Only Lasted 7 Months :( I bought these wunder unders last May while out of town. I was so excited to get a pair of the cotton roll downs because I had been trying to purchase them for a while at the store in my city, but they would sell out almost immediately. I loved them at first - the material is so soft and I love high waisted anything because that style is so comfortable and forgiving of tummy imperfections. However, shortly after I started to wear them I noticed the inside of the thighs at the top was pilling. This did not bother me initially because no one could really see that so I continued wearing them. But I was taking a barre class in December and I picked off some of the little pilled balls of fabric absentmindedly when we were stretching after thigh work and it tore holes in the fabric! The fabric had become so worn and thin in the inner thighs that it basically just started to disintegrate. I finished the class with holes near my crotch...I was so disappointed. When you drop $100 on a pair of pants you expect them to last longer than a few months. The saddest part is that I have pairs of lulus that I've owned for 7+ years and they are still pristine so I think maybe the quality has deteriorated over time with lulu. Or maybe it's just the cotton line? After this happened it has been very hard for me to trust their quality. I just felt a bit let down - I want to replace the pants (I need a high waisted legging back in my life!) but I don't want to spend another $100 on something that may only last a few months and could literally fall apart while I'm in a class! So sad :( March 1, 2015
So comfy, so soft For years I only bought the regular winder unders...luon. I figured Cotton would show every lump and bump and stretch out. Until I read the reviews stating how soft, comfy and amazing they were. I bought my regular size 8 and have worn them almost 2 days straight and they fit as good as when I first put them on. No stretching, so so soft. I got them yesterday in the mail, wore them all day, wore them again today and went to the store and bought another pair, different colour! They are true to size and by far are one of my fave pieces yet! February 27, 2015
torn seam I was so excited when I purchased these comfortable pants a few days ago! Though I have now worn them twice and noticed the crotch seams are lose and starting to unravel? I purchased these on the sale rack but still paid $72?. I was disappointing to know that after 2 times of wearing them it wasn't worth spending that much money?I have purchased many items from Lulu and this is my first complaint?. very sad with this purchase :( February 25, 2015
Comfortable but pilling! I bought these pants a week ago. They are absolutely the most comfortable work out pants I have ever worn. However, I have worn them 2 times, once on the stair master and once running 45 minutes and they are already pilling MAJORLY in between the legs. Super disappointing because I love these pants :( Overall, buy these pants for comfort but don't expect them to last. February 24, 2015
Not durable I purchased these pants a couple of months ago and I'm sad to report that I found a hole starting in the seam of my pant leg. I normally wouldn't care too much but after spending $100 on these, I couldn't believe it! You would think they would last a lot longer. I have bought many other items from lulu but I would not recommend these pants for anyone. If they can't hold up then it's not worth the splurge! February 23, 2015
Expensive and holes already After spending a ridiculous $92 on cotton tights I already have piling and a hole in the crotch. I don't mind spending a large amount if I am getting quality but that did not happen here and I am EXTREMELY upset. I'm starting to lose faith in lulu. $20 tights should pill and cause holes, not $92 tights February 23, 2015
Yet again, another poor GEC experience! I honestly do not know why I continue to shop this brand. I purchased these pants from the closest Lululemon Store to my house; which happens to be 1.5 hours away (Charlotte, NC). These pants are not what I went to the store looking for, but they instantly caught my eye when I saw the stripes. I tried them on and they fit perfectly. I wasn't exactly thrilled to see that a simple pair of cotton wunder unders were $92.00, but I bought them anyway because of the fit and feel of the pants. It wasn't until the next day when I pulled them out of my bag and put them on that I discovered a sewing defect. The material was bunched up and you could see where the extra stitches were in the pants as if they got caught in the machine and it created a tiny hole. Not at all the quality I would expect for $92.00, but the optimistic me said, "whatever things happen." So today I spend an hour of my day going to the Showroom (Greenville, SC) near my house to return the pants knowing that I could order a replacement pair online (as this is a product not carried in the Showrooms). The girls at the showroom are always super nice and today were very apologetic about the inconvenience. I was slightly confused when I sat down in front of the computer to order the new pair because the pants were now $102. I called the GEC for clarification and the response I received just made me livid. Apparently, I was under charged for the pant; even though the tag said $92.00 and the receipt said $92.00. There would be no way for Lulu to honor the price of the pants because I didn't pay the correct amount to begin with, so (and quote) "I should consider myself lucky." Oh really. I'm so lucky that I bought a pair of your crummy quality pants with a hole in them? I'm so lucky to have wasted MY TIME driving back to a store to return something as a result of your defect? Seriously? Never once did she apologize for the inconvenience, the poor quality or my wasted time... she more or less made me feel like I attempted to steal $10.00 from Lululemon because she looked up the listing records and the pants should have always been $102. Well, a round of applause is in order Lulu! You just lost a loyal customer. I'm glad you got your $10.00 back. February 21, 2015
Poor quality, upsetting! The last 3 pairs of leggings i have had have ripped, making them unwearable. The first time, after only 3 months, I tripped while running and fell, the leggings knee completely tore. So I went back out and bought the same ones, this time, the seam started to rip in the crotch so I obviously couldn't wear them. So I gave up after that pair. However I got another pair for Christmas. I was wearing them a few days ago, slipped and fell on ice and once again the whole knee tore apart. On top of this, there was piling all over the waist line of the last pair, after only a few times of being worn. Extremely frustrating ): February 19, 2015
waste of money I bought these pants four months ago and as soon as I wore them a few times they pilled very badly. But now four months later the fabric between the thighs is completely worn and has a giant hole in it... this purchase didn't even last five months and was a complete waste of money I have only worn the pants maybe 7 times. I am disappointed in lulu about this one and am uneasy about purchasing again. I have been a long time lover of lulu but these days the quality has gone down hill. February 18, 2015
BAD quality I bought the heathered black ones a couple of months ago but Ive only worn them about 3-6 times and theyve pilled SO bad on my inner thighs there almost holes! The fabric is SO THIN. im afraid if i wear them a couple more times they will be holed and done, horrible. February 12, 2015
