Forme Jacket 3.3 5 279 280
Forme jacket I am an avid athlete and I use this jacket for figure skating. It is very comfortable, breathable, and adds just the right amount of warmth. It has not shrunk in the wash either. I would highly recommend this jacket to any athlete! November 15, 2014
Quick Pilling Bought the forme jacket in purple and after one season, it has significant pilling on both sleeves. Not impressed with the quality. Would not buy again. November 5, 2014
I love this jacket I got this jacket on a whim on my way up the the checkout with my new wunder unders. The fit is amazing. The material is super soft and cozy. You can wear this jacket for working out, running errands, or even over a sweater on the way to work! It is very versatile. September 21, 2014
Not impressed! VERY disappointed! Haven't had this jacket more than a couple of months and the zipper is completely broke! The zipper came off entirely! I don't make a lot of money and saved up for this purchase for a while. I am very upset, not worth the money, or good quality! July 18, 2014
disappointed with quality I regret not reading reviews before this purchase. I bought this Lululemon jacket in purple. I like the colour and fit but after wearing it just 2 times for a relaxing stroll, I started to see pilling around the left shoulder area trailing along a diagonal line to the right bottom side of the jacket. I imagine it being from my purse strap but the strap is made of soft cloth fabric, similar to that of bags Lululemon sells, and having worn jackets and that purse for years, pilling doesn't form at all and if it does, not that quickly. They are not fancy brand name jackets either that cost maybe $30. Especially with women's attire, it is unrealistic to go out without any sort of bag to carry items that won't fit in our pants pockets or jacket unless one drove in which case a seatbelt may cause the pilling to occur. I expected better from Lululemon. I have an older purple jacket from Lululemon that I enjoyed wearing for years but thought may be time to replace it. I was looking forward to something I could wear with the same type of quality. It would be sad to see the older jacket outlast the newer one. This is a quality issue. I would not expect anything to start pilling after wearing it twice, and definitely not from Lululemon. I would not recommend getting this jacket. Also the pictures would not load but I do have them. Little disappointed I bought this jacket, loving the mint colour I got it in. I bought it in a size 6 hoping it to be a little loose, the sleeves are a little on the long side but still okay. Then, after a few washes the zipper on the left pocket decided to break. I don't know what happened but it looked as if the zipper had melted. I followed the washing instructions, but it still ended like this. I also found out the melted part of the zipper actually needed up on the jacket, so now there is plastic on my jacket it. This is also making the jacket be very pilly especially on the left side where the zipper is. June 8, 2014
So Flattering I love these jackets! I have an orange and purple, just about a year later and I've worn and washed them many times and they still look like new! I'm ordering the black one now, can't wait to get it! These jackets and the speed tights are my favorite Lulu items. The jackets are a great crossover item for both the office and the gym! My version of a blazer. I get so many compliments on them, I just got the petite fleur yesterday and wore it to work, love it! I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs, muscular and fit, size 10 looks awesome! love this jacket Please bring back more colours: purple, pinks, blues..... please, please! Love the fit of this jacket, very figure flattering, washes very well (I hang mine to dry) April 17, 2014
Fade after wash I love the way this Forme Jacket fits on my body but it fades after a few washes and looks old. This doesn't happen with other lulu garments. I followed the instructions and washed it the same way as other lulu garments. Doesn't worth the money. April 12, 2014
Forme Jacket Quality not there Hey Lulu, I'll start by saying "I LOVE Lulu!". My husband calls Lulu "my official uniform" because I wear it every day. A few of the more recent items I've purchased I've been a little disappointed in the quality. Most recently I bought a Forme Jacket (no cuffins). I had my eye on the Define Jacket and waited too long, then it was gone, so got the Forme and the quality of the material seems ok but thin, but the zippers feel very cheap. And I was disappointed to see that the zipper-pull is not the typical Lulu quality where it is shaped like the omega symbol and looks really flash. This zipper-pull is a run of the mill zipper-pull with a tiny omega symbol printed on it that you can hardly see. I've recently ordered a few running pull-overs in bright colors and colors bleed, the material pills within two times of wearing it. Also on the pants, you used to have little metal things on the ends of the drawstrings that were stamped with "lulu lemon" and "athletica" which were so classy and high quality, now it's just plastic and plain and boring and not classy or high quality. Companies often start off doing something really well. They succeed and then hire more accountants and financially-minded people to "take the company to the next level". In this process it is easy to lose sight of the company's original vision. I don't know the Lulu mission statement, but I would guess it goes something like "our mission it to create the highest quality, most comfortable, versatile, flattering clothing on the planet for active men and women". something along those lines. Now the bean counters seem to be in control of Lulu because quality of your products is starting to lack in some extremely obvious ways. I think I speak for most Lulu customers in saying "we are happy to pay a premium for a premium product, but we are not happy to pay a premium for a low quality product that looks or feels cheap". I don't want Lulu to be a fad and to fade away because quality went in the tank and customers started buying their active wear elsewhere? but I DO want Lulu to get back to doing what you do best! I want products that are DURABLE and show obvious attention to detail by the designers. The little omega symbols in unexpected places, the little snap that keeps the pull-over from flapping into my face while I run, the cool little zipper-pulls, and drawstring end-caps. Anyways? I love you guys, but I am scared about where things are headed for Lulu as a company. I am your bread and butter? I am a 33 year old female with an active lifestyle and I depend on Lulu to make great clothing that I can get excited to buy. I don't want to have a feeling of dread that I am going to order something online and it's going to be sub-standard Lulu gear that disappoints. I know you are hearing this from a lot of your customers? please pay attention to us and get back to the details of making great clothing! February 4, 2014
