In this set of DVDs, yogi and surfer Eion Finn guides us through a series of yoga practices in stunning settings to help us find our balance (even if we're in our living room). Broken down into daily practices, we can choose whether we want a full routine or a shorter "quickie option" when we're stretched for time.
