Dance Studio Jacket III
Warm and flattering!
I love this jacket! I am usually in between sizes in lululemon either a 2 or 4. I'm 5'5" 110 lbs. Veryyy small chested, for that reason I bought this in a 2. The 4 just looked a little too lose and bunchy around the bust area. The jacket is form fitting and much warmer than I expected since it feels so light weight. I will probably buy it again in black! I haven't experienced and quality issues except that where my sleeve rubs on the velcro of my backpack the stitching got a little frayed, but I consider that my fault. For some one my height (with a relatively short torso) the length fits perfectly!

Not worth the money.
I bought this jacket in September. I've always loved it and finally decided to spend the money on it. I only had it for about two months and wore it maybe once or twice a week and it started piling around the bottom part of jacket. Always followed washing instructions as I do with all my Lulu items. Not what I expected for the price. Love the fit and feel but not impressed with the quality at all.

I got this jacket about a month ago and wore a vest over it one time and it rubbed the fabric so bad. For something that cost over $100 you would expect it to last longer than a month.

Got my jacket last week and I love it! I got grey, it is a really nice colour. I found that the sizing fit tight, especially in the stomach area. I am usually a 4-6 and I got an 8 in this jacket. The fabric in the chest and shoulders is stretchier. I also have a longer body and it fits nice- I hate short jackets! Great to wear too and from the gym.
The only thing is my elastic pull cord already stretched out which is upsetting. I only washed it once too.

adorable, but too tight...wish I read the reviews
I bought this jacket 2 days ago. I haven't worn it out of the house yet. Not because it's not cute, it's super cute. It's tight like wearing a corset, though. A little too tight. I want to be comfortable when I actually move, not when I'm just standing up straight. I can't put my arms straight out to do anything without it feeling like a tight rubber band rubbing at the seam on the front top of the sleeves.
The reason I haven't worn it out its because I got in my car and put my hands on the steering wheel...OUCH!
I usually wear a size 4. I'm 5'2" and 110 pounds.
I had on a size 6 in the store and the girl there said I should go down a size. I put on the size 4. She said it's supposed to be tight and that I'd get used to it. I can get used to the tight fit, but not the seam that feels like it's cutting into my armpit.
I'm headed back to the store to exchange for a size 6. I hope they still have one. I also hope they don't give me a hard time because I took off the tag.
Okay, I'm finished now. BUY A SIZE UP!

This jacket is awesome! I own dozens of Lulu jackets and this is one of my favs! Definitely would recommend to size up b/c the arms run a little snug. I bought in "wren" which actually looks like a greyish olive green. really pretty!

I have this hoodie in dark purple, and it is incredibly flattering. It makes me look like I have a corseted waist, and I'm far from a curvy hourglass. Since it's in heavy rotation, the reversibility is great. I actually got my normal size four, and it fits perfectly. I felt like one size up was too big in the shoulders and chest for me. I have narrow shoulders and am small chested. Fingers crossed for the dark wren in my local store...

~absolutely love ~
So.... I typically don't write any reviews, however I felt I should due to the large volume of the Dance studio Jackets that are in my closet. I own probably 12 (I know obsessive), anyhow, back to the review. The reason why I'm writing the review is because I'm so happy they have started making these in a size 2 being a 00 and ordering them in a 4 has suited me fine, but over time the fabric gets worn in and a little looser, then when it was brand new (which is normal). I love the feel, fabric, cut, design, and the colors. Speaking of colors: it would be fantastic if LULU Could make more in brighter, and more famine colors. Some of the colors are gray, and pale (which I do like for natural days), but wouldn't it be great to grab a bright color when you're feeling drabby and not so fresh. I think so. The bumble berry (pink/fushia) color is semi bright, and so it the bruised berry a (purple) color. I also have a coral bleached color. (very bright pink-ish color.). I'd love to see this Dance Studio Jacket made up in a few bright colors. I think a poppy red/coral/orange-ish color for spring would be fantastic. I also think that a teal/turquoise would be beautiful in this fabric as well. If you're looking for comfort then order one, two, three, four, or even five of these Dance Studio Jackets, because I assure you that you won't be disappointed. Every girl needs color choices, and to feel lavish in a comfy jacket. I also wear them under my winter jackets as a base layer, I live in Maine (we have lots of snow, and colder weather). These are perfect for warming-up at the gym pre workout stuff, and after when your walking out and it is chilly. Another love able feature is that these little beauties are reversible I absolutely love this feature. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do, and I also hope this review is helpful to potential buyers, and for the staff. Please make more bright and spring like colors. :)
A true fan.

Love This Jacket!
Love this jacket! Purchased in the Blush color, which is a very pale pink. It goes with both black and navy, which is great! Love how it's reversible. Very soft and comfy. Great for wearing both to the gym or out running errands. I got the size 6 and the fit is pretty standard. One thing I will say is it is very form fitting in the torso, which I like. If you are wanting to hide a little bit of a tummy, might not be the jacket for you. Also I'm pretty small chested (34 B) and it isn't any too loose in the chest area. For reference, I'm 5'9", 135 lbs.
