Won't Stop Vest
this vest is so close to perfect, but not quite there (and for lulu prices, I really expect it to be perfect!). The fit is wonderful, especially the thick elastic part at the bottom hem of the vest; holds it in place beautifully on runs. The front is nicely wind resistant and the back breathes, so it's just the right amount of warmth over a long sleeve for cold winter runs. It's also extremely flattering and just looks great on.
But there are three issues:
1. The zipper. Why does such an expensive vest have such a horribly cheap zipper? Unless I'm careful when I zip it, it catches every time. So annoying. It once jammed so badly on the interior fabric that I had to pull the whole thing off over my head before I could get it unjammed. Just not acceptable quality.
2. No zippers on the front pockets. C'mon, at this price point, the pockets should zip. They poof out when you sit down, which is NOT flattering. And I want zippers on the pockets so I can stash my gloves there when my hands get hot and not have to worry about them falling out. Although maybe it's a good thing they didn't use the cheap zipper on the pockets, they'd probably just jam shut and render the pockets completely useless.
3. Not enough reflective details. Again, as this price point, I expect a bit more. A winter running vest is going to get a lot of use in low light conditions, a few more reflective bits would make a big difference.
I ended up keeping this vest (after a lot of debating with myself) because the fit is just so darn flattering. But I really hope lulu takes the feedback and makes significant improvements to next year's version. Keep the design and the fabrics and fix the problems, and I will definitely buy another one.

Awesome design minus the zipper
I'm a long distance runner in the Pacific Northwest and love the idea of having a vest that is light weight to provide that extra coverage m core needs. I've worn this vest twice on longer runs in temps as low as 20 degrees. I read the reviews about the zipper and decided that I liked the vest too much (fit, comfort, concept), that I overlooked it. Unfortunately, the zipper has become an issue on my runs because it has caused me to have to stop to unzip or zip up because it catches EVERY time on the fabric. When I use a product running, i want the ease of being able to zip up, zip down, remove to eliminate layers while in option. Having to stop and adjust mid run several times was not ideal. I'm still hopeful that it will work itself out with each use or is that never going to happen? I understand that I can take this back and damage out, but it doesn't solve the problem for me of needing a vest of this weight and fit. For the price lulu, you should offer to fix the zipper or compensate accordingly those who purchased a product that isn't quite up to par.

The zipper is garbage. It catches the fabric every time. None of the other features of the vest matter if you can't unzip it.

I am so glad the gal at my local Lululemon had me try this on. I was skeptical but once I zipped it up ...it was all over. This vest is feminine, flattering and very cozy. I love wearing this vest with tank tops, yes ladies showing off the arms i work so hard for :)
one tiny little thing I notice is that the zipper catches on the little flap on the inner part of the vest... it is noticeable , not annoying. I only mention this because if i HAD to counter all the reasons to love this vest this is the only - comment i have.

yay!! for snow?
I was so excited to get this vest because I needed something to keep my core warm during winter runs..and sure enough the DAY the vest arrived we received our first snow of the year (7 inches). I tried out the vest today on a snowy trail run and it kept me warm in 20 degrees, i was even happier after finding the inside pocket. if i HAD to be picky i'd say that i wish the outside pockets zipped shut, since they puff out when you sit down, so it's not the most flattering vest in the seated position.
I'm 5"1, 120 and the size 6 fit well, i could have probably gone down a size but i wear many layers under the vest. Thanks lulu!

I love this vest. It fits tts and is SO flattering. The zipper is fine...just go slowly and make sure it's clear of fabric. Easy! I bought black and am buying the dark red ASAP.
I am 5'2", 108 lbs. I bought a 4, which is what I wear in all Lulu jackets.

I love my Won't Stop Vest. It is great for chilly mornings and evenings. It is slim, comfortable and easy to wear under a water belt. The high neck is comfortable and can easily unzip once you start to heat up during your run. Lots of pockets are great for storing your essentials.

Picked this up on the sale rack in my local Lulu store - so glad I did! Lightweight, but definitely warm. It's a bit snug, but not too tight. I usually wear either a 4 or 6 in Lululemon tops, but I actually had to size down to a 2 with this vest (I'm 5'1", 105 lbs.), something I've never had to do before.
The zipper definitely gets caught on the fabric, but I can usually avoid that by zipping it up with the zipper pull at a certain angle, or by moving the fabric. A bit of an inconvenience, but not horrible.
This is a nice wear over a short sleeve or a long sleeve on a mild fall day. Keeps my torso toasty on the warmer, sunnier fall days, and keeps me comfortable on a chillier fall day when worn with a long sleeve. And perfect for runs outside in the fall - just enough to keep my body warm, but not so much that I'm overheating! I feel like it will be good for layering too - if I just want that extra layer of warmth for my torso and not my limbs, it'll be good to wear over a longsleeve and under another jacket during the cold winter months.
I do think that $84 is still a bit too much for the vest. Loved that I got it on sale, but for what you're getting for that price, I would say it's a bit overpriced, much like everything Lululemon sells (and I pay for because I just can't stay away).

Love this vest
Purchased to wear so I can stay running outside as the temp drops. Perfect fit, warm, cozy and great fabric. Have worn on jogs with a short-sleeve top and under a jacket to a football game. It's become a wardrobe staple and I have only had it for a few weeks. I do have to tug it down but I am 5'10" and a size 10 fits perfect.

Love the Vest - Very Flattering & Amazing Comfort
I Bought the Can't Stop Jacket in Plum and LOVE it! Soooo Comfy and soo flattering on my body type. Once I seen they had a vest that was basically the same thing I HAD to have it! I wanted black but that sold out too quick and didn't want the plum as I have the Plum Jacket. I ordered the Angel Wing and LOVE it! Yes it has the black lines through it (as someone mentioned) but It looks intentional not cheap. I am 5'5 131 pounds and I ordered a size 6. I find it a bit more snug than the jacket but still like it! I wear it over my swiftly long sleeves and it looks and fits perfect! I have a longer Torso so I find in vests and thicket hoodies like the scuba they look and feel too short for my comfort. This Vest fits me perfect in length. I feel as though the 8 would have been better if I planned on wearing it over regular sweaters but I don't. I can wear this vest over thinner longsleeves to work or running. If you are purchasing this vest with intent to wear over thicker clothing I definately recommend sizing up.
The zipper is definately a problem with both purchases however it's just sticky... it's not broken. I think it will loosen up with time but we will see. I bought and love this product based on comfort and length!
That being said I absolutly agree with the zipper issue for the price we are paying, it is quite a disappointment however I still bought the product knowing about the problem and LOVE them! I would still recommend them but also mention the sticky zipper as to some people this is the sole deciding factor on purchasing or not.
