Die-hard Define gal, first forme jacket for me
The only reason I had to buy this jacket was due to the green camo print which I absolutely love.
I am loyal to my Defines (which never should have been discontinued, they were perfect) and although the zipper on most of my defines are kinda on the chunky side for a small jacket, it still looked good. That said, I do love the smaller zipper on the Forme jacket and although there are some differences between it and the Define, it's not a bad jacket at all, in fact they're similar enough to one another but the green camo print has confirmed for me that I'm quite pleased with this purchase.
I stayed with my usual size 6 as I like a little layering room for underneath and it's comfy and still form fitting the way I like it.

This jacket in pique herringbone was my first Lululemon purchase. Dozens of Lulu purchases later, I decided to pick up the light heather gray because I love the form-fitting nature of this jacket. I have received comments from strangers about looking esp fit when I wear it, it's a thin jacket that allows layering, and has washed well. I like the higher collar which keeps my neck warm, and the side pockets and cuffins.
I sized to a 2, and usu wear 2-4 for Lulu tops, am 32B, 105#, 5'7". In a 2 it is definitely snug but not indecent. The light heather gray has a slightly iridescent sheen in certain lights which is nice. I was disappointed because it is way thinner than my pique herringbone jacket. It really is like a zip-up shirt, as one other reviewer stated. The major star deductions are because, after only owning it for two weeks, and wearing it 3 times without washing, the seams on both wrists began unraveling leaving at least an inch of loose threads that are continuing to unravel. It's terrible quality for an over $100 jacket.
Lulu please address basic quality issues. Also, please specify for each jacket what the weight/fabric type is. Ordering online, I would not have ordered this if I had known how lightweight the gray is.

Body hugging and flattering
I bought this jacket in size 4, a couple of months ago. I really like the fit and length of this jacket. It is TTS but a little tight for a size 4. You may consider size up. (Mind you: size 4 scuba hoodie is lightly big for me). But I never used the cuff though.
After a couple of washes, there is no pilling or other problem. I am happy with this one. Now there are more colour choices. I may consider getting another one.

Hole After the First Wash :(
I love lululemon! I have a lot of their workout wear, and I'm always getting and wanting more. I've always been impressed and happy with the quality of their products. However, I purchased this jacket about a month ago, and I'm very disappointed. It sat in my closet with the tags on it for a couple weeks (so the return policy period was already over), and then I washed and hang dried it. After wearing it only once, I found a hole under the arm! I am so sad! I'm thinking that they might have sold it with a hole in it, since it was in such a peculiar spot, and I doubt it got snagged by something after only wearing it once. Now I have a brand new jacket with a hole in it. Super disappointed that I either got sold a jacket with a hole in it, or that it got damaged after just one wash and wear. :(

Fabric weight not consistent across colors
I first bought this jacket in Bruised Berry and loved it. I bought the same size as my Scuba II which is a 10. The jacket is form fitting but has a great defined shape. The Bruised Berry fabric was soft but substantial. Since I loved this jacket so much, I ordered it in a few other colors to decide which ones to keep. I got the Heathered Light Grey, Blue Tropics and Ultraviolet. None of them had the same substantial fabric of the Bruised Berry but the Blue Tropics was the closest. They are all very soft but just more of a lighter-weight fabric. The Heathered Light Grey seemed to be the lightest weight and almost feels more like a zip-up shirt than a jacket.
So overall I think this is a well cut piece. You just need to expect that the fabric weight across the different colors may be different.

Have 3 of these, two are awesome
In terms of fit and look, I really love this jacket...more than the Define actually.
Looks great and very practical. I have this in herringbone, camo and I have this in solid white.
The herringbone and camo are great and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The white is a lemon though (no pun intended Lulu). The seams are fraying and the Luon, although babied, looks hard done by. It is fuzzy and a little pilly.
Love the none solid colours of this, won't do a solid coloured one again though.

Tried on jacket in-store, felt VERY snug but person working there told me that it was my size and it was supposed to fit very tight (I have a big bust). After I realized it was definitely way too uncomfortably tight, I tried to exchange for a bigger size but the store refused because it had exceeded 14 days. I didn't want a refund just exchange for a larger size. Also the stitching on the arms keeps coming out, pilling from the seams, even though I follow all the washing instructions (no fabric softener, no dryer, etc). Wasted money for a pricey jacket that immediately started pilling and doesn't fit me well. Wish Lulu would stand behind customer satisfaction and allow exchanges after 14 days.

quality issue with the new zippers
Like everyone else I have been a Lululemon fan for years. I was disappointed when the Define Jacket was discontinued. I loved the fit and the easy zippers. I decided to buy a new Forme Jacket because I needed a second black jacket for yoga and travel. I like the longer fit because I have a long torso. However, the zippers are an issue. After just 1 week the zipper on the pocket got stuck, I gently tried to get it to move and the zipper pull broke off. yikes. After reading other reviews I am not the first customer that has had this problem with the pocket zipper. The return information says they will only take a return if it has never been washed and the tags are still on. Well of course I took off the tags and washed it before wearing. So now I'm out $118. No where does it say they you can return an item that is defective. Such a bummer.

Very flattering but some fabric complaints
I bought one of these on a trip to Manhattan and wore it everywhere. It is very flattering on me: I am 5'4", 140 lb, and not very big in the chest. It makes me look very fit and slim. The color I chose, an electric blue, is gorgeous. I was able to wear layers under it and the sleeves helped keep my hands warm and the high zipper kept my core warm. My only beef with the jacket (and I have since bought another and it has the same problem) is that the fabric snags on many things. This is a jacket to be worn while active, but almost every backpack/shoulderbag snags the fabric. If you are going to buy this and want to keep it pristine, check your bag straps very carefully for anything that could snag it, like Velcro or similar. Otherwise, I love the jacket and it keeps me nice and toasty and helps me look good!
