No middle ground
If you have an extra small head or an extra big head, this might be for you. If you are anywhere I between, you're outta luck as there is nothing in between. The s/m is really small and the l/xl is giant.
Why no adjustment on the hat or a middle ground size I have no idea. Also why provide a link to a sizing chart, that then provides no info on hat sizes. All around a bad experience with ordering as well as online. Poorly done.

Sorry, but this is not a home run
Honestly, I'm a big fan of Lululemon and I do love the look of the hat but the material on the inside of the hat starts to bunch up on my forehead. It becomes like sandpaper and is too uncomfortable to wear. I have about 5 hats that are useless to me. Neither of the hats have lasted me a year before they became to uncomfortable to wear. I did not discover this until after I went on the kick of buying them. These hats look good but are made poorly.

Middle size?
Was in your store yesterday and fell in love with this hat. Beautiful design and the fitted component had me completely sold. Tried both sizes on and no luck. Not only did either size not fit, but they weren't even close! If you're going to make a small/ medium and a large/ extra large, them what about something in the middle? The sizes between these two hats aren't even close.

It Works
Today I purchased this cap last minute to go on a hike. I gave my last baseball cap away to a friend and needed a new one. The salesgirl directed me to this and assured me it's unisex. While the design is not ideal for me personally, there is nothing wrong with it in general. I had no problems with it. The hat stayed on for the entire hike through the Malibu mountains today. I was told I looked like a 'poker player' in it but I didn't purchase this for looks, more for the quality. I give this product 5 stars because it functioned as promised and did not irritate my head where it gripped.

Awesome hat
This hat is very lightweight and super comfortable. It's one of the better fitting hats that I own. I'm considering buying another to workout in.

Love my white Homerun Hat. Black? Hmm.
I purchased the white Homerun hat a month or so back and I absolutely love it. Fits me perfect. Very comfortable. And looks great. As for running? Well, I think its more of a stylish accessory to a casual day out. Would get quite dirty if it were to be run in. But I imaging most would know this. LOL. Its a really nice looking, and fitting hat.
Now I bought the black one a few months prior to the white one. The white wasn't offered at the time. My black one does not fit quite as comfortable as the white. Its much more ridged and the size is different from my white one. Its larger. I purchased both in size small. Maybe the lot that my black came from was designed slightly differently and used different materials. Could be. But I just don't even wear it.
But I love my white one!

good shape
I normally wear standard size in non-adjustable style hats. The smaller size (S/M) fit just a little tighter than I liked but the larger size (L/G) was way too big. The size did break in a bit over the course of a month or so. The shape of this hat does not seem to relax over time will continue to keep it's shape even after a lot of wear and tear. Overall this is a great workout hat.

Awesome, hat. Should've bought it sooner.
I agree with previous reviewers. There is a funny bump on the right front, but not super noticeable -the lululemon badge on the opposite side really distracts from it :)
I have the dark grey one and I love it. Not much of a flexfit guy, but this one has me converted.
PS: YES another vote for lululemon military caps. In fact, that's what I came into the store for. I expected you guys to have military caps for some reason, but happy to come out with an excellent baseball cap.

Fits a bit off
Like the previous reviewer said there is a little lump that sticks out on the side of the hat. Still wear it but looks a little silly.

Took mine back
it was a really nice hat, good material, good look. But I had an issue with mine in that it was a little lumpy where the front right seam is. I expected it to be smooth and straight. Took mine back to the store, didn't get another one as they didn't have my size.
