Rated 2 out of 5 by MattJas Issues with new fit and black color pilling
Had these for years, as the Kung Fu originals. LOVED the fit. Snug but flattering through the hips and thighs, while flaring a slight bit at the bottom. This new fit offers a roomier thigh, while still flattering on the butt. The roomy thigh then either goes straight or has a slight taper (hard to tell, really). How they look, however, gives them a slight carrot shape - very unflattering from the front or side. Honestly wish they still offered the original cut, even if eCommerce only.
Shape aside, I own two pairs. My heather gray? Awesome. This material seems to hold its shape, and looks brand new months later. My black pair? The newer of the two, the black pair is pilled and looks in pretty bad shape after a short period of time. Really disappointed with the quality of the black ones.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Janag Black pills and fades
I got them in black and within a couple wears and cold water washes with other lulu gear they faded and pilled. The store suggested I get a pill shaver or something and said they don't qualify for an exchange because it isn't a performance issue. Fair enough. They still work. They're pants. They cover my legs. They just look bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NewEnglandPatriot Comfortable and versatile.
I purchased the Kung Fu 2.0 pants, as well as the Discipline pants. The Discipline pants were slim fitting, so I returned those. These Kung Fu pants are roomy in the thigh and leg, and personally I find them much more comfortable.
The material is comfortable, stretchy, and soft. I really like the front pockets on these also. Each front pocket has a small extra compartment within the pocket. The left pocket contains a cell phone compartment, which is big enough to hold my iPhone 6. The right pocket has a small change compartment. So it's kind of like having 4 front pockets. The pockets are also deep, which is a huge benefit. I don't want my wallet and keys falling out of the pants.
Personally, I don't care for the rear flap pockets (I prefer flat pockets), but it's not a big issue. Finally, I know many guys don't like showing off the lululemon logo. The logo on these pants is gray and subtle.
Overall, I found these to be versatile pants as you can wear them to the gym, to the store, or to the airport. I wouldn't wear them to work though, unless you're a personal trainer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RogueLawyer Most Versatile Pants I Own
This is my first piece of clothing from Lulu although my wife shops there all the time. Kung Fu pants look nice enough for me to wear to the office and are comfortable enough to take a nap in. They are also surprisingly warm on a brisk morning walk. I have the heather colored pant and wish they came in other colors besides black. Only complaint is that I haven't found a top that goes well enough to really pull it off at work. Excited about my next piece from Lulu!

For reference I am 5'4" 125 lbs and a size 6 in women's pants. I got a small and it was the perfect fit. I did have to get them hemmed a little on the bottom but it only took a day. I tried these on after being recommended by the sales associate and I love these!! I love the front and back pockets and how loose these pants are. Now my 12 yr old sister and 14 yr old brother own these pants as well. I recommend these to all my friends as well!

Rated 3 out of 5 by RoyceKosh Amazing Pants! But not Durable
I have one of these pants, and honestly they are the most comfortable pants ever! Unfortunately though its not as durable. After a few weeks Ive had holes in them just from lightly graving the the ground.. I have a few pants from lulu and most of them end up the same. I'm considering of getting another one, but I'm not sure if its going to be worth it..

I wanted a pant that had more to it than the ladies selection, so I decided to try on the Kung Fu Pant, just for fun. Well it has been the best purchase I have ever made a Lululemon. I strongly suggest you place the Manikin on the ladies side of the store and you will have a lot of sales.

Rated 2 out of 5 by bhdb super comfortable, poor quality
These were my favorite pants when I first bought them a little less than a year ago. The material is stretchy and incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, the pants began to pill and the inseam began to unravel after only a couple weeks of use. I expected a lot more from $98 workout pants.

Rated 3 out of 5 by nlp67 Black needs to be fixed
These pants have a great fit and feel, very comfortable. however, the black pants after one wash appear faded and worn out. Doesn't have the crisp dark deep black look. Would have thought that the black pant issue would have been fixed by now but alas no. Agree with the previous reviewer that the heathered black deserves a 5 star, the black pants are not worth the $98 price tag.

Rated 3 out of 5 by bjgroom Beware the black...
I first bought these pants in heathered black about a year ago, and loved them so much I bought a second pair in black about six months ago. Now, my heathered black pair still looks brand new, while the black pair has pilled, the waist band has deformed and the knees stretch out after 3-4 wears. Five stars for heathered black, one star for black.
