Bad design change Just received my new Metal Vent short and long sleeve shirts, and as already mentioned, the design was changed, and they are now too short for me to wear. I'm right at 6'6" and the shirts don't even reach the top of my waist. Anyone 6'5" or taller will have this problem. Hopefully they won't change all the shirts this way February 3, 2012
Disappointed...Cut and Fit Has Changed I just received another Metal Vent Tech SS (Heathered Sapphire Blue) and it appears that the cut and fit has slightly changed. The shirt is slightly tighter and shorter than my previous four. I suspect this is due to use of another vendor for the production. I will be returning it because it is tighter in the arms than I would like. The shirt isn't bad, but if you are ordering what appears to be the new heathered colors be prepared for a slightly different fit. February 1, 2012
Beats Competition! I've been wearing Nike dri-fit legend shirts (sleeved or sleeveless) shirts to the gym. Issues with those shirts have always been that they are too snug particularly at the neck and chest area. And the dri-fit material clings to the skin when its wet. I'm always fighting those shirts to get comfortable on the treadmill, stretching or lifting weights. The metal vent tops solves all those issues. They fit well, very light weight, and very comfortable. Not just a decent looking shirt that pretends to function. January 13, 2012
Great but better as V-Neck Great shirt, I own 6. I also have a couple of the v-neck version. For hard workouts, the v-neck is more comfortable. Please bring them back. December 1, 2011
Poor Quality :( I purchased this for my boyfriend to wear to the gym. And its only been hand washed two times, I ensure to wash all my lulu togeather and hang to try. But the silver fibers are falling apart... I don't mind paying for lululemon because it is very good quality. But the material in this shirt should not be fraying in the middle especially only after two washes! November 2, 2011
Amazing. . . BUT, please make a V-Neck! I now have 4 of these shirts. At $64 a piece I feel a little bit extravagant, but they really are great. Best of all, they don't retain that awful smell that cotton-stretch or synthetic fabrics get after a dozen times of sweating and washing. Simply put, they are amazing. Here is what I want: A V-neck! I keep asking in the store - I actually think the employees know when I walk in that I am going to give them that feedback, but nothing changes. We all know that V-necks are more flattering and having that little dip down just seems less constricting. Please consider it - that will make it a 5 star product. October 29, 2011
Great workout shirt I have three of the Move It Tech short sleeve shirts and did a review of that shirt. A new Lulu store opened in Raleigh NC so my wife and I went to visit. I talked to the guy working the Men's section about my "issues" with the Move It shirt showing too much sweat and he suggested this shirt. I tried it on and it fit pretty good. Not quite as flattering at the Move It shirt but pretty good. I would compare this shirt to a Under Armour (loose) Heat Gear shirt. I did my workout Monday in the gym which is chest and back with abs and cardio on an elliptical. The shirt performed really well. I had no visible sweat on the shirt. The biggest thing that I like about Lulu apparel is that I am the only male in my gym that wears it so I don't look like everyone else there with UA shirts on. The biggest downfall for being so rare in the gym is the price. A similar UA shirt will cost half what a UA shirt will run. So the question is this. Would I buy another one? Yes, without question. I prefer to think that I am purchasing a quality shirt that has great performance. It's hard to put a price tag on performance. October 25, 2011
It's a hit! I originially got one shirt to goto the gym, but now I have 3 others! They're amazing, and they wick up your sweat without making you stink afterwards! The silverescent fabric is great, and the fit is great also. It's not to tight, but not too loose either; so I can get a great workout in comfortable clothes! This is a great product! Made of magic fabric I've had this shirt for a couple of weeks now. I've worked out in it every day, washing every few days, and even after a couple of serious workouts, it does not stink. I have no idea what kind of magic they used to create this stuff but I'm seriously impressed. I honestly never thought there was any way a T-shirt could be worth this much money, but I am happy to say I have been proven wrong. The fit is great, too - not too tight, but not loose enough that it whips around while I'm working out. October 6, 2011
wear non-stop I gave my wife a lot of grief for paying $60+ for a shirt but after wearing it I didn't take it off for a week (other than to to wash it). I ran in it, I slept in it, I cooked in it, I rode horses and fished in it. AWESOME! October 1, 2011
