Awesome, comfortable and durable. I teach PE and wear these socks weekly. I also wear them to play hockey in. I haven't had any rips or holes. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly.i just bought another pair, eventough they are pricey. Highly recommend them! July 25, 2013
poor quality I bought these socks for my husband for Christmas. He started wearing them in January and estimates he's worn them 5-6 times to the gym only (1-2 hours). This week as he was pulling them on his foot the fabric tore and a large hole formed. The material is too fragile for an athletic sock, especially for this price. I have many pairs of womens lulu socks and love them so am disappointed his haven't lasted. I notice on the reviews he is not the first to have this happen so perhaps I will try to exchange them for another pair and hope to have better luck! March 12, 2013
Nice socks that fit true to size I bought the XL size of these, which are meant to fit feet up to size 14. I wear a size 16, and these socks won't stretch to accommodate. So, this is just a heads up to all other big-footed men out there - if you're over a size 14, don't buy these socks. They'll slip off your heel while jogging or working out, and then get bunched up in the arch of your foot... But, no loss of stars for me buying the wrong-sized product! I only gave 3-stars because even when I have them on, the fabric is a bit slick inside my shoes, and my feet tend to slide around, just a little (and yes, I'm wearing the proper sized shoes, tied snugly.) Also, they're kinda hard to figure out exactly how they go on. They have a Left and a Right sock, which is pretty cool but I'm not sure if there's THAT big of a difference. Additionally, there is a complex weave around the big toe (thicker material) versus the arch of the foot (thinner mesh), and the heel (thicker.) So, to figure out which foot the sock goes on (they have a big L and R) and then how to properly orient the weaving so your toes are properly covered, and the heels are on straight - seems like a lot of effort for socks. On the plus side - Despite me wearing them (with my too-big feet) several times, and several washes, they're still in good shape. I'm kinda surprised to read the other guys' problems with holes. spinning socks i've found the perfect pair of socks for spin class. the extra fabric above the heel makes the socks stay above my spin shoes AND provides extra padding, while all of my other socks eventually end up getting pulled down over the course of a class. the overall fit of the socks is excellent. they're designed well and have extra padding in all the right places. the price is definitely more than i like to pay for socks, which is why i bought only one pair to start... however i've purchased 3 more pairs because i like the socks so much. they do look a bit wonky after a few wash/dry cycles, but when you put them on, they are fine. i'd give the product 5 stars if the price was slightly more reasonable (say, $8?)... because of the price, i save these socks strictly for spin class. They were too good to be true I purchased these with a gift certificate I got as a gift. I splurged on a few pairs of these socks. At first i felt they were well worth the 14.00 a pair, but after a few wears and washes they pilled up and are now just not the same. I will not wear them anymore. I would however buy them again, but only as a treat, and only if they go on sale. February 6, 2013
Garbage Got these as a Christmas gift and they have developed holes after one wear! I havent even worn them running yet, only light wearing. December 26, 2012
This brand is not a gimmick! I love all my lulu garb, but I never would have thought I would pay $14 for a pair of socks. The underwear is super comfy, but I just didn't think I needed to spoil my feet the same way as I do my other "belongings". Long story short I forgot socks one day and had a dance concert to be in. Not wanting to suffer with blisters from my jazz shoes, I ran into Lululemon at the last minute and picked up my last ditch attempt at comfort. Best decision of the week. After five minutes of walking around in my shoes with these socks, I could tell I would never dance in anything else. These socks are so so comfortable and wick sweat away great. I highly recommend them for any activity. Treat your feet to something special. November 18, 2012
disappointed disappointed in these socks. they formed holes after one use, top (insole) layer is very thin compared to older versions. very disappointing for such a pricey pair of socks. October 29, 2012
