Metal Vent Tech Short Sleeve
I am new to Lulu and my first purchase was a couple of these shirts...I am hooked. I was extremely skeptical of the anti-stink technology but it really does work (I tried to prove it to my Wife but she just wouldn't smell my sweaty shirt). If you are considering giving Lulu a try but are hesitant because they are pretty expensive t-shirts, just buy one and test it out...you will get hooked like I did. I have worked out in, and washed, my shirts several times and have seen no signs of wear. I will be throwing away all of my other workout clothes and replacing them with Lulu (not all at one purchase of course).

Great shirt...one beef
I am an avid runnier and currently own three MV short sleeves. They are truly the first shirt I have found that is anti-stink which is a huge plus and worth the price alone. The fit is great, no chaffing, and are a great stand-alone or base layer in colder weather. I am 6'1" and the only slight negative issue I have with the shirts is when I am on a long run and am sweating a lot, the shirt drops, due to the weight of the sweat, and sits low on my hips and becomes bothersome to my stride. Ideally a cut an inch or two shorter would be the perfect fit.

I'm an avid backpacker, rock climber and Ironman triathlete. When I exercise, I push it and that means I sweat, a lot! Upon browsing the Columbia, MD Lululemon store, the manager, Brooke, asked me about my activities. She mentioned Lululemon's anti-stink shirt and boasted how great it is. I told her I had a serious challenge to test her claims as I was leaving the following morning to backpack the John Muir Trail for 14 days. Brooke didn't back down and she suggested I trail test the shirt.
This would be a test for sure and Brooke's confidence convinced me to break my rule of never trying anything new on the day (or 2 weeks) of a big event.
Here are the stats:
1. I did not wash the shirt prior to leaving.
2. I wore the shirt when I left my house and on the plane to CA.
3. I did not take the shirt off for 14 days except for the two times I jumped in high mountain lakes.
4. I hiked an avg. of 12 hours per day with a backpack and sweated through the shirt daily.
5. I slept in the shirt for 14 nights and it was always my base layer.
6. I never washed the shirt.
7. While others in my group had a noticeable BO stench on day 1, I didn't notice any personal stink until about day 6 or 7. Even then, I had to strongly sniff my armpit to find any odor. By Day 14 it was about the same.
8. While wearing a backpack for 14 days, I had no chafing even in the high risk shoulder and low back areas.
9. I didn't notice any unusual wear of the shirt and it still looks new today (2 weeks post trip).
10. The comfort, fit and style of the shirt was very impressive and I received many complements on and off the trail. I was happy and proud to say I was wearing Lululemon.
This was my first Lululemon product and I am beyond impressed. I took a huge risk wearing their anti-stink shirt on such a big trip and thankfully it really paid off. Time will tell how long the anti-stink technology holds up but it performed beyond expectation on its maiden voyage of 14 days (and 221 miles) straight without bathing or washing.
Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Nice shirt with sizing problems
We have a small business, a clinic where we do exercise-based posture therapy for people in pain. I wanted to get myself some new shirts, heard great things about these. I tried them on in one color, found that a medium was just the right size, asked if other colors should be sized the same and was told yes, it's the same shirt, so bought two of one color, 2 of another. The blue shirts fit great. The grey shirts are too small. How in the heck do you have size variability on the same shirt? I just spent $130 on shirts I can't wear (and them embroidered with our logo).
Here's my advice: try on EVERY single piece of clothing you buy from these guys. Their stuff is good, but their sizing is ridiculously inconsistent.

We had to return other Lulu apparel recently due to poor workmanship.
This Metal Vent Tech Shirt frayed within the first wear, during a cardio session!!!

Restocking or phasing out?
Love the shirts but there is an almost non-existent stock of these in size large. Is there going to be a restocking online and in stores or are they being phased out?

High Quality shirt made to go the distance!
The anti-stink qualities of this shirt save my butt on a daily basis. I teach back to back classes more than once a week and I change between each class. I usually wrap my other clothes inside of my shirt to keep the sweaty mess as bay and a few days later when it come to laundry time there's no odor.
besides that I am rough on my clothes. I run, Cycle, cross train, and everything in between to the tune of 15-20 hours a week. I've had a few of these for going on three years and they still make their way into my weekly rotation. Keep up the good work LULU!

Seiously, it's a nice looking shirt. Girls compliment me on it, say navy looks good with my eyes. It fits nicely, breathes.
But price-- you are killing me. I?m like ?Yo, that?s 65 dollars for a t-shirt?
