wish they would bring this pant back I got these pants as a christmas gift but had to return them because they were not the right size but was extremely sad when I found out they were all sold out. Please bring these pants back they were the warmest lululemon leggings I had ever had. They were extremely soft and looked very nice on. I would definetly buy more than 1 pair if these came back because they were that nice! January 9, 2015
Wonderful, just wish I'd sized down! This and the Speed Tight II Herringbone are my first purchases from LLL. Firstly, the fabric is wonderfully soft and comfortable! I was a little worried that it seemed a bit thin (I own tights that are thicker and not even specifically made for cold weather) but it definitely passed the "bend over" test and was quite warm on a brisk morning run. I love the seaming on the Speed Tights - it so flattering on my figure, makes my bum look fantastic. My only gripe is that the fit seems large. The 8 fit me fine until I actually started running, and then I had to continually pull the pants up and readjust them. I'd exchange them for a 6, but the tags are long gone. Thankfully the drawstring saves me from having a pair of expensive running tights that I can't run in, but the 6 would fit better overall. For reference, I'm about 27" in the waist, about 40" in the hips. December 14, 2014
So soft and cozy, plus great performance on a run! I bought these a couple of weeks ago after reading about them online. I finally took them on their first run last night and was not disappointed. The fabric is super soft on the inside and a bit more compressive than my other Lulu running bottoms. When I first tried them on, I thought the compression might be a bit much, but I am super glad that I stuck with my normal size instead of sizing up- they stayed in place perfectly on my run. The pants also kept my legs very warm throughout, which I find to be a rarity for running tights, especially since it was snowing and fairly windy out. The length was great too. I flipped up the bottoms for the reflective detail, but they were still long enough to protect my ankles from the chill. In short, it will take all of my self control to not purchase a second pair immediately! December 3, 2014
Velvet happiness In short, I wanna live in these pants, They feel like velvet, better than my own skin. I love these pants. best I ever bought April 1, 2014
Love them, just a couple small things... I really love these pants- they fit beautifully, are warm and cozy with great compression, and I want to wear them all the time. I ordered one pair on WMTM, and loved them so much that I bought another pair full price. Unfortunately, that pair started to split at the crotch seam after about 4 or 5 wears. Not a huge hole, but a small one that I knew would grow bigger over time, and couldn't easily be fixed with a needle and thread. I was bummed out, but really happy with how well the W 4th store resolved the issue for me. The girl I spoke to had a look at the hole and said they'd absolutely exchange them, no problem. Sadly, the store didn't have any of the tech fleece version left, and I didn't like the ruching on the other kind, so she made me a gift card to buy them again online. The other pair and the replacement pair have been great as for no seam splitting or holes, but I noticed that one of the pairs is starting to pill around my calves. The only thing I could think that could cause this is that I will sometimes change from runners into boots on my way home from a run, and I think the pilling was just from the pants brushing against the side of my boots. It seems a bit excessive from just brushing against my boots, but I carefully used a razor to remove some of the pilling, and it's fine enough- I just know better than to wear them with boots in future. Still love their coziness, and find the side pockets are perfect for my uses. Overall, I'd recommend them, but I hope the minor quality issues can be tweaked for next winter's design. March 13, 2014
I bought these about 2 weeks ago, and at first I loved them, the material is so thick, loved the side pockets, and I loved the fuzzy inside of them. The first time I wore them I noticed they were a little saggy at the end of the day... After washing them with my other lulu pants I wore them a second time and they were huge by the end of the day! I had to keep yanking them up and it was very uncomfortable. I am now scared to wear them again for it to happen again... Im disappointed, I really liked everything else about the pants :( March 1, 2014
Ugh painful, I love these pants - thickness of material, fit and everything else. However, quality is a huge issue. My first pair started peeling after 2 wears and no wash. I took them to the local store and they exchanged them for a new pair. Now I wore the new pair today for a short (5k) run and they are already peeling! I am embarrassed to take them back to the store again, but one wear out of $100 pants - ridiculous! Oh and peeling is in the bum, I did not even sit down to stretch in them. I wore lululemon tech tshirt to run ugh! I guess lulu quality is still not out of the woods. I am gonna cry since I love these so much! February 23, 2014
really terrible tights These tights are quite comfy/fit great/stay up really well through my run, but the knees have already worn through! they're practically transparent! I have only had them for two months (and I haven't even been running in them that much, let's be honest)! I expected more (price:quality ratio) I've had a pair of under armours for 4 plus years that still look brand new for half the price. Super disappointed. February 22, 2014
Badly design tight Im usually size 8 for lulu tight so I got this pants for size 8. I usually wear this pants for work not for running. I am so disappointed in this pants. It's badly designed and that I had to keep pulling my pants up in the office, I need to pull it up everytime when I go somewhere away from my desk. Specially When I sit and cross my legs my inner tighs feel like being press so hard it's very uncomfortable. it looks so weird on my tighs Compare to other tights I got 5 years ago, that pants are very comfortable and is stiill stretchy like it's still brand new. I thought lulu is being famous for made to last? For the price I paid $100 I expect something better in quality and design. I hope lulu can make some changes. February 21, 2014
Love my first pair of running tights For reference, I am a bottom-heavy 5'6, 155lbs. I wear a size 10 in the old grooves and purchased a 10 in these tights. I have been really dissapointed with LLL products in general over the last 1.5 years. I found these in WMTM and decided to give them a try as I had been looking for a pair of long, warm tights that I could layer. They have been a pleasant surprise! I am wearing these under wind pants when walking/jogging currently, and have even started to wear them like long-johns for other winter activities because I like them so much. I haven't had any of the issues that other reviewers have noted. I've worn them at least 15 times now & washed them multiple times without the seams falling apart, I have no piling at all, and they've stayed compressive (haven't stretched out). The material is thick (not at all sheer) & compressive without being restricting. I don't typically like LLL tights because I find the material reveals every flaw in your butt/thighs, however these tights smooth & conceal! I love the soft fleecy inside, very cozy. All of the seems appear to be in the right place as I haven't been chaffed at all. The length is perfect for me - they hit right at the lowest point that they can on my ankles without bunching so that I can overlap the bottoms with high socks for added warmth around my ankles. The high waist is absolutely fantastic and I find that it stays put; I'm not constantly hiking these tights up which is really, really nice. The only thing that could have made these pants better was small zippers or even discreet snaps to seal the side pockets on the thighs. I'll never use these pockets for fear that anything that I put in them will come flying out. This wasn't a big dissapointment, not worth detracting a star for. February 19, 2014
