Rated 5 out of 5 by LULUconvert77 Please bring this back
This is by far the best light jacket I own. Perfect to dress up the ABC pants for an evening out or even for a meeting. I get compliments on this jacket every time I wear it.
The only problem with this jacket is that it's no longer available.
I absolutely HATE the fact that Lululemon changes their styles so often and clothes you are trying out for the first time are discontinued by the time you want to pick up a few more. If you still carried this jacket, I would have 2 in every colour. (money lost)

This coat is undeniably the best light-weight coat I've owned.
What bothers me is all the positive press it gets, all the requests to "make more, make more", even on HeyLuLu, and yet the requests fall on deaf ears. I mean, isn't the purpose of the arduous login to these multiple feedback sites to actually get feedback to the right people? Instead, I feel like it's trying to communicate with lifeforms on other planets -- it basically comes up empty.
On to this jacket -- it's fabulous. I think the cut is my favorite, especially zipped up. It fits like it's made for my body! I'm 195 at 5'11", and large is perfect. I especially like the tailored fit-stitches in the shoulders -- again, Lulu at its best, and something that seems to have waned with the newer Nonstop, etc.
I found a file of these at an obscure outlet in Long Island for $89 each. Bought many. They're that fantastic and timeless.
Please, Lulu, listen to your customers more, and communicate better -- we know you're capable of making great product, but you're a pretty poor listener. And while you're making great coats and tights, you're not curing cancer or solving world hunger -- so a little humility goes a long way -- listen to your customer, so you don't become another Levis or Gap.

Stumbled across this gem in my local lululemon store in London, ON. Had to try it on because it looked interesting and I did not own a beige blazer (soft earth). The size small fit perfectly because of its slimming fit. I am 5'11-6'0, 160lbs, athletic-lean but muscular. Looked in the mirror and was astonished at how nice it looked on me.
This is the perfect blazer to wear at a business casual setting. From employee socials, to family dinners, to dates with my girlfriend, I love wearing this because it's comfortable and it looks great. The blazer itself gives you a sense of uniqueness.
If there was anything I could adjust it would be the fit in the back as there is slightly a bit of room, if it was a little more snug it would fit amazingly, but it still fits great. Another thing I would fix is making the blazer more simplistic looking (less pockets), maybe that's just my preference. But I still love the blazer, and am going to keep it and wear it proudly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gavitronik Love this jacket
This jacket looks professional enough that I wear it to work, but I got it so I could bust into a handstand at any time without having to worry about anything falling out of my pockets. A common problem for most people, I know. It's also nice that the jacket breathes well, wicks away moisture, and that I can open vents in the jacket so these bursts of athleticism that I perform to spice up my day don't make me too sweaty and uncomfortable.
It is difficult to get spots of milkshakes or toothpaste out without running it through the wash, but that's what it was designed for so it works out. It's been through the wash many times, without any loss in quality.
I liked my first one enough that I bought a second.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PaulCR I would like to buy it, but no size works
I saw this jacket in soft earth color online, and I wanted to purchase it on the spot. However, I held off and waited until I could go to a local store to check it out.
The large fit pretty well, except it was too long. Arm length was down to about my knuckles, and torso length was about an inch too long. The medium fit nicely unzipped, but had a bit of an hourglass shape look since it was just too tight. The medium was still fairly long in the arms by maybe half an inch. I'm 5'10", normal proportions, athletic (if my shoulders were narrower the medium might have been alright, but still pretty tight around the chest and even stomach area, hugged up against the body).
I would really like to see this product offered with hemming options for the length, or simply in a greater variety of sizes.
As for the material, I personally liked it, but something about it leaves a fair bit to be desired - depending on your expectations. My girlfriend (who is a major fan of Lululemon and buys clothing for me from Lululemon) said she doesn't like the look of the material on a jacket like this (sport coat style), although she said it might have just been the soft earth color that made the material look a bit cheaper. I found it hangs differently from a regular sport jacket, since the material is pretty thin and breathable... a slightly thicker version that hangs more like a sport jacket normally does could be interesting.
Would I recommend this to a friend? If it fits, then I think so. I would have bought it if the length was correct. It is on the steep side given the features currently offered, which is why I felt like mentioning what I'd like to see offered. But if it fits just right, the jacket is certainly nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SissyO This jacket good for women too!
I've had a bit of an issue finding a rain jacket I could use for commuting to a professional job in DC. I take the trains, buses, and metro. All the jackets for women, either have that Burberry quilt look or the belted trench noisy double breasted look. I was getting ready to walk out of the mall and just happened to stop in the store and saw this and tried it on before I realized it was a man's jacket. I walked out 20 minutes later with it. It is PRICEY, and therefore I am taking to my tailor, is she says it is a keeper I will keep it. It may need small alterations, but I am happy overall with the overall functions of this jacket. I especially like the two way zip; where men are generally slim through the hips it allows for some adjustment for us women who may have small hips. I am 5/4" 123 35" hips/26" waist and generally slim but athletic in the other areas and this is very flattering. I asked for opinions from a couple of people at other stores I visited in the mall and everyone liked it; said I rocked it! (Guys too)! A cool jacket in a work world of mundane. :)

Awesome all around jacket! Just bought this in Chicago and absolutely love it. Can wear it to dress up or just running to the store. Plenty of pockets and the zippered vents come in handy. A bit price

Rated 4 out of 5 by NavyGrowler Awesome blazer... arms are just too short
It's really unfortunate that the arms are cut too short on this item for me. I'm not abnormally long-armed, but they just don't reach far enough! Aside from that, the jacket is awesome. It feels great, it fits great (everything but the arm-length), and it looks great. It's too bad that it wasn't perfect, and that I couldn't keep it.
