Rated 2 out of 5 by Great Product, poor component quality It's a great product, a compartment for everything. Great capacity. A good look and feel. A couple minor annoyances is that the front material scratches easily, if it rubs against anything you will see scratch marks. In addition the shoe pocket is not super easy to get to if the bag has things in it. However my biggest complaint is that the zipper for the laptop compartment broke after a few months of use. Lululemon used to have top-notched quality but I'm not sure what is happening. February 4, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love the functionality but zipper issues Agree with TriedandTrue: I love the way the bag is designed and the numerous pockets! My only issue with the bag is the fabric tends to rip in weird places. The zipper to the laptop complement broke which is super disappointing! I love the design and want to repurchase but the zipper issue is a problem. Such a shame February 3, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bag design is amazing, how it is made is meh I've rebought this bag at least once now, because I love the way the bag is designed and the numerous pockets! My only issue with the bag is the fabric tends to rip in weird places like it has been worn down even though i've only had it for less then 5 months and a couple of weeks ago the zipper to the laptop complement broke which is super disappointing! I love the design of this bag not the craftmanship , don't think i will be repurchasing at all due to how expensive it is :( December 8, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Cruiser Backpack I ordered this backpack thinking it would be good for University. Of course the backpack looks nice, but it is soo small you could fit 1 textbook, and nothing else in it. I was pretty disappointed because the online chat person told me it would be good for school. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for busy HS student Bought this for my daughter at the beginning of ninth grade. She?s in 10th right now and this bag is still her favorite of all time. It?s the first bag that has lasted. My daughter is very hard on her bags. Every year her backpacks maybe last for 6 months?maybe. Is there normal wear and tear? Yes! Of course its a black bag that gets thrown around all day?. thrown on the floor, thrown around from dance class to dance class to her room and opened all day bc my daughter doesn?t use a locker. She finds lockers to be too time consumimg so she shleps this bag around with her all day. It holds about 5 binders, her makeup bag, her lunch which goes in the laptop compartment sometimes sneakers, a huge pencil case filled with various pens, her agenda, her phone, an emergency kit for girl issues and she still has room. It still looks fantstic and its going strong. Love the different compartments for various things. She has a seperate lululemon bag for non school related dance class and this one rocks too (she uses the backpack for her practice clothing sneakers for the dance team at school). They last a long time and have had zero problems. November 5, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Broke my sunglasses When I first bought this bag, I thought it was going to be really useful and amazing because I had heard a lot of good things about it. I trusted the bag, so I put my sunglasses in the sunglasses pouch. Little did I know, when I took them out, they were broken. I was devastated because it was my favourite pair of sunglasses. Also, I've only used it for a month and many scratches are visible. I'm just very disappointed because I wouldn't have put my sunglasses in the bag if there wasn't a pouch, preventing the accident from ever occurring. October 23, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good Backpack but Material Shows Scratches Really like the backpack as it has a lot of room. No problems with the zippers or straps. I have this backpack in black and really like it. My only complaint is that the fabric scratches really easily. Since it is in black it no longer looks as nice. I was not rough on the backpack, and the scratches did appear within the first few days of using it. October 21, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Straps tearing off I've been using his backpack for only 3 weeks and I just noticed the straps are starting to come of at the top where the seem is.. October 2, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by initially a great bag...but bought the bag in grey in august and used it for a month - the seams on the back straps were starting to come apart (i usually carry some notebooks and my laptop, nothing too heavy). brought it into the store to do an exchange - they were super nice about this. JUST took the new backpack out as they had to order it online since there were no more in store. i got it in black this time around. immediately noticed two things: 1) large crease and dent on the glasses pouch 2) material very different from the grey one (cheaper material) will be bringing it back into the store tomorrow. was looking forward to this the whole weekend and didn't think i'd have to make another trip back. Rated 3 out of 5 by Bring Back the Old Versions I have had the older version of this backpack since 2012. It has worked like a dream, and I have definitely put it to the test. Zippers are fine, it has never melted, no ripping of the material, etc. The material on the bottom back side has started rubbing off from the foam underneath, but that is due to excessive use over 3 years. I am looking to replace this bag, but given all the reviews on here I am nervous to do so. Why were all the materials changed? Are they going to be changed back to the material from 3 years ago that didn't just fall apart?! All the GEC comments make it sound like lululemon want's to make this right - why not use quality material and do so? August 29, 2015
