Speed Tight *Brushed Interlock
Need more warmth!!!
I have two pairs of these pants and I do love the pockets and extra little layer of warmth but these pants do not even come close to cutting it for warmth for all season running. They are a fall pant, not a winter pant. In the last year, I have pretty much converted my veteran running mates to convert to Lulu but this morning (-5 and sunny) we were all complaining about the how cold our upper legs were. I even had your fluff running skirt over top and it was of little added warmth. I seem to recall a couple of years ago, you have a running pant that had a front part that was wind proof and much more winter appropriate. We are REALLY hoping you come up with something this year or we'll be back to layering two pairs of these tights for our runs!!!

Awful for long runs
I have had these tights for 3 weeks and worn them twice. Very comfortable from the top but super uncomfortable from calf area; especially for long runs (9 to 11 miles). I own 3 pairs of the inspire and absolutely love them. Very disappointed. I called the store to see if I had any options, the sales associate was no help and extremely rude (Crystal Court/South Coast Plaza ? Costa Mesa, California).

Fabric is pilling
I have had these tights for 4 weeks. I do some yoga and have been to the gym 3 times with them. I noiced the knee area (from kneeling) is pilling, and looking a bit worn and fuzzy. I am shocked because I have hardly used them. I feel these tights should be built to withstand minimal gym/yoga activity, and like I said, I have only had them for a month. Not impressed.

I originally bought these because I loved the color. Was sad at first because there really wasn't much a of a sport bra that I had to go with them, but Lulu came out with one to match the Zinfindal color a week later. I have a few of the running crops with the pockets on the sides and I love them. The side pockets are what drew me to buy them. I put gloves, headbands, GU, etc in the side pockets and have never lost anything.
I have used these for hot yoga and like many of the reviews have fallen in love with them. I sweat a lot in yoga and I did not over heat in them. Can't wait to see how they work for running. Depending on temp might have to try them in our upcoming Turkey trot.
I am a runner by nature, but do hot yoga to cross train and keep my muscles long.

very warm, BUT...
I was so excited to wear these pants when the weather got cold. I live in the South, so it hasn't gotten below 40 degrees yet, and these brushed interlock are the PERFECT material. Prior to my first run, I would have given these a 5 for warmth and fit.
Unfortunately, the first time I wore them on a run (I only run about 4-6 miles at a time) they stretched out and I spent the whole run pulling up my waist. I am 135 lbs and have worn a size 6 in all of my lulu pants, and bought these in a 6. They felt perfect in the store and I loved the detail around the ankle, if only the fit had lasted. I also wore them on a hike and found myself tugging at the waist yet again. The drawstring didn't help. Also, there is a long string hanging from the seam on the leg. With only one delicate wash and air drying, this should not be an issue when I paid $100-- this sure seems to be an issue with the quality. I ordered these in the black and purple, but will be returning the unworn pair. Had the other pair not been worn, I would have returned them as well. Definitely disappointed in these :(

Great pair of pants...try them on first, though!
I bought a black pair of these in a size 4 about a month ago. Perfect! Warm, compressing, not sheer, and very flattering! I loved them so much that I went in to buy another pair today - the navy with green and medium blue stripes. As I am always a size 4, I just grabbed my size and bought the pair without trying it on. When I got home and tried them on, I was shocked! They are EXTREMELY baggy. They fit like a size 8 or 10. I'm not sure if it is just the one pair or if the sizing is way off in just this colour... Anyways, I'm rather ticked now as I'll have to go out of my way to return these. They are very expensive, so errors like this should not happen. Ugh.

I am a CF trainer our my garage and these pants do a great job of keeping out the IL cold. I love the fit and the side pockets are perfect for cell phone storage! Definitely will be purchasing more of these!

Best cold weather running tight!
I love the fit, rouching, compression, feel, and durability of these tights! They are true to size with the handiest of pockets! The only drawback I've found is that they pill in the front.

Make BRIGHT COLORS!!
I have these tights from 2 years ago and I love them! I would LOVE to buy another pair, but when running at night, why have black tights??? Could you PLEASE make these more reflective and in brighter colors for those of us that run after 5 pm when it's dark out!?

Good, but the quest continues...
I'm still seeking the Holy Grail - running tights/pants that I can wear as a single layer in midwinter (I live in a cold-winter climate). I like these a lot, but deep-winter tights they aren't.
Fit. I'm 5'10", ~165 lb, and got the 10, which is what most of my lulu pants and tights are, so TTS for me. They fit well all over, but because of my long inseam (~35-36" in street pants), I would have liked another couple of inches of length. I always wear crew-length socks while running, so that covers the gap, but a little more length would have been great. They're tight-fitting and almost compressive, but I've worn them all day (see below) and haven't felt pinched in them. In the deep-zinfandel model photo, the tights hit well below her navel, which I wasn't looking forward to - I like a higher rise- but to my delight they hit right below my navel. The ankle elastic is super-tight (but not uncomfortable). Once I have the ankle positioned where I want it, it doesn't budge.
Design. LOVE all the pockets. I always want to have a zippered pocket somewhere, because I worry about my key falling out and not hearing it land in the snow, and there's a lovely large zippered pocket in the back. I don't run with a phone, but a phone fits back there. I've never had pockets low on the thighs before, and I LOVE them. I first wore these out running when I was recovering from a cold, and I needed to lug tons of Kleenex along. I stuffed the clean ones on one side, and the used on the other, and that worked great - I didn't even notice they were there. (I haven't tried anything heavy in those pockets, though.) The elastic on the pockets is strong and kept everything in place.
Performance. Ah yes, those mythical creatures, tights/pants that you can wear as a single layer in winter and still stay warm. Not these, not for me. I run very warm - I wear shorts and a tank top for running down to ~40F, and after that it's light tights and a long-sleeved top (one layer each) in about the 25-40F range. (I never wear crops for running - I go right from shorts to full-length tights.) That's where these tights fall for me - ~25-40F, single layer on bottom. Anything colder and I need another layer over them. Above ~40F, I prefer shorts. YMMV depending on how warm you run. They're very comfortable, no chafing from seams, no tugging at the waistband to keep it in place. I don't have to fiddle with them during my run at all.
Looks. Love the deep zinfandel, although the purple in these is not quite as deep and intense as some of the other deep zin items I've bought this fall (I'm a purple fanatic so it would be really good for my wallet if Lulu stopped with these gorgeous purples that have been coming out lately!). The alternating purple stripes in the waistband are super-cute and slimming. The ruching is cute, but would be even cuter if the length were an inch or two longer. My pair is completely opaque - no sheerness even in a deep bendover. I have to confess I've worn these tights to work with a long tunic-length top over them and tall boots.
Overall. I wanted to take off one star as I would have liked a couple extra inches in length and because I wish they were the holy grail of winter running tights I'm looking for, but that's not really fair of me because I knew what the inseam was when I bought them, and because they weren't advertised as deep-winter running tights. So I can't fault them for something they were never supposed to be. I love them otherwise, so 5 stars it is.
