Bring Back the Old Versions I have had the older version of this backpack since 2012. It has worked like a dream, and I have definitely put it to the test. Zippers are fine, it has never melted, no ripping of the material, etc. The material on the bottom back side has started rubbing off from the foam underneath, but that is due to excessive use over 3 years. I am looking to replace this bag, but given all the reviews on here I am nervous to do so. Why were all the materials changed? Are they going to be changed back to the material from 3 years ago that didn't just fall apart?! All the GEC comments make it sound like lululemon want's to make this right - why not use quality material and do so? August 29, 2015
Loved it and then... So I have quiet a few male bags that I love from lulu and this bag started off being one of the best. When I first got the bag I wore it on day trips, hikes, and camping. I loved all the compartments and the ease of the bag. The problem came when I felt the bottom of the bag become very sticky. At first I thought I had spilled something...but as I cleaned the bag the bottom rubber part was falling off and was extremely sticky. This is a huge problem considering I am in dirt frequently with this bag. Now the bag is still very sticky and unfortunately will not continue to be a part of my life. Overall, the bag should not be sticky and basically melting on the bottom of the bag for the price that I paid for it. What is even worse is that the return policy of two weeks with tags on is ridiculous! I will be going back to REI to get a better bag that does not get sticky and melt on the bottom August 5, 2015
BRING BACK BLACK All of my female friends RAVE about this backpack. Lots of storage and comfortable to have around all day. PLEASE bring back the plain black color so I can continue to rave about it all around campus come September. July 28, 2015

Oversell -> Under-Deliver I was really excited about this product. A couple things that I think of when I think Lululemon, is quality, reliability, and built-to-last material/construction. When spending over $100 for a backpack I think the minimum life of the product should be one year of average use. I have now had the product for a little less than six months and the zippers have already fallen off, with light use, and the materials are horrible. Don't make the same mistake i did. July 24, 2015
Great bag; imperfect build. I've had this bag since September of 2014, have toured literally everywhere around the world with it. It is compact and light, but still holds a decent amount of stuffs. It has all the little pockets I could ever want! However, the metal logo button has been bent since very early on in its usage, and recently the exterior pockets have started ripping off of the bag. Now I need to replace it, but I'm not sure what to do - I hate changing to another backpack and trying to get used to where I have put all my things. I would recommend this bag.. but I wish they used better construction and maybe a few different materials to increase durability. July 23, 2015
Great Bag/Questionable Construction Was super stoked to get this bag. Perfect size with a ton of great little compartments to stay organized, and awesome looking too! After using it for not even a day, the magnets stopped working to keep some of the outer pockets closed (they still close but not as secure as designed). Best bag ever if it weren't for this. I would give a full 5 stars but knocking it back since I question the construction and small details. June 22, 2015
Great bag, not so great straps! I bought this bag at the end of January and I loved it. So many departments for my water bottle, gym lock, iPod, cell, lip glosses and even my yoga matt. Sleek looking on your back. But after 5 months, I have a tear in my one shoulder strap.. Such a shame because I was hoping this bag would have last me for years. The heaviest thing I ever put in my bag was my laptop and gym clothes.. Not like I ever had textbooks in it as I used it for work/gym. I checked out my receipt that I still currently have, says two weeks return policy :(.. That's the only con with this bag, everything else I love about it. June 21, 2015
Versatile with Style This bag lives up to all the intended design features! I wear the Cruiser daily to and from work since it has comfortable shoulder straps and has padded locations for all of my tech gadgets. The Cruiser is also great for traveling with since it fits perfectly under airplane seats. The only reason that I didn't give the Cruiser 5 stars in this review is because the Lululemon logo fell off. June 21, 2015
Baby's got backpack... After perusing the lackluster selection of chick backpacks, I decided to see what the guys are packing. It is there I found the holy grail. The be-all-to-end-all backpack that holds all my ish and a bag of seaweed chips. That bag, my friends, is the Cruiser. The storage. The padded laptop compartment. The soft-lined hard pocket for sunglasses. The stealth yoga mat sling. The water bottle holders. The special area for wet clothes after a walk of shame, er, I mean hot vinyasa class. The Cruiser has it all. I mostly do yoga and crossfit, so I love that this bag will function for both. It'll also be perfect for the hiking trip, yoga retreat and/or cruiser bike I've been planning to purchase for the last five years (but haven't). So, for now, I'm just using it to replace the stunning but disc-herniating and storage-devoid leather bag I carry to work, which is always accompanied by several other bags and a water bottle that routinely plunks on the ground because my hands are full. Today I am proud to be plunk free. My cumbersome laptop, cheesy work badge, files i'll never look at, multiple lip glosses (sorry guys - at least I didn't say tampons), ear buds...they all have a place in the Cruiser. So if you're debating this...especially if you're a dude...don't. I'd totally check out a guy who's rocking this backpack, even if it isn't exactly "unisexy" on me. Most men probably won't the mind the plaid-ish striped lining pattern on the inside like I did. It looks like an '80 LeSportsac. To the reviewer who's bag melted in the sun, I totally hear you brother. That definitely sucks and I hope it doesn't happen to me. That said, given the price of this thing which is pretty reasonable, I'd say it's worth the risk whether you're a guy or a girl. P.S. I ordered yesterday and it arrived today. Bonus. June 10, 2015
