wore them to the gym with runners. They are almost EMBARASSINGLY short! I'm confused, because I'm barely 5'3. It seems weird to buy them in Tall length when I'm usually in the "petite" or "short" section. Is the new Astro pant designed shorter? Maybe a manufacturing defect - make sure you check the length when you try them on!!

Just What I Expected
Just what I expected in the pants that have a pretty good history. I bought these to replace my 3 year old pants that I didn't take care of before and are rough to the touch, and lost the elasticity in the waist band. They do seem to feel a bit more snug than the Groove pants I bought more recently, and had to size up to get the fit I need, so I'm hoping that these pants don't get any smaller in how you make them since I'm now a 12 in these, but a 10 in my Grooves, but could really almost be an 8 for a more snug fit. Length is perfect. No hemming required for any of my pant purchases so far.

pilling, seam seperation
When I bought these pants, I really loved them. Now I regret it.
They have pilled horribly on the inner thigh, bum, and front hip areas. I also noticed the seam on the inner thigh beginning to separate. It is super discouraging because I paid a lot of money for them, and had heard WONDERFUL things. I followed the care instructions, but they did not last long enough for the money spent.
SUPER SAD FACE!

Too baggy- different than in photo
These pants fit totally different than in the photo! They're supposed to have a straight leg, and be tight down to the knee. Not true. When these pants arrived in the mail, I tried them on and the fabric on the thighs didn't even TOUCH my legs. And on the calves, they looked like bell bottoms, they were so flared out. They fit okay on the waist and butt (still not great) but the legs were too big. I ordered these in a size 6, which is the size I wear in EVERY other clothing item from lulu. I bought these pants in a size 4 two years ago and now when I put them on they give me a major camel toe and they're too tight in general since I've grown. I own a few other pairs of pants from lulu in size 6 and they fit perfectly, so it's not that I have the wrong size but that the fit is different than in the photo! I believe mine may have had an error made on them in the cut, or that they're actually an 8 with a tag that says 6 on them. I'm disappointed and I'd like my money back or at least an exchange for something else that actually fits like it's supposed to.

In the past I have always bought regular length size 4 astro pants. I loved the fit and the quality. I recently purchased a pair of astro pants, size 4 regular and they were about an inch or 2 too short. I took the tags off before even trying them since I have pairs from the past that still fit. I'm only 5'7, my legs aren't even long and I can't even wear the pants I spent $98.00 (plus tax) on. I will no longer be purchasing pants from Lululemon.

I debated buying the Groove Pants for awhile, and I finally caved. However, when I went to wear them for the first time, I realized just how long they were (I'm 5'4") and how wide the legs are (I felt like I belonged in the '70s). I returned those and decided to buy these on a whim. Man, am I glad I did?!! I LOVE these! The length is perfect, and I love the waistband (allows for a little extra flub, while the Grooves do not, which means it also does not dig in at all or cause any muffin-top)! I wish you would make these in a skinny version, like the Skinny Grooves. I don't, however, like the price tag, so I only have one pair. I think they could be ~$20 cheaper.

Expensive for what you get
I thought long and hard before ordering these, given the price tag. Overall, they are alright, but nothing that I couldn't get for half the price elsewhere. Also, the waist band is completely non-functional and rather low cut - I couldn't imagine folding it down as it is already quite low when it is up. One thing I do like it the length. I am 5'4" with short legs and normally all pants are a good 3" too long for me. These are just right and don't require hemming! I could see how they might seem short to anyone over average height or with longer legs.

The astro pants are the only pants i buy from Lululemon anymore. I used to love the groove pants, but when they came out with the Astros, they were so much more comfortable on my stomach and i absolutely fell in love with them. I'm between 5'6'' - 5'7'' and the Regulars have always fit me perfectly, i've never even had to get them hemmed before, it was very convenient. I bought a pair of Astros about a month ago and didn't even bother to try them on because i've bought so many in the past and like i said, have never had a problem with length. I am so beyond disappointed with the new way these are being made its insane. The length has shrunk at least an inch, maybe even 2. I tried on a pair of Tall ones (which i have never done in my entire life) and now apparently the Talls are the perfect length for me. The Tall version is the length on me that the Regulars have always been. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because the price is the same, but they don't have nearly the same selection for Talls. Not even close. I went to 2 different Lululemons in my city yesterday and the only colors both stores had in Tall were all black. The Regulars had about 4 different color patterns. Just very disappointing.

I love these pants! Lulu I vote you make all of your waistbands like this one! They are so comfortable. I do notice a lot of pilling on these pants but I am guessing it is due to my using fabric softener on them? I was told by an employee that you are not supposed to. Other than that, they are great!
