Free To Be Bra 4.2 5 825 829
I find this bra to be great for yoga and the gym. It is very comfortable and light weight, not bulky at all. February 25, 2015
Good for tall women I am super talk so most of the bras are too short from the shoulder to under the bust. The free to be wild design allows more give to reef it over the girls. Really like this bra! February 20, 2015
Problem Solver Bra! This is only the second lulu bra I've purchased, I'm petite up top at best at a 34 A. I always felt like since I was flat chested I didn't really need to spend the money on bras because I don't need support etc etc. But I think I'll be purchasing more of these in the near future pending how they hold up to wash and wear. I wear a heart rate monitor strap when I run and I was starting to get some serious chaffing/actual cuts from it. I run over 60 miles a week in it was just getting unbearable. Most of my other bras seem to come down lower on my chest but the Free To Be Bra ends right above where my strap goes. So now I don't have my bra and my HR strap both digging into me. So far I've done two runs in the double digits in it with no problems. The actual bra itself HR strap issues aside seems great. I love the Luxtreme fabric, it holds up to getting super sweaty and looks and feels great. I leave the pads in they're not too much (the victoria secret bras are super padded it feels like false advertising...)but they're enough that if you want to run or workout in just a bra you don't have to worry about the dreaded "nippleitis". Definitely not a bra for anyone chesty because it is as described low cut with light support but I think that is why I love it. The open back feels really nice, I anticipate significantly less chaffing in my future! Not sure if it is possible or if it was done before, but the silverescent added to this bra could be nice. I have some of the socks and well, sweat happens. February 18, 2015
Great if you have no boobs! I have a bigger chest than average (34D), so I am always skeptical when buying bras especially online. However, I decided to try it out anyway. Well?sadly it did not fit. I ordered this bra in a size 6 (according to the fitting chart a 6 is a 34 in band size). The band fit great! However, the cups were way too small to fit my boobs, I was practically popping out. However, I would recommend this to anyone who has a smaller chest, it was very comfortable, flattering, and easy to insert the padding. It had lower level impact, and I don't think I would wear this to run, definitely for yoga, and low impact gym workout. Unfortunately, I will be returning this bra, but I definitely recommend it to anyone with a smaller chest. February 2, 2015
Love it. I own every color Best bra ever! I own this one in many colors & it my go-to sports bra. I think its great for the women who are smaller up top (like myself) but would also offer support for the "girl". The straps don't dig in, but keeps everything in place. Generally just super comfortable! January 31, 2015
Great bra but PLEASE add Silverscent!! I am small chested so I particularly like this model for its minimal coverage and ease of movement while training. I am on the Lululemon R&D team as a triathlete and own a ton of Lulu bras. I think we can all agree that the chest/cleavage area is a huge sweat spot. I would love to see Silverscent added to the inner lining of the Lulu bras if possible to stop the stink - because after awhile, they just don't smell as hot as they look anymore no matter what detergent you use!! Thanks :) January 31, 2015
best one yet excellent fit. this style bra has got to be my favorite one! i have two of these now and plan to get more. i use this mainly for running and working out, but they're so comfortable i sometimes use it to go out (of course with a top on) or just to lounge around in at home. seriously can't go wrong with this one January 26, 2015
disappointed I bought this bra after reading some of the great reviews and thinking it would be great for smaller chests. However, this just does not fit right. Its too big in the band and I do not feel secure whatsoever. Unfortunately, i already took the tags off otherwise I would totally exchange this for the Flow Y Bra IV. If you are considering buying this i would highly recommend trying it on first as i think it runs a bit large. Just wish this fit me because it is a comfortable material. January 23, 2015
favourite for day to day i loveee this bra for every day and for lighter work outs (not running) i find i fit a 8 in the Flow Y but i like a 10 in the Free to Be - i'm about 36C. Flow Y is great for running and harder work outs but i find this one to be a bit more relaxed and comfortable, and I can still wear it to the gym. I've just purchased another as I recently had a neck injury and I find this one isn't too tight around the neck so doesn't irritate my injury. Love love! Just would suggest it's good to try on first for size, but hey lulu offers free returns so?. January 22, 2015
Uncomfortable Fit I am 5'2", 95 lbs, 32B. Finally invested in a Lululemon bra after years of only buying jackets and long sleeve tops. I normally wear the unlined lightweight VSX bras, but wanted something that had cups and was not extremely padded/push-up. I picked up this bra in stores in the Dream rose deep coal color - the fabric is great quality like all Lululemon clothing, and I loved the subtle print on the fabric. I chose the FTB bra in a size 4 over the FTB*Wild because of moveability. The FTB*Wild has twice as many straps, and felt like it restrained the range of movement of my back. Once I started wearing the FTB bra for longer periods of time, I noticed that the straps began to dig into my shoulders. For some reason, the thin straps in the back are not as stretchy as the thicker front straps - they remain taut when you wear the bra, with no give at all. This caused the back hem of the band to constantly be pulled upwards - extremely unsightly. I can't stand the way it looks puckered up in the back, so I would constantly pull it down to lay flat. Instead, it caused the front hemline of the band to be pulled upwards, showing the bottom of my boobs. Keep in mind, I am very very small breasted - I'm not even a full B. The fact that this bra cannot even wrap over my small chest is so strange to me. All in all, a disappointing buy. I really wanted to love it but just couldn't. I would probably wear this bra more if the band extended below the boobs more (thicker band elastic would probably help keep the bra down better), and if the back straps had more stretch. Wearing this just makes me tug at the bra band constantly. January 18, 2015
